I have ordered a Coke here several times, and each time I have been given a cup full of warm soda with no ice. This wouldn't be a deal breaker for me because I can add my own ice, but the soda itself is flat and does not taste good. I have even gone inside to see if I could get a new drink, and 2 times they have just replaced my drink with the same warm, flat, iceless drink. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My partner and I arrived to this location and no one served us in over 20 minutes. Another car was also waiting at the same time with no response. They wouldn't answer their phone and when they eventually did answer, the lady on the phone was extremely rude saying that they were closed when drive thru is 24 hours and it was confirmed online, we even did a three round loop around and we did see employees in the establishment but they were all on their phones instead of answering the monitor. By far the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. I ordered the deluxe spicy chicken...not only did I get a regular but it wasn't even cooked all the way. So I threw it away...when I opened the box, the tomatoes weren't even in the sandwich. The fries were actually good but the coke was terrible. Usually McDonald's has the best coke but not here. I basically paid all that money for a large fries. The service was terrible too. The girl at the register had a huge line and she kept telling us "it's going to he a minute" and she just walks away. Then to top it off it looks like a blind person assembled our order their was atleast a 1/4 of a cup of mayo on each of my 4 mc chickens even after wiping them off with napkins you could barely taste the chicken it should be called the mc mayo. Allow me to begin by saying I normally avoid McDonalds like the plague. Why? We have a McGriddle that had been forgotten in our Daughter's car from a Whale watching trip to Monterey it's now five years old, and looks like the day it was purchased. Never trust food that cannot spoil. But I digress. My wife asked me to stop at a McDonalds (any McDonalds) because she wanted two fish sandwiches with no cheese. I stopped at this particular store out of convenience and no other reason. Despite it being the noon hour, there were zero other cars in the drive thru. That should have been a red flag. I ordered her two Fish Sandwiches. With NO cheese. Pretty simple....no? NO! The employee immediately said "they're no longer buy one get one for a dollar!" I said that's okay, just get me two Fish Sandwiches with NO CHEESE. She rang it up.....the screen said $9.77! I said "TEN BUCKS?! Are you sure?" She said "Yeah, they're no longer on special" So..,,TEN DOLLARS, for four pieces of bread and two fish patties. That's INSANE. So I told her to forget it. And drove thru. For the LAST TIME. There's not many choices to eat out where I live and the closest place is here but I find myself driving 15 extra minutes to a different McDonald's because their service simply does me dirty. Oh lord, this place... It's the stuff of nightmares. I went in with my family to have a pleasurable breakfast while traveling. So far, so good. My day's going well. And then, chaos ensues. So we get our food, and the eggs are really, really badly made. They're all watery. How the hell does that happen? Literally, I could probably make better eggs than that, and I can barely cook ramen right. Otherwise, the food is alright. Standard McD's fare, nothing special. Until I opened my milk and drank it. The taste was awful, like chemicals. I literally spat it out. I don't think I've ever had to spit anything out of my mouth before. My colleagues confirmed that the milk was spoiled. When I confronted the workers about it, they didn't seem to care or give us a refund or anything. They were pretty much like, "Eh, that sucks, but are you sure the milk was spoiled?
