I don't usually write reviews for McDonald's, unless something stands out and something definitely stood out (for all the wrong reasons) at this location. For starters, the employee was rude, acted annoyed when I had a coupon to use, didn't say hello or goodbye, didn't tell me the total for my order and didn't apologize for the delay when it took 10 minutes to fulfill my small order (4:25-4:35 on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020). They're not training for customer service at this location, apparently. Secondly, multiple things were wrong with my order. I didn't receive the medium fries I paid for and no ketchup packets were included, despite us asking for them. Third, there was a hair on our chicken sandwich. Lovely. This McDonalds is always busy. I stopped here at 1:30 for a quick lunch and the drive thru was wrapped around the building, so I dined in. There were several people already in line but it moved quickly. My order of a double cheese burger meal arrived quickly. My fries were hot and fresh however the buns that held my cheeseburger were hard. I took them back to the counter and the cashier apologized and replaced them immediately. My stepdad and I went to a McDonald's a few miles away and I got 2 mcdoubles with mustard and pickles only. Mine had ketchup all over it and no mustard with onions (I wouldn't have minded if it it were just the onions but I can't eat ketchup because of how bad it tastes to me.) but when my stepdad ordered from this McDonald's he told the girl working there what happened and said he wasn't asking because he wanted them to fix it but so they would make sure to put mustard and pickles only on it. She asked him to pull into the number one on the reserved parking section and she was very polite.Then a minute or so later another lady came out and handed us the bag and told us to have a goodnight. I experience the absolute worst service this morning at 7 am. I came in the drive thru and ordered a small iced coffee with Mocha syrup. Seems pretty simple, right? I've never had any other issues with this order at other McDonald's. The women who took my order was very short when she repeated back "a small iced mocha, pull forward". There was literally nobody else in line. I pulled up, and had my window down and card ready; she just kept staring at me through her window, not opening it. Then proceeded to yank it open barely an inch, snatched my card out of my hand, runs it, then jerks the window back open and hands me an iced mocha with Whipped cream, and my card. She didn't say one word to me, or even look at me. She was so extremely rude. She was a taller, maybe hispanic, woman. Long black curly hair- working your drive thru at 7 am. The level of customer service at this location is honestly always the worst. I hate to give a bad review to McDonald's as a former shift supervisor I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, literally every single time I go here I am told to go park and wait, even if I am only one of these people in line. I usually go when no one's there, and yet still, I am told to go park. I give props to the young ones there, they still seem to have some life in them. The older employees seem to have none left, which I completely understand. The ratio of how much a McDonald's makes per year vs how much employees are paid is absolutely criminal. My suggestion to the owner operator is to be a little less greedy, have a heart, and raise the wages to something livable so your employees don't look, and act, like there souls have been ripped away. Very low morale, which leads to lack luster service. Completely the fault of owner operator. Money motivates. My condolences to the employees. read more
