I visited your store with the simple intention of enjoying a cold iced tea with lemons, but my experience was far from satisfactory. After placing my order through the app, I waited patiently at my table. An employee brought my drink without a straw. When I politely asked for a straw, the employee told me to get my own straw and pointed to a counter, which she had passed by while bringing my drink. I found her tone dismissive and asked her again to bring me a straw. Instead of assisting me, she turned to her teammates, spoke some words in Spanish, and they began laughing. She then walked away and went into the kitchen. Feeling ignored, I followed her to the desk and asked for a straw again. Unfortunately, no one acknowledged my presence, and I left the counter without receiving the straw I had requested. This experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and this incident fell short of those standards. read more

Every time ive been to this location, the food is exceptional. Well-prepared, fast yet not sloppily thrown together. Quality buns and fries etc. perfectly fried and seasoned. I really enjoy how quiet it is here and the dimmer lighting of this location too. Ive even made some friends here because the community around the area is very welcoming. I come read or dine by myself and end up talking with people. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I appreciate what this mcdonalds has to offer and wanted to make a review that reflects that since mcds always have such low reviews. read more

I ordered 3 Quarter Pounders.., one with bacon. Missing bacon on one quarter pounder, and the other two were raw. They think accommodating you for messing up your order is fixing you another, but this is unacceptable, and we need to be compensated accordingly. I do not recommend this McD's at all. read more

The service at this McDonalds is ridiculous. It's always been like this and I've lived in the area since I was seven years old. This morning, My father and I went came to get breakfast and the man the drive-thru and the guy was not attentive and rude. He was cutting us off and talking to the other employees with the mic was on. We frequent this location mainly in the morning. The morning crew of Latinos has been great and friendly. The evening one not so good A 2-star at best due to attitudes and making mistakes with the order. We love the deal with large ice coffee with sugar free vanilla creme and order it almost every day. I went to the McDonalds 204 W. NC 54 in Durham,NC 27713 this morning around 5:45am all I ordered was hotcakes. It was me and one more car I ordered and went to the window and waited 5 minutes why the lady was fixing a machine. So I waited then eventually i said ma'am I have to get to work can I get my order, she says one second and continued fixing on a machine and cleaning around it seeing if it worked. I waited then I said ma'am can I get my order please?! She never stopped working the machine I waited again asked her a gain she called someone from the back started talking in Spanish the lady came up and instead of helping me she went to the machine didn't look my way I said ma'am can I get my order and they both ignored me. So I never got my order and I was late to work and I'm very upset because that was poor service and it showed me they really don't' care about their customers, the service they give, or the time they claim to go by giving fast service. Went through what appeared to be an active & short wait drive thru last night about 8pm or so, 3 cars in front of us, I got to the ordering mic & no one answered me...I drove around to the mic again, no one answered again...parked & got out & went inside, asked the female manager if anyone was working the drive thru? She said someone was, asked someone to check where this person was...then told me the window drive thru attendant had gone to the bathroom. OK, so no one replaces her on that mission? I ended up ordering inside via machine, got my food & it was cold, then the drink machine was in the process of being cleaned (the nozzles) but no sign saying anything, I went to get my drink & water & soda was spraying out all over me. Reported that to the manager, she & another guy replaced the soapy soaked nozzles & she walked away without a word to me or an apology for me getting soaked or anything. At that point I knew she should not manage a shoe box. Being a manager is a big responsibility, & the female African American (which I am) have not lived up to the responsibility at all. While she wasn't rude, she wasn't pleasant or caring either. I didn't feel like my visit then or in the future would be needed. read more
