I then asked ok can we place our order here and she responded with, " no you can leave. Then slammed the windows in our faces." I went in and asked for the manner. She was clearly overwhelmed and immediately told me they were short staffed. At this point Amanda was in the back complaining. The manager did do the right thing and took my order, but she took no ownership for her employee and chalked it up to being short staffed. Amanda then was slamming drawers, complaining loudly for everyone to hear and was so rude to employee Tyler who was honestly the only good service in that place. He was apologizing to people, being very nice and even apologized to me for the bad service. He was trying. Employee Amanda is a poison in the place and needs to be terminated. The manager did nothing to rein her in and allowed her to complain for the whole 15 min I was in there waiting for my food. The WORST experience I've had at a fast food restaurant.
