My kids tell me no one cares about fast food restaurant reviews. 18 minutes in the McDonald's drive thru just to find that I can't purchase a shake, McFlurry, or Sundae. According to the menu, they are no longer available as a menu item. Kids you're out of luck. Dad will just buy cones for each of you. I ordered 3 ice cream cones. Ordered two sandwiches. Both had dry almost hard buns and cold. The cheese slice was still ice cold on both. Neither had been heated. Fries were hot but very greasy and soggy. I took a bite of each sandwich and tried the fries. Then threw everything in the trash and went to Popeyes. This is the third time in a row I've had lousy food. And on top of it I had to sit in my car and wait for her to give me the food because it looked she was busy listening to the manager tell her something he thought was funny. When my wife asked for her sandwich to be placed under the heat lamps as she could clearly see it out she was told "you didn't order it that long ago." It was cold. I am a First Responder and came to this restaurant for a quick bit after an EMS detail. We can't fit the ambulance through their drive through so we went inside to order. They denied service to me and my partner. And asked us to stand outside and they'd take our order there, so we waited by the front door. A couple minutes later they came to the door saying they can't take our order and that we should go to another McDonald's. This was beyond disrespectful and I do not appreciate being treated in this way. When I go through testing on the regular to ensure I can do my job and keep everyone safe. In the last year this place has failed inspections and been shut down three times. I used to be a frequent customer, but as soon as it became a franchise location, the place started coming apart.
