Came to the drive thru after leaving the casino and our order was the exact amount of money we just won at the casino so me and my friends were excited and started cheering in the car. When we pulled up to the window the woman said "we don't tolerate yelling at our employees so we're not serving you". I had encountered the rudest drive thru worker. Her name is Patricia. Began when she didn't confirm my order was done with when I finished ordering at the drive thru menu. Sat there waiting that the order was completed and she went on to the customer. She had attitude on the speaker and annoyed taking a 2 for 5 order. Didn't look at me or tell me to pay just waved the card reader out the window with her arm sticking out. One breeze away from her arm being crushed by the window. The customer service is horrible and they also mess up my food every time, I get the simplest meal I get two cheeseburgers with no pickle extra salt, most times they take the pickle off, but they never give me extra salt.! read more

I come here at least 3 mornings a week for breakfast on my way to work and every. single. time. I am treated horridly. It depends on what mood the Native American lady is in that morning that determines how rude she will be. Instead of confirming she heard you correctly, she will continue to say "anything else" rather than confirm she heard what you said correctly. Anytime I mention I have a code from my McDonald's app she gets verbally agitated on top of her being in a nasty mood already. If you don't like your job or dealing with the general public, please go work somewhere else. People like this are the last thing I want to start my day at 6:30am with. I stopped in today for something fast to eat. Upon entry I observed a clean dining area. Rico the manager greeted us with a smile made sure our mobile orders were accurate and that we had everything. He provided us great customer service. To my surprise the ice cream machine was fully operational. Overall a great experience for a very inexpensive meal. I rarely give things 5 stars in life, not just on Yelp. I had a bad experience here when they didn't have apple pies and gave me a cookie, and then got my fry size wrong. When I returned a week later with the old medium (too busy to go back sooner and I try not to eat fast food more than weekly) they gave me a large, what I ordered. I was so happy I came back the next week and cashed in my McDonalds rewards points and I got fries fresh out of the fryer and salted. It was a beauty to watch. DO NOT SOLICIT THIS LOCATION (Store#10896) I went through the drive thru on Friday, January 7, 2023 around 6:45 pm. I ordered a Filet o Fish meal. I received a over-fried, grocery store frozen fish filet (not McDonald's) half the size of the real fish filet. I also received a sleeve of french fries that were hot on the top layer, but undercooked and cold in 90% of the sleeve. As the talented staff, unable to figure out their two-order-lane system so effectively demonstrated, at no point will it be feasible staff a functional McDonald's full of $15/hr employees. This McDonald's is our pit stop to pee before the long drive to Show Low. Not to mention a nice Quarter Pounder with Cheese for the road. The Quarter Pounder was for me and my uncle got a 20 piece Chicken Nugget. Along with every type of sauce they would give to him. We went in to use the bathrooms and then drove through the drive through to order. After we ordered they made us park and wait for them to bring it to us.
