Wow! Fantastic management!! I am giving 5 stars because the manager on staff currently (9/15:17 at 8pm) is FANTASTIC! We order complicated food all the time lol. And he made sure that we had the right one At the window because he saw the one he knew was for our order still in the back. This is honestly one of the better McDonald's in my opinion. I don't come here a lot but I've never had a bad experience at this particular location. Workers have always been friendly prompt and get you through the line fast. I will say it's McDonald's so don't expect world class customer service or even food. I just had a terrible experience here! It happens that I rarely frequent McDonald's (anywhere). I have worked nearby for more than 10 years but never been to this place. When I drove in, I chose the lane with no line so that I could try to read what was available on the menu. Soon, however, another car pulled in behind me, so I felt pressure to place my order. I initially was hoping to get a breakfast, but couldn't figure that out quickly enough. So I decided to ask for a bacon cheeseburger. The person talked with me about one with 2 patties, sauce, onion, lettuce, tomato, and pickle (and possibly more). I asked which number on the menu would make it a meal (so that I could have fries or some such), but they couldn't tell me. (I should also say that it was almost impossible to hear the person talking.) I told them I was new and needed help, but no explanations or suggestions were offered. As I write this, I am eating a very dry (kind of resembling formed sawdust) patty with cheese and bacon. NOTHING else. No sauce; nothing at all. I couldn't be more disappointed. It was not worth whatever I paid, and I won't be going back. There's a KFC in the other direction; they at least try to accommodate their customers. :( read more

Ridiculous service (the worse) . Ordering takes 3x longer vs getting a correct order at the counter (mind you the worker put in the order) . Only to recieve our order incomplete. No smoothie, no iced coffee, and no biscuit sausage sandwich. What's even worse, instead of fixing it they were more fixated on find the person who made the order. My morning routine is always the same before work. I go through the drive through and get a large unsweet iced tea and a coffee. It's the same, five days a week. Lately it's been a struggle. Today I get on the street and the iced tea is not unsweet, it's sweet and I cannot drink it. I have a break at work and my friend and I decide to go back and try again. We order a number 7 with a larger Diet Coke, a small Sprite, and my large unsweet tea. I get my tea, put the straw in and taste it. It's sweet. We handed it back. The woman at the drive through told me it was unsweet. It wasn't. I'm old and I know the difference. We argued a few minutes. She handed it to another woman. She took the sweet tea and mean mugged me and walked off. They handed me another one. This one is unsweetened tea. Thanks. I'm looking for other options for my morning routine now. I drive Uber Eats on occasion and I've been there four times. Every time I've had to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes and remind them not to forget about the order, otherwise they would have never put it together. This last time I waited 30 minutes. I had to ask multiple times if they were putting together the order. Finally they did but had it wrong. Thank goodness I checked before I walked out. After they corrected it, the employee placed the order on the counter and walked away. I asked if it was done. She said, "yeah." No apology. Big attitude. I ordered a large shamrock shake and a medium Oreo shamrock McFlurry. I was asked to wait in the parking lot, after 15 minutes of waiting I went in to find out they haven't even made it. When I got them they were vanilla shake with the green syrup in the bottom of the cup. The Oreo shamrock McFlurry wasn't even blended. When I asked about that the employees were super rude, the medium was a small and they couldn't even answer my questions and just walked away. I will not be doing business at this location! Its good. For a mcdonalds they are pretty consistent with their orders. My only grip for this location is I am constantly made to pull up from the drive through, often when I'm the only one in line. Ive worked fast food, and i understand the times you need to make, but there is such a problem with homeless in the area. There is almost always someone asking for money. Just sitting in my car waiting, I felt unsafe. They came up to my care and kept asking for money, looking in my car as i waited for two little mcdoubles. I felt so uncomfortable!
