It's McDonald's so the food isn't the best in the world, but I've never had an order overcooked or under-cooked. The staff are friendly and usually the wait times aren't bad but sometimes there is a long wait. The restaurant is always clean when I've been there. The only problem with an order I've ever had was a missing toy from a happy meal which they promptly rectified. read more

We stopped here on a road trip today and ordered from the gas station across the street to pickup in our RV/van. The guy who came out to give us the food was super friendly, and the fries were amazingly good. I couldn't ask for anything more from a McDonalds. Thanks for doing a great job! read more

We went to 912 E. Simcoe Dr. Goldendale, WA 98620 for dinner. When they brought out our meal to the table there were four hairs found in the food, we brought the food back to the counter and told them what the issue was and wanted our food remade. While they were making the food the two grill workers that were putting together the food made a point to the other employees that the sandwich was remade and not to touch any other sandwiches. When I opened the sandwich at the table there was a large amount of spit on the top bun and also mixed into the meat and cheese. We brought all the food back up to the counter told the manager what was going on, they confirmed that they've had major issues with these two employees in regards to this kind of behavior. I immediately contacted the Washington State Health Department and contacted the GM. No answer from the GM nor did the number have a professional voicemail to indicate this number is for the GM. I'd intended to get my coffee at another place, wanting to patronize a local company vs. a big chain. But when the barista there wasn't wearing a mask, I diverted to McDonalds. And was so glad I did. Everyone was at McDonalds was professional, friendly, masked, and quickly got me my order. Because they had to brew a fresh pot and were concerned it might be overly got, they even brought my coffee to me with ice in case I needed to cool it off. Great service. read more

As far as mcdonalds goes this is the best one I've ever been to. Always fast, friendly and HOT food. I don't frequent them often but when I need a quick choice last minute it fits the bill. I wish the play place was clean though. We only use the drive thru now as that does need to change. read more

Every time I drive through this place, McDonald's is really places out here. All my food has been fine so far, but now trying to remember if I didn't check a meal or two after coming to This McDonald's location. This last trip, is currently September 29, 2020 and I decided to just check my drinks this time, after looking in it there were three ANTS just laying on top of my drink. I will never be stopping at this McDonald's again, or maybe in general. I've had enough . It's not hard to make sure the food is going out correctly. Make food and drinks where are you your self would be able to eat it in now I just serve something because it's going to someone you don't know at a fast food restaurant. 0 STARS. Stopped in while driving threw headed to Portland yesterday. Food was good as McDonald's food can be. The ladie taking our order messed up our order (heard she was messing up on most of everyone's orders(manager kept giving away food)). The ketchup in the pump was soured, wasn't edible. Informed some one working there. He came out & tasted it. His expression on his face was one of discuss. He apologised & said he'll replace it. Goldendale has limited choices for a quick meal or snack so we found ourselves here 3 times in 3 weeks. I'll state up front I'm not a fan of McDonalds-with that out of the way here's the low down. The food tastes the same (to us) at every location and this was no exception. The building was old school McD's and definitely in need of an update. Really small inside with Half the interior the play space. Seating was all clustered next to the restrooms- Yikes! Service was efficient but not friendly. Restrooms were clean but outdated and a little sad. If there's a next time we'll use the drive through. read more

One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had (and I've had more than my share) I'm a sucker for the 'Monopoly' contest, so it says if you order the 10 piece Chicken meal in the large size, you get three game pieces. Whohoo! One little problem: I get the meal, not one freakin' game piece. I get a Diet Dr. Pepper - flat. I ask if can it can be switched. Sure, no problem. Flat Diet Pepsi. Rude, paranoid manager. McD always has a few flaws, but is usually cheerful and courteous. Makes up for the sloppy food preparation. Today i ordered a triple cheeseburger at the drive-through. I understand that nobody should eat that much, but I had the dog with me to help out! They charged me for the triple but only gave me a single. So I drove around the loop again and explained the problem. The "manager" scowled and thought that I was lying. I returned the single to him and he carefully dissected it for evidence that I had somehow slipped two of the patties out of the bun to cheat him! I'm just not that desperate! Eventually he went back to the cook and got a very sloppily made triple for me. He said that he would keep my alleged single as evidence - they had my credit card number. Never a "sorry", "thank you",or smile. I was somehow a criminal for reporting their mistake. This will be my last visit there. read more

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. I stood at the register with the restaurant empty and waited for several minutes before someone finally noticed I was waiting. I literally ordered one item and the man taking my order didn't know how to work the register. After repeating my order 4 times he still messed it up. There was barely a line of cars outside and the employees were complaining about a "rush" when I was literally the only one inside. Food was ok. But the inside of the establishment was filthy. Bathrooms were so gross and the trash was overflowing and was on the floor. In the restaurant portion the floor looked like it had been mopped with old brown water. There was garbage stuck to the floor. The trash was full. There was a more than full staff! There were several people messing around in the back and they took a very long time to make food. Staff was disgusting and disrespectful. Worst McDonald's EVER! I dare you to attempt to get a warm, fresh meal at this franchise. It can not be done. To add insult to injury, they make you wait forever for the cold, crappy food. They don't seem to be able to take more than one order at a time and then often leave stuff out. Especially in the drive thru. Don't bother to complain, the managers don't care. They will insist the cold, hard fries and soggy, limp burgers have just been made and treat like you're nuts for saying anything. They don't honor nationally advertised specials. my view on this is, since they are such a remote location, they can just crank up the prices to whatever they want. Terrible. I have been to this McDonalds several times and have always had to wait five to twenty minutes for food, and that's using the drive through. This chain has really dropped the ball in the last few years and is no longer a place we will ever eat, no matter how hungry we are. read more
