We ordered our regulars. Double cheese, extra pickle add mayo and ketchup. Double hamburger with only mayo extra pickles and lettuce. And Fries. The sandwich arrived and the fries were cold. Sent em back immediately. My Double cheese was wrong. No lettuce, no tomatoes no mayo. Uggggh sent it back as well. Frustrating. It took a lot longer than expected for them to replace the burger and fries. The quality wasn't as good as our drive through experience. Both burgers were dry (had very little ketchup, mayo and mustard) and the fries even after replaced weren't that good. I also noticed that they seem to be slicing the tomatoes thinner. The quality of Whataburgers beef is still good though but fast food hamburgers in general seem to taking a major Nose dive.

The last time I visited and paid for nerds, they were out and didn't even tell me. My tots were not even warm, they were cooler than room temp. So I don't know how long they sat out or if they were fresh. And our hotdogs didn't have my requested pickles on them, again. So I set my pickup time for 1:30 and I arrived right on time, but they didn't bring my order out until ten minutes past my scheduled time. The guy that brought my order to my truck was nice though.
