The customer service there is nice the people are nice there. The place is clean and nice. They need to fix there drive through speakers they always told me to speak up even though I was talking pretty loud. I also wish they were open longer but over all it's a good place to go and eat. read more

I ordered and get home to my big Mac literally missing half the stuff and when I drive all the way back they act all rude saying "accidents happen". How hard is it to make a big Mac look like a big Mac and not a single patty cheese burger. Not impressed. read more

We visit this McD once every month or two and the service and cleanliness has always been great. A few days ago, I was there with our kids and the manager was so nice - he gave each of our kids a happy meal toy just out of the goodness of his heart. I don't know why I keep coming here. The order is never right. And I am always asked to park my car to wait for food they cannot have ready in the drive thru. I ask every time for no ice in my drink, and I always receive ice. I am asked several times to repeat my order, and it is never right. This is the closest fast food place to our home so we visit more than I'd like. Every time we go our order is wrong. I've called the number for the complaint line with no response. When I say no onions that means no onions not 2 or 3 onions. If I were allergic I'd be in a hospital bed right now. When I return something because it was not made correctly don't question me just fix it. I can honestly say this is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. On my last visit the manager engaged the male employees in conversation about bed making. She was so loud my child and I could hear word for word the conversation, I was disgusted. She did not help out the front register person even though he had three customers. She stood there doing nothing! One mistake I will forgive but multiple mistakes and you've lost my business. read more

WORST DRIVE THRU SERVICE EVER! In the last week, I have been thru this drive thru 5 times & WITHOUT EXCEPTION, they have messed up my order every time. Giving me regular Coke instead of Diet Coke (and I'm diabetic), giving me coffee without the cream & Splenda as asked for, giving me someone else's order altogether & then I have to circle back around to go thru the drive thru again to get the right order....but the last straw was this morning, when I sent my husband out from our home, 10 miles away, and he comes back without the 4 chocolate milks, because ONCE AGAIN, they failed to give us the entire order. he gets all the way back home before realizing that he doesn't have everything. So he turns around & treks back the 10 miles with his receipt to get the 4 chocolate milks that they failed to give him, do they apologize? No! Offer some kind of compensation for having to travel 40 miles to get the entire breakfast that was ordered AND paid for? NO! Nothing! THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I VISIT THIS MCDONALDS....EVER! Staff might be friendly, but they obviously lack the basic training to put food in a bag. Or they just don't care. read more

First of all before you even pull away from the drive thru CHECK YOUR BAG. I've gotten home more than once and I've gotten the wrong order or something was missing. Don't ask them to do anything special on your order because it will be wrong. I've emailed McDonald's complaining of the lack of customer service and I've had the owner of this McDonald's email me apologizing saying he was sending me coupons in the mail, which I never received. I've had the woman manager hand me a fry that was missing from my order through the window in no bag. The remodel only made this McDonald's look nicer to compete with the new Carl's Jr which now gets my service when my family and I are needing a quick bite to eat. So let me first start off by saying that you can only expect so much from this type of place. However, there are a set set of standards that even a McDonalds should follow. I rarely ever find the food great but when you are in a rush, it works. So the reason for the 1 star rating is mainly due to the manager at this location. First, the cashier misunderstood my order a few times, may have been my fault but compared to the next issue it was pretty minor. Everyone is super short and totally unfriendly here but they give out balloons, which was kind of odd given the overall unfriendly atmosphere. They have an empty bowl where the balloons are placed which I looked Earlier and there was nothing there. Moments later a kid got a balloon, so I asked "do you guys give out balloons?" The cashier asks the manager and without even looking she reply's "we are out." and walks away before I can say hey the other kid just got one. At that point I told the cashier don't worry about it because I wasn't about to beg for a balloon. So my wife decides to ask for the the manager to find out if they have balloons. Turns out the manager was the same lady that was super short with me earlier and she says they are out and shows the empty bowl. So she asked her how is that if that other kid got a balloon, the reply was it was the last one. Then I jump in and say hey that bowl was empty before my wife asked. It gave the impression that not only was she dishonest but the manner she communicated her response was unprofessional. Since she was the manager, we just got up and left, luckily we were done with our food. Moral of the story is poor manager = poor service. She looked inexperienced and immature. Will never come back here, owners need to rethink who they have in charge. read more
