I explained that this has been my order for over two years, he continued to explain the measurements and I requested a refund. John P threw the drinks down the drain right before closing time instead of offering them to me. With the shop being empty, I would have expected John to just splash the missing little bit of coffee into the drinks, but he chose to have a debate. Not a great experience at this location. All in all the location is beautiful and it's great that they have a drive through but spend the extra time and go to the OG in Westminster. You get what you pay for and don't get the attitude. This review is mainly directed at the managers at this location. Not only do they make customers wait double or even triple the time of how long their meal's should take, they treat them with no respect whatsoever. In addition, they do not treat employees with any respect or take into account their rights. They only hold themselves up in a high regard and make other employees work more than should. This includes, but not limited to: the jobs of others and keeping them after their set shift times without their consent. On multiple occasions, they fail to oblige to rules and responsibilities, making service there miserable. Also, they do not provide sufficient breaks during the hours of an employee's service. One prime instance of this is if an employee works 4 hours, they must take a 10 minute shift. The managers however, give these 10 minute breaks after the employee's shift is over. (This happens 9/10 times) I believe that to improve the mindset of many of these managers, they should be run through a course on how to treat others with reverence and how to put their customer's needs over their own. Furthermore, there should be more, regular and abrupt check ups during hours of service during random times in the work week. I encourage others to voice their opinion on this matter in order to not only better working conditions, but be able to provide quality customer service to all. read more

how dare you hide my review as "not recommended". I am re-posting it. not interested in giving a bad reviews at all nor it is my interest to hurt businesses, but. Around January, 2021, I ordered two Big Macs and a soda. I was working and was hungry, had to eat it in my car. The first Big Macs was ok. When it was second one, I could not eat after a bite. The sauce was just nasty, or probably just damn old, and it raised me a question of hygiene inside the restaurant. Never in my life had bad experiences with Mac Donald. I understand we got Covid and crazy delivery orders so Mac Donald is probably not doing well, but how can they use the old, nasty sauce? Do they ever clean the sauce bottle, or check the expiration date. The meat on the second Big Macs was also sort of dried and felt old. It was probably not just the sauce, maybe they kept old one and heated it up with warmer when it was my turn. (edit: sauce can't go bad that fast, so I am assuming it was hambuger kept in the warmer on top of the nasty sauce) If that was the manager's decision, go ahead and fire that person. But I really hope it was an honest mistake. Go ahead and check your sauce bottles before you open in the morning. And please, do not ever keep the old foods more than 10 minutes old if you ever did. read more

This Mcdonalds is not good compared to other Mcdonalds. I understand if they get my order incorrect once in a blue moon, but multiple times... Not cool. For instance I ordered swiss mushroom burger and opened the wrapper and where is the mushroom and cheese? Another instance i ordered cheeseburger and i opened the wrap... It is just a regular hamburger. And another time... You get the gist. I look at the receipt and they charged for what i ordered instead of the product i received. So i dont plan to go to this place for at least a year. read more

Not good at all. I ordered Big Mac. It was so dang greasy and down nasty. Grease just dropped from the burger. Never ever ever ever will I come back here. The fries where bad as well. They seemed to have had them pre cooked then reheated after ordering. I know because I worked in restaurant before and know the difference. I even asked for new o se and they were not willing g to make them fresh but rather gave me another old fries from the same onse the first order can from. Not coming back here. read more

If you're in a drive thru and when they ask you to wait at the curb side, DO NOT!!! Barbara at the window asked me to wait at the curb side for my Big Mac which I complied. After 20 mins of waiting, I went inside and asked for my food. Barbara looked and me said "That's okay" WTF!!! What's okay???? She must've forgotten about my order and no apology came from her. I asked the cashier if they can check on my order #62, and they checked the kitchen. Turns out my hunch was correct, and that the couple behind me took my bag. I didnt make a big deal out of it, and the employee said they will remake my order. After waiting for probably 30 minutes total, they were all they way up to calling orders in the 80s. When they gave me my order #62, the employee gave me 2 free gift cards for the waiting and hassle. Im very glad and appreciative of them for handling it very professionally. Just understanding that both parties make mistakes makes all the difference. It also probably helps when you dont be that one angry Karen customer when mistakes happen. Thank you! This was my first time at this particular In-N-Out, but I've been to about twenty others and loved every one of them. The Buena Park location was as good as the rest. There was a long line at the drive-thru, but parking was easy and the actual restaurant wasn't that busy. We ordered and had our food within fifteen minutes, probably less time than it would've taken us to get through the drive-thru line. (I have found this to be true at almost every location.) Service was great, as always. In fact, my three-year-old dropped his cheeseburger on the floor after a few bites, and we got it replaced on the house, just like that. The kids also got little In-N-Out sticker activity books to play with, which kept them entertained for minutes at a time. I got my usual order, a double double with grilled onions and a heaping side of whole yellow peppers from the condiment stand. Pure deliciousness. My boys got a grilled cheese and a plain cheeseburger, and they both ate well. We got some fries, too, and while I'm not a particular fan of In-N-Out fries, I ate my fair share of them. We hit the bathrooms on our way out, as we had a long drive ahead of us, and I noticed the bathroom situation was less ample than the typical In-N-Out, maybe because this one wasn't right off the freeway (I do think the restaurant was smaller overall, but this was the only way that mattered for us). Just a couple of single bathrooms instead of the usual stalls, and we did have to wait to use them. In any case, this was an excellent, easy dinner, the perfect way to end a long day in Buena Park. I look forward to my next In-N-Out meal, wherever it might be.
