This is one of the best Jack in the boxes around. They do just a wonderful job all the time. They're always friendly, they always get the order right, and the food is always hot and fresh. No matter how busy they are, the people working at the counter and of the drive-thru have a smile on their face, speak to you with respect, and thank you. This is the only spot in town that's open 24/7, which is super convenient. The service can be spotty and rushed. I usually ask for everything fresh -- otherwise, you might end up with cold, soggy food. The ambiance could definitely use a facelift, but it's a reliable option when you need a late-night bite. read more

I'm not even a big Jack in the Box fan, but this location is on point. Every time I've gone recently, the food has been hot, well cooked, not messy and overall pretty flavorful. Albeit this has always been in the early evening, but still. It's also surprisingly clean inside (even the bathrooms), and the staff is nice and attentive. You can tell the place is well managed. I just hope they keep the $5 deal going because that's the main reason I keep coming back. That and it's close by. So for what it is, being a food restaurant, it's definitely one of the best I've been to in a long time. Keep it up. read more

JBox at a convenient location at FLW and Thompson in the shopping center. The restaurant was clean but empty, I was the only customer dining in at about 8pm on a Saturday. Service could have been better. I bought 2 tacos and was not offered hot sauce and napkins. They do have electrical; so I was able to charge my phone and Wi-Fi for the net. read more

It was a hot Sunday and the regular chocolate milk shake did the job. They use real ice cream and lots of whipped cream for about $4,.29 now. I also added an order of cinnamon churros and these were surprisingly very good and filled with a caramel or cinnamon filling. They arrived piping hot and were an excellent choice on this day for three bucks. read more

Christmas Eve, hungry, Jack In The Box is open...never have I been to a drive thru that had nicer people working it. They were easy to understand through the speaker, accommodating, efficient, and just super kind when I got to the window. Food was bagged appropriately and order was correct. Thank you! I'm only giving it one star because I did receive food. First of all the AC was not working and it was hotter than He!!. Then I went to get ice for my drink and there was no ice! Received my order of tacos and they looked like they had sitting under a heat lamp for at least a week. What's with the onion rings? They used to be tempura fried and now they have this thick crunchy coating. The tables were dirty and chairs astray. I did dare try to use the restroom.The servers were great and a commend them for having to work under horrendous conditions. Management should be ashamed. I will never go back. read more

Every time I come here, the drive thru always botches my order! Either forgets my sauces, gives me the wrong food or drinks. Tonight I was given ketchup when I wanted hot sauce, given the wrong drink flavor AND MY FOOD WAS COLD! I live five minutes from here there is no way I should be that cold! Someone wrote a review about a month ago, suggesting you be sure to check your order before you drive away from the drive through. Good advice. Tonight I ordered a "Stacked Grilled Cheese Burger Munchie Meal." Simple, right? Apparently not for this crew. After I got home I found what was probably a Sriracha Curly Fry Burger in the Munchie Meal I got. I'm assuming that is what I got. I've never ordered one. Then place your order for two with no bacon, drive 30 min to get home and discover a ton of bacon on each one and no damn tomato is really annoying. I had a weird experience there. I had been going there for years off and on, until one day I was ordering and the guy typed it into the computer wrong, showing it as wrong on the screen. I tried to tell him that it was wrong, and he said "Yes, I'm AWARE it's incorrect." Wow. Major attitude. I paid for my order, said nothing and left. Usually this guy is pretty nice, he's a younger guy in his late twenties, seems like he thinks he's cool to be in charge at a Jack in the Box, but whatever. The next time I went there, I heard his voice at the drive through and ordered. He seemed nice enough, but when I got to the window and he saw it was me, he completely stopped talking to me, no hello or goodbye, or thank you, or anything. It was so strange and just rude. I'll not be going there anymore. I'm pretty positive the proper management will never see this review, but just know there must be some weird things going on in there for some twenty something year old wannabe manager to act like a thirteen year old girl. read more

Jack in the Crack. Good lord, seriously? I hate living so close to this place. When I was living on the East Coast, I would go into Double Cheeseburger denial and get the shakes. Now I've moved back here and pretty much always end up in line ordering a meal after a night of drinking. With a Dr. Pepper and curly fries with ranch on the side NOW. I mean PLEASE... please... not NOW, that's just crazy and rude. I very rarely get a crappy burger. They really do make everything right when you order it. The bun is nice and soft, the cheese is actually all melty and the burger patties are hot and juicy. The fries are crispy, hot and well seasoned. For a fast food place, Jack in the Box totally wins. I don't even want to think about the amount of fat, sodium, calories and evil I'm ingesting when I eat here because it's just so damn tasty. Oh well. read more
