This location has never messed up my order. I've been here maybe 100 times. Food is great. One time I had a really poorly put together fish sandwhich (cheese was mostly off of the sandwhich and the tartar sauce was all in a pile in the very center of the sandwhich) but it still tasted fine. Rating 5 stars because they deserve it and because fast food restaurants seem to get a lot of 1 star reviews. People usually only review them when they had a bad experience. read more

Just ran thru drive thru for lunch. Lady working the drive thru has zero personality and is borderline rude. Girl sending food out the window doesn't even speak. Fries are cold and limp, appear to be old. I asked for regular honey for my nuggets, received honey mustard. Get charged and up charge for my tea. If order a Big Mac minis cheese, will I get $1.50 off for not getting my cheese? Highly doubtful. How about just raising the drink price, instead of using the up charge, it just looks ridiculous. Don't forget to round up so this billion dollar company can get a tax deduction off of your spare change. read more

I came hungry and left not hungry. Food was exceptional and exceeded expectations. Environment was quiet and relaxing, a good place to get some work done in the morning. I've never been a fan of self serving kiosks, but the service here made the whole experience so much better, the employees were all so nice and got their job done with kindness and efficiency. It's a McDonald's. I had to wait for a prescription from CVS, across the street, so I thought I would pop over and get a cup of coffee. I saw they had a special on Cinnamon Buns so I ordered one of them as well. The coffee was very good as it usually is no matter which McDonals's you go to. The Cinnamon Bun however was not that good. It has a generous amount of cinnamon frosting, kind of brownish not white, but it is just kind of dry. Sort of like eating flavored cardboard. Doesn't look anything like the photo on the menu. I would have been better off getting a Sausage, Egg McMuffin. I know better now as that was my last one. read more

I have never been more disappointed by a fast food burger chain than today. Not only was the meat under cooked, the condiments and cheese both tasted expired . 0/10 would not recommend. Had the day off from work and was watching Netflix on this rainy day. The movie I was watching was The Founder and somehow decided to get some McDonalds. The movie must have subliminal advertising or causes people to want to get McDonalds. Had to make a stop at a few stores in Crestwood and then decided to get a late afternoon snack at McDonald's. The location of the restaurant is perfect as it's right across from the schools and close to other attractions in the Crestwood area. The drive-thru was busy and this restaurant has 2 drive-thru's and service was great. Definitely have to give kudos to the management for properly training their staff. Ordered French fries and a McFlurrie and it was perfect! Nothing like hot, crispy French fries! Definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area and suggest people stop here to get a bite to eat! read more

CONS: This is my first time visiting this location. We had some time to kill so we brought my son over to the McDonalds. We let him order his food from the touch screen kiosk which was fun and new for him. After placing his order we go to the register to pay and we are informed that the slush that was an option on the kiosk was no longer available and hasn't been for 2 months. The main thing that gets children excited about the Happy Meal was not available either. This McDonald's was completely out of toys‍. They did not inform us of this until my husband and I had had our son check his box. There was a color/activity book that anyone can just grab from the stand as they walk inside. An employee told us they even had to take the toys out of the display case and give them to the children because they ran out. Sounds to me like someone needs to request a rush delivery on the Pokémon and Hello Kitty toys. I'm giving a star because there's no option for none. Every time not just once or twice every time I come to this place I always get the wrong order. It's very upsetting to pay FOr an expensive meal and get a cheap value mean. Last time I ordered an apple pie it was half bitten, discussing. Now I got something I didn't order and none of the sauces that I asked for was received, whom ever is running this fast food place needs to step up their game this is nasty and so unethical . When I walked in to order food and stood waiting for someone I noticed an employee drop the bin that holds the patties for the hamburgers and a few fell on the floor, she proceeded to pick them up and put them back in the bin and then place them onto the shelf. This establishment's lobby lacks in keeping up with their tea and also usually has a sticky and dirty counter at the drink station. There are what looks to be middle schoolers that come in and disrupt the place while management decides not to do anything unless complained to. This establishment will continuously get your order wrong so check it when you get it. I have never been to a more disorderly fast food establishment with such incompetent management before. Once upon a time before Sonic closed you could count on this McDonalds to be efficient, quick, and fresh. Now the drive through takes forever, you need to check your order (for mistakes) and if you're in a hurry forget it. It seems that there was a management change maybe? Unfortunately during the 14 minutes I've been sitting in line I've watched three cars leave rather than wait. That was never an issue in the past. Stopped in MD's while I was in my hometown visiting and got a big mac. It was not good. I started off with a hello but I just got a stare instead (I felt like I was in CA because that's normal there)so I got no hello back. I don't know what has happened to Mickey D's, but it did not taste like the old B. Mac when I was a kid. Meat tasted weird. Disappointing. I should have gotten fries, at least you cannot mess that up and if you do..oh boy...your screwed there in Crestwood. LOL. No McDonald's, or any restaurant is perfect, but I gave this McDonald's a 5-star rating because it stands out from the rest, in my opinion, as cleaner, has more polite staff, and the food is of a higher quality than other McDonald's in our area. Are they perfect? No. But if they mess up, they make it right and they don't act like you are bothering them. Honestly, I RARELY receive an incorrect order from them. If I do, it's been in my favor. They support our community by partnering with schools for fundraisers. They have things like "Board Game Nights." They are very family friendly. I highly recommend this McDonald's. Went to the drive in around 2:00 pm on a Monday afternoon. There were 3 cars in the drive thru lane and about 5 more crs in the parking lot. I noticed the Bacon Cheeder McChicken on the menu. I ordered 2 with a drink. I ate the first one and it was not a good as I had hoped but lesson learned. Visited this McDonalds the 2nd time in one week. Went through the drive thru last week . Sat in line for over 15 minutes. Got 10 piece nugget meal with large fry and Large coke . The fries were cold and chicken was cold and was like rubber. Gave me a Dr Pepper instead of coke. Just went though again this morning. Food was cold and sat in line in drive for 15 to 20 minutes. The employees all have attitudes and act like they don't care if the orders are correct. This place needs new management and the Oldham county health department needs to make a surprise visit. Well, McDonald's is McDonald's and food is normally okay here. But service at this location is lacking heavily. I live down the street and go often however my order has been wrong several times. I mean A LOT. The main problem is employees could care less if the order was wrong. When management gets involved they seem to care but the regular employees I've dealt with don't at all.
