I went into this McDonalds early this morning. When I arrived, there were only 3 people in line in front of me. However, the cashier was EXTREMELY slow. She kept assisting other's customers who wanted some water, a refill of coffee or some other random question. It took 15 minutes for me to place my order, in the meantime another customer comes in waiting and waiting until she asks if she can come back because of the wait, she's going to be late to work. This was the worst experience I've had at a McDonalds walking in. They was not short staff either, next time I ride my motorcycle though the drive thru, hopefully I get better service that way or I assume it has something to do with skin pigmentation. read more

When the breakfast came out and they shout out my number, I went to go get it. Since they don't have any sauces out, I ordered two ranch, ketchup and jam and jelly when I could hear him saying in Spanish to another worker something like: ordena mucho. So I was asking him, I'm sorry I can't order any sauces here? He replied I didn't say anything. So another worker came and said oh I am so sorry about this. This place never gives you a correct order. I did a test to check, out of 10 orders all 10 had something missing. I don't understand non of the employees in this place able to complete a basic task of putting the order together? Even the burger places that half of the staff is high, mess up the orders less. Every time you need to open the bag and check to ask to correct. Also the food is, mehhh, what you expect from MacDonalds. Can get much better food for the same price. read more

I used to love McDonald's. I did not only go all the time - I even used to work there - and had a fantastic time. Then things started to slide downhill, and why McDonald's Germany did an excellent job to re-invent themselves, the motherhood of all McDonald's .... stayed behind. Today my wife went again, one of the newer stores, in Glendale, CA. Better than most what we had seen when we went touring the US with Rammstein, but still far from the stylish German McCafés. Sadly, we opted for the new $6 meal - a Big Mac, small fries, any size drink, and a pie. Awesome! From my time at McDonald's - and that was 30+ years ago - I still remember that they always try to upsell - and we opted to go medium. Now, you get - guess what - a Big Mac, medium fries and a medium drink. No pie. And it's $7.79 but $6. So for "only" $1.79 plus tax you upgrade a small portion of fries to a medium - and lose the pie. On the menu, the upgrade between small and medium fries are pennies. With the loss of the pie, I got less food for - considering the tax - $4 more. Wow. They must have lost their mind. read more

Poor customer service! Going there because it's the nearest McDonald's, but SOME of the workers just don't want to work. Please do something to manage your workers to be nice and do their job. I ordered a coffee and asked to put 2 spoon of sugar yesterday, they didn't do that. When I asked the worker "Did you put 2 spoon of sugar?", she said nervously "NO". I will admit that I am a fan of McDonalds. I've grown up on it, so yes... I am quite biased, compared to other fast food places. The 24 hour drive through ones are super convenient; if you're craving for that 3AM under-a-dollar ice cream, McDonalds is the place to get it. The dollar menu miiiiight end eventually, but it's great for those on a budget. They probably do but a bunch of additives and whatnot in their products, and I am well-awared of their mechanically separated chicken, but whatever. I get my protein for under $5 a deal, so I am rather happy. Oh and by the way, it took my 23 years to lose my BigMac virginity. It was worth it, but I was disappointed that it didn't happen sooner. Wanted to grab some breakfast before I went to my appointment, I had ordered a bacon, egg, cheese bagel combo. The cashier told me to sit and someone will bring it to me. Well I waited for over 20 mins. When my food arrived it was cold to the touch, it looked like it was sitting out for a while. I kindly told her, she told me she'll bring out another one, waited another 10 minutes. At this point I said forget it. Went to the counter. This is a review both for this restaurant and McDonald's overall. I ordered for my coworkers and myself through their mobile app and picked up the food, but it was missing multiple items. I unfortunately didn't have a chance to check because 1) I was in a rush since I work at a hospital and 2) they packed the bag in such a way that I couldn't check without the fries toppling over everywhere. When I found out there were missing items I tried to contact customer support, which did was a hassle to find. The app told me to call the restaurant, which I tried but the phone just rang on indefinitely every time I tried. There's no way to indicate a problem on the app. I tried emailing but haven't received a response. It's frustrating that they didn't bother to put all the ordered items in the bag and unfortunately I went hungry through my 18 hour shift. read more

This McDonald service after 12am is horrible. There has been times where they haven't acknowledged me at the drive thru, but today completely didn't take my order. They are 24/7 McDonald's, but decide to lie and say they are only delivering orders. No fast food chain does this.
