This McDonald's has gotten on my last nerve. I purchased the new Big Mac sandwhich w/ bacon. You are suppose to get two pieces of bacon. They took one piece of bacon broke it in half and tore the ends off of the bacon. The two pieces were no more than 2.5 inches long. I'm pissed. I know it's just bacon, but if you say two piece of bacon and not two crumbs of bacon. There was no car in front me in the drive through and I still had to wait 5mins in a parking spot to get cold fries. Not only were they cold, but the box was half full. We gave them another chance and this what we got. My wife ordered me a classic chicken sandwich and I added tomatoes/lettuce. I bit the sandwich and did not taste the lettuce or tomatoes, so I opened the sandwich and this what I found. They gave me the ends of a Roman tomato. I stopped for breakfast this morning and ordered a Sausage McMuffin. Unfortunately I did not stay in the drive thru lane and quality check my order for accuracy. They actually gave me a Sausage McMuffin without the sausage. I had to later stop at Chick-Fil-A and reorder breakfast. This should not happen. The staff here needs more training on quality assurance that the orders are being prepared correctly. read more

I tried to order here twice this week. The first time I ordered on the app at 10:30. I was stuck in a drive through line that wouldn't move for 20 minutes. They wouldn't give me my breakfast when I got to the window because it was 11:15 and breakfast isn't served after 11. Nothing else was offered and I still haven't been issued a refund. Today, I braved this McDonalds again. I ordered a simple egg McMuffin, no bacon. The screen where I ordered said sausage McMuffin. I said, "No! That's not what I ordered." I tried again. She clarified it was egg/cheese only, and she saved me money. I drove to the pay window and told her I do not want sausage (I don't eat that). She was literally laughing at me and saying "Dint you want pay less! I save you money. No meat. You want egg/cheese. It's same thing...less money." This went back and forth, with me clarifying and her laughing. Guess what I got? Sausage and cheese. I didn't have time to go back and fix it. Duped twice. Don't go here. On On 4/23/21, after my review attempted to contact the manager by phone. No such luck. I missed two weeks and decided to go back and try them again. This time the mgr was in the parking lot and I told her about the bugs. I've been back two more times with the food w/o bugs. I have been coming to this McDonalds for quite a few years. They employee a person that they have been very good to over the years and even w/ the constant change of managers it doesn't seem to get any better / worse. After Midnight the staff here just starts collecting cash. They do not take any credit cards. I been there at 12 am , 1 am and 2 am ...how can their system be down everyday after midnight? I smell something fishy. They also make you wait for a long time for a simple order. read more

Went to window and they said so busy they could not help us and only one car that was sitting there waiting over 15 minutes. Employees are hard to find now days, but maybe get a good manager who cares and new employees that want a job. read more

Usually ordering on the app 15 minutes ahead of time means you walk in and pick it up. It's nice they don't make it till you're here, but you should still be priority at that point. Instead you wait another 15-20 minutes. So app orders with walk-in, curbside, or drive thru... you're there 20 minutes regardless so just be ready for a wait. read more

