Worst experience ever! Came to the drive thru asking for water and the worker named Ethan called me a "broke a*s pu**y" unacceptable language multiple kids in the car and refused to take my order after i came inside not a single manager in sight! read more

The biggest problem with this location, too many people sitting in there using it as their personal office. And I mean, sitting for hours in front of the computer. As the days get warmer, there's less opportunity to sit on the patio. Walked in there the other day, and not a single table was available Because every single table was taken up by people using it as their office. So we ended up sitting outside where it was quite warm. The service is always fine at this location. The staff is always very friendly. But this is getting ridiculous! read more

Absolutely abysmal service every single time I go through the drive thru. It's the only one in town with one and it's convenient before work but the customer service is terrible and needs improvement. There is an extremely lazy and rude worker there almost every morning, didn't care to get her name but it's the only older lady there. Doesn't bother to be kind or lean out the drive thru window makes you have to jump out to reach for anything. When called out on this she immediately became defensive, raised her voice and said NO it's you who has to do that! Then slammed the drive thru window. Whoever is the manager or owner of this establishment needs to look over there employees again, absolutely abysmal. read more

This Starbucks team used to work out of 16425 E Palisades Blvd (which recently closed). Upon recently visiting the old location, everything was gone and not even a sign to be found! I reached out to Starbucks head office and found out they actually moved to a brand new location. My only pet peeve is they should have certainly let customers know where they were going as a lot of people were in the same boat. The new location is actually much better, brand new actually. New signage, new equipment, ultra modern and clean! There's even a drive through option if you want, and all the same great staff! I really love the new great location and they certainly know how to make great drinks here. Will be back soon! read more

Reading reviews are a guilty pleasure. People have emotional downward spirals about extremely mild first world problems. They really can't handle a lot in life. Anyway, the old men of Fountain Hills dress up in hundreds of dollars of cyclist gear to come here. I'm talking the cyclist shoes, socks, bicycling shorts, shirts, sunglasses, helmets (everything). At some point it dawns on you living here they put all that on living across the street from Starbucks. They drink and eat and then go home less than 100 yards away. Old people really are a trip and are better than TV. I love watching them and cracking up. Coffee is good here. Black coffee is perfect and roasted well. read more

Your Barista Jennifer is extremely rude. I walked to counter to pick up a mobile order and she called my name with drink in hand. as I went for it she proceeded to place it on the mobile shelf so I followed her to get it and she snapped at me "I will get it. Your not allowed back here". Ok so I stepped back, she handed it to me and I said thank you for so rudely telling me the rules. When I came back for a straw she again snapped there is a sign (covered with a plant) telling me to stay out. The lady that was standing waiting for her drink just smiled at me and rolled her eyes. If this was the first time happening, I would not be writing - but it is the THIRD time for this location. I buy Starbuck's Black Tea Lemonades all over the Valley and very, very often. They are normally so tasty! This location, for whatever reason, doesn't seem to get the "mix" right! Today, when I picked mine up, it looked very dark and questioned whether it had lemonade. The gal at the window was very nice when I questioned it and asked me if I would like to taste it. I said yes and did so and there was very little lemonade in it. She offered to make me a new one and when I attempted to give her the one I had back, she said they couldn't take it back but would make me a new one. Out of nowhere appeared another employee, perhaps the Manager? She was rude and barked, "we have to have that tea back". I told her I had offered and she wanted to know again what was wrong with it. I told her and, without a word, she turned her back and went away. They brought the new tea back to me and, as I suspected, I was being "taught a lesson" because it was worse than the last one! I didn't want to hold up the line any longer or argue with a "20-something" but I won't be using this location again. Not sure what's happening to customer service. I work in the service industry, and this behaviour/service would not be tolerated. read more

Definitely my all-time favorite Starbucks out of anywhere I've traveled this is the one place that always makes my drink right!

Late last night about 8pm i went thru the drive thru..the wait time was 15 minutes for a drink even though no one was in line...RIDICULOUS..the kid at the register/ drive thru window took forever.when i asked him what the hold up was he said they had to prep to close for the night and that usually no one comes thru that late.
