It happens in every business. But today was absolutely unbelievable. I pulled up and decided to get a medium iced caramel Blondie with a couple extra pumps of caramel. I like it in a 32 ounce cup for the extra ice I like it cold. It went from $6.70 plus the extra $.80 for the caramel. Today it was $10.90 for what.? That's $3.60 more than I usually pay when the young man at the window couldn't explain to me why it was so much more he brought over somebody else and he just told me that's how what it is now. Explanation was because we have to add more for caramel $3.60. Are you serious? You're gonna charge me $3.60 the amount of a regular coffee extra. Will needless to say I did not take the coffee and I will absolutely never go back. There are too many coffee spots around town they don't try to rip you off. And honestly depending on who makes it half the time it's not right anyway so you're paying for something that you have to throw away but you'd rather not complain. But now today was just the icing on the cake. Black Rock, you need to train your employees a little differently as they're not the best I have seen I will miss a couple of the employees that are there that I do appreciate and that make my coffee correct. I will be sure to go to Dutch Bros/Starbucks/10 other coffee shops around. Also be sure that you give them your phone number because a lot of times they forget to ask and you lose out on those free drinks that take 15 coffees to get one.

The macadamia nut adds a delicious nutty flavor that compliments the coffee so nicely. However, one of my friends ordered a frozen mocha and it was incredible, especially on a hot day. The staff here is so friendly, just like you can always expect at Dutch Bros. Super quick too! She was kind of slamming things around as she made my drink, not dramatically, but I could tell I had irritated her by coming through, which made me very uncomfortable. She then sort of passively aggressively said the drink was on them tonight, I'm assuming she had closed the register or something like that, and did not want to reopen it. I still put $5 in her tip jar, feeling bad that I had annoyed her. I've worked the evening shifts my entire life, so I am no stranger to the irritations of customers not respecting the hours of operation. However, it is my job to still give someone at 9:00 the same service they would get at 5:00. I provide massage therapy to people late into the evening, walk in clients a lot of the time, and they still get 100% of my effort. I love Dutch Bros, I have family friends in HR and at the stands, and I am a very frequent customer and will continue to be. This was just disappointing and uncomfortable.

They had cherries and apples in them and the bread was soft and fresh. The chicken was a tad bit chewy but that honestly did not matter so much because the flavors otherwise were very good. I returned a few days later and got their turkey sandwich. Also, delicious with slices of green apples. I had to remove the cheese slices from it because I didn't pay attention when I bought it that it had cheese. I don't think that impacted the taste though. I loved that it was also made with herb focaccia bread. We will be returning for more sandwiches for sure because they have a great selection daily.

The man ringing me up was friendly and made my transaction easy. He asked if I wanted my croissant heated up, and I said yes. My items were prepared quickly and I was on my way. My drink hit the spot and the boba wasn't super fresh, but it was fine. The croissant was very chocolaty, chewy and delicious; really enjoyed it. I did notice the sign about table games, though, so just a heads-up: don't bring your whole game night setup expecting this to be the spot.