Went to this mcdonald's and tried to order a chocolate milkshake. The manager hesitated and said "we don't have milkshakes" and accidentally left the headset on and said to a coworker "i just don't feel like making a milkshake". then after trying to continue our order, after every item the manager said "second window" as if it was inconvenient for me to order anything else. Even though I don't have high expectations for any McDonalds, this one might be the worst. We went here hoping that it would be nicer after the remodel, but it wasn't. The service was terrible. They wanted people to only order via kiosk. When I went to pick up my order they took a really long time. The employees won't even look up at you. No smiles either. They finally gave me my food and it was cold and poor quality. They also gave me the wrong drink. Eventually, they fixed my drink but I had to wait a long time to get it fixed. Today was the second and last time I will eat at this McDonalds! My first visit I asked for no onions on my order, I got onions. After two attempts at getting the order correct I ended up parking and going inside to request no onions. They got the order correct, I got a face full of attitude. This visit the person working the cashier window didn't say hello. Had his visor pulled down over his eyes therefore couldn't make eye contact. My daughter waited over 1 hr to meet with manager and she never came out of her office. Well after waiting for so long my daughter decided to leave. Holy Cow... Sloooooooowest service ever. Every time we come, which is 2-3 times a year, it's consistently slow. We regret not going to Chick-fil-A right across the street, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. On the plus side, the ice cream machine was working, but it took over 10 minutes to get an ice cream cone. Then when it was made they didn't call the number and gave my daughter's ice cream cone to some grown man... and in the time it took to write this we observed employees standing around and "BS-ing" which was confirmed by the actual word being spoken regularly by the employees... This McDonald's is blah. The drive thru is a joke as it's original design was poorly constructed. Most of the parking spots get blocked by those waiting in the drive thru. A friend of mine witnessed one vehicle get hit 3 times by different people trying to back out. If you're going in, I recommend parking in the parking lot that is on the opposite side of the standard lot. The inside is plain and offers little to no style. It is clean most of the time, but nothing to get excited about. The staff has never been really pleasant, but I've come to expect this from McDonald's. This business is gun carry friendly. I really wish I had something positive to say but that is not the case here. I gave it two stars because the many times I've been here they have only messed my simple orders 2 or 3 times. Possibly the world's worst McDonald's. I have travelled to almost every State in USA and by far, this is the worst service I have received from any fast food chain. I do not expect too much from a chain restaurant, but to wait over 10 minutes for a happy meal for my kids, really. Then to top it off, they made a mistake and that took another 5-7 minutes to correct. I thought this may been a lapse in their service that particular day, so I gave it another try. Geez, it was even worst the second time around. They not only forgot to get my order, but when they did, they left off three items and it took then a while to get the items. Really??? Everyone knows the taste of McDonald's so I am not going to discuss the food. This is about this location and service. My wife actually really likes the Premium Crispy Chicken Classic Sandwich. She doesn't not like the Premium Crispy Chicken Club. So after ordering the food, paying (and seeing the receipt say Premium Crispy Chicken Classic) I wait for my food. Service was very slow considering there were not a lot of people in the restaurant. I then get my food and look in the bag to make sure all of the items are there (I don't look what exactly is in there, just make sure two burgers two fries etc.) I get home and low and behold, it is the club sandwich. I understand that accidents happen but this is not the first time they have gotten the order wrong. I will just drive to the one on 28 and save myself the trouble, or I will just have to pull everything out to make sure they didn't get it wrong. read more

It's not that hard. I want the large iced latte with less ice and the 20 piece nuggets to go with sweet chili sauce. The Hispanic chick taking my order takes around 5 minutes to find the corresponding buttons to iced latte and the nuggets, then she says that the sauce is not one of the buttons, telling me about buffalo, sweet and sour, BBQ, ranch, and honey mustard. I told her the sweet chili exists. Anyway, got the nuggets and moved towards where they make the coffee products. I saw there were the purple labeled sweet chili sauce in the to go area. Terrible, rude, unbelievably poor service. Young guy (brown hair red hoodie) taking our order was yelling through the speaker when taking our order and being very verbally rude. We get to the window and he says nothing and grabs our card, tosses it back to us. Tosses our bag out the window so carelessly that the side of the bag rips down the side that he is holding--he just says "oh shit" while we grab for it--then shuts the window on us. We just blew it off not expecting much from a fast food worker late at night. Then we get home and to eat a cheeseburger and see that there is no burger. Kind of a crucial ingredient to a cheeseburger. Workers like this is why it is a joke to consider paying fast food workers decent wages. Going to avoid this location at all costs going forward. I expected a delay because of COVID but this McDonalds is an overachiever. I waited in line for 12 minutes. Once I ordered it took another 13 minutes to get the hot parts of my meal. They ran out of sweet tea so they couldn't give me the drinks. Instead of saying "can we get you something else" or "do you want to wait while we brew more tea?", they said please pull forward and wait. After six minutes I called and they had forgotten me. I then asked to have Diet Coke instead to which they agreed. Again I waited, this time for five minutes. I decided to walk in this time. The manager greeted me and said they were working on my drinks. Does it really take that long? I told her at that point that I would like the hot food replaced. Another 5 minutes and I was on my way.
