Came through for a quick lunch and turned into a 30 minute fiasco. Order a simple order total of 4 sandwiches for my coworkers and myself and they completely butchered the order. 2 Artisan Signature Crafted Sandwiches: grilled chicken pico de Gallo sandwiches and one sriracha grilled sandwich. Which came out with crispy chicken pico and some bbq sandwich.. One bbq beef patty.... Not what I ordered. They brought out a remake, bbq chicken with crispy onion? Not what I ordered. Came back a second time, bbq chicken sandwich grilled chicken. Still not what I ordered. Tried again, some crispy chicken sandwich. They threw in a free medium free and two apple pies and $6 backs for the hassle. Which I completely appreciate. But walking away I still did not receive what I ordered. Though I appreciate them trying to reconcile the issue. They also asked for my receipts 3 times after I already gave it back to the guy at the window. Super irritated. Again I appreciate how they reconciled the issue. It was just a $30 minute process to fix everything and it was more difficult than it should have been. For such a large location everything should be a lot more efficient. Never seen a location so disorganized. This location continuously forgets entire items in your order. This is not the first time I've ordered something from here only to find-out it's wrong, but it will be the last. When I order a bacon egg and cheese and pay extra for bacon to be added and instead I receive a plain sausage between two buns-- that's unacceptable! Wow I finally convince myself to try the bacon Bigmack. Drove through the drive-through and at the last window made sure that my bacon Bigmack had extra Mac sauce on it. The person in the drive-through said yes. Then once I got home I open my big Mac and there was no bacon I told myself I jinxed it because I was so excited to try it finally. I had the strangest experience at this store. I was a bit stunned actually. Here's what happened: For some reason, I was craving cheap ice cream and went in here to get a soft-serve. I waited for a minute in line and ordered. The server was a middle-aged stocky Latino guy. He took my order and gave me 14 cents in change after I gave him a dollar. I waited for 3-5 minutes before he motioned for me to approach the counter. I walked up and he asked to see the 14 cents he had given me. I was a bit baffled but fished the change out of my pocket. He grabbed it and took a dollar out of the register and dropped it in front of me. I didn't know what was going on and thought he was refusing service. Normally, I wouldn't care to do a review about McDonald's, but what happened to me this morning here makes me want to never ever step foot in this location again! It was 10 am, right when I walk in I happen to lock eyes with a cashier, who then rolls her eyes and looks away. "Ugh, okay." I thought to myself. No hi or welcome to McDonald's. So i stand in the middle and look up at menu. When I am ready to place my order I look back down to another cashier who is just staring at me. We look eye to eye for an uncomfortable and awkward 3 seconds, all this time I am wondering, "Is this girl going to ask if I am ready to order?" When she finally connects the dots and realizes that I'm ready to place my order and I'm actually waiting on HER to call me over to the counter, she does this little downward nod signaling me to come here. No words, just a nod. I placed my order, got my receipt, stepped back and waited. I stood nearby so I could see the completed orders being put out. I saw them place a small paper bag and orange juice (I ordered a #4 breakfast combo with oj), but they didn't call my number. Probably isn't mine. After waiting for 3 minutes this paper bag is still sitting there. I walk up to it and what do you know, it IS my order! I haven't been to McDonald's in a while but is this how they do it now? Self service? No common sense or decency to say, "Excuse me sir, your food is ready." WTH?? And they want $15/hr for this type of crappy service??? I took the paper bag and walked out of there not saying a word. The staff didn't even notice that I left with my order. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I will give them 2 stars because their drive thru service is pretty good. The cashier working the drive thru is articulate enough, but their front end cashiers are incompetent and dumb, on this particular morning especially! To the management, train your employees better! Stop hiring these young ditzy girls who have ZERO people skills. I swear, they don't know when or how to say hi, hello, thank you, and goodbye. It's sad when you have to train them in basic human communication. Better yet, replace these cashiers with automated machines. You will save money, have more efficiency and your customers will get way better service than with these so-called "cashiers" working the registers right now. Let's be honest here. If you go to McDonalds, you know what you're getting. At this particular location, you park in an underground location if you want to walk in or you can simply drive on thru. I have never actually walked inside being the lazy person that I am, but I have gone through the drive thru on several occasions. Even when busy, I have spent a reasonable amount of time waiting in the drive thru line. My order has always been correct and the customer service workers polite and friendly. Worst McDonald!! I use to come to this McDonald when I was in high school and it was pretty good. Forward years later and it has turned into a big mess!! I have been to this McDonald twice this year. I noticed they seem to always forget to get the order wrong. You ask for a meal and they give you only a sandwich and when I ask for my fries and drink they say oh we forgot. Today I had ordered 2 10 piece meal which included 2 medium fries and I ordered an extra small fry and I only got 1 medium fry and 1 small fry. I was going to go back and argue but for $2 and some change it was not going to be worth the headache. Last time I tried arguing about my order it took 15 minutes for them to finally realize they had made a mistake.
