They're fast AND their customer service is spot on. Back in 2020, I would not leave a review this good. I went to the McDonalds on Boulder Hwy & Lake Mead just to get an ice cream cone and yet once again I am told that their machine is out of service. WELL THEN FIX THE DAMN THING!! This isn't my first time trying to get just a cone. they close the indoor seating at 7pm and now I am stuck in the drive through line with 3 cars behind me and 2 in front of me and have to sit there and wait to exit. I have been going here since April at least 3x a week I like to get my dog a vanilla cone after the dog park. So now my dog knows we are here to get her cone and when I finally am able to leave the long backed up drive through line without her cone, she starts barking non stop at me cuz she didn't get her cone & doesn't understand WHY Now I am really pissed, so decide to try the McDee's down the street from this location which is on Boulder Hwy & Sunset well guess what we pull up to drive through and my dog once again is excited cuz now she thinks she is going to get her cone and I order one vanilla ice cream cone for her only to be told once again....YUP YOU GUESSED IT...SORRY OUR ICE CREAM MACHINE IS DOWN!! is there anything else you would like to order?? Honestly don't know how there is no quality control here. I don't eat fast food often but sometimes a burger is just what I want. In the handful of times I've had this McDonald's over the last 5 years it's ALWAYS been the most disgusting thing ever. Today was the last time. My burger had what seemed to be a full packet of salt dumped on the patty (which looked and had a texture of being cooked and recooked many times over) the fries were cold (which in itself is miraculous due to how long the drive through line was) I can honestly say now I will never have another McDonald's. This location has time and time again proven there is no quality. My last disappointment is only in myself for thinking the next time will be different. read more

Just got out of the drive thru... we ordered the 2 for $5 special and a #2 breakfast combo. Person taking our order even repeated it to us. We got to the window, there was this guy at the window in a yellow shirt, didn't see his name, but was rather "flamboyant." We checked our order after he gave it to us, and saw that one sandwich was missing. He told us to check our receipt in a rude way and told us that's what you paid for. He continued rambling on and didn't let us explain. He gave us the extra sandwich, we were willing to pay, but he tried to slam the drive thru window (window wouldn't close), and walked away. There was a little pretty girl next to him who saw the whole thing. My husband and I are pretty patient people, as I deal with irate customers thru the week. We know it's busy, but his actions were uncalled for. My recommendation? He needs to find another job. read more

Usually I wouldn't write a review here but this experience just hit different. Went to the drive thru to get fries for my 2 year old daughter because she really wanted some. After waiting in line for 20min (not McDonalds fault) we finally got our order. As I left I reached in the bag to get my child her fries and of course - NO FRIES. You guys are paying your employees a lot more now. At least invest in training them well enough to get the orders right. read more

Staff is lectured for being friendly to customers. They want machines not people to work here. This one is close to my house in opposite direction to my office, but staff used to be super friendly and always smiling, so they made it worth the detour. As COVID hit, they went to drive up/drive thru only and the staff became silent when taking or delivering orders . The short time dining room was open I watched how the new manager treated her staff. It wasn't pretty when they tried being nice to customers. Now it all makes sense. Management thinks this is Amazon warehouse, when it's a service first business. I'm not sure why I'm not seeing any recent reviews of this year because this location is always so slow. I appreciate the food sometimes because I do get what I asked for and what I paid for such as extra sauce on my burgers. The one thing I do dislike and bothers me is the afternoon worker/manager named Maria. I always order through the kiosk because if I do wait in the line they take forever so I got my ticket to pay upfront with cash. I wanted an extra sauce on my burger that I couldn't add on the kiosk and asked for it upfront while paying. Maria proceeds to make a public announcement that I suddenly wanted the sauce on it when it was unnecessary because the order shouldn't even be getting done until it is paid for . And I've worked at McDonald's before so I know how the "Screen" that shows the burgers looks like and works like. And it wasn't busy at 11:00PM so there's no excuse to rush a burger. She has a passive aggressive attitude sometimes and when I wait for my food she always talks to herself in a rude way talking about the other workers like getting impatient. If you don't like YOUR job then quit. I asked for extra sauce on my burger and she proceeded to say I have to pay extra . When every morning I go and ask for it too it's always free? None of it is coming out of her paycheck so I'm confused. When I mentioned I always get it free so why do I have to pay now. She acted like she was ignoring me and once I get my recipe what do you know. It's 0 charge . And no it wasn't a manager discount or anything like that. This location is horrible. I walked in this morning for breakfast and there were two people working the counter. A manager and an employee. After they finished with their customers and it was my turn, the manager walks away and the employee walks off to make a coffee. The complaint here is that neither the manager nor that employee acknowledged my presence and the employee kept staring at me while making the coffee and never said "Hi", "I'll be right with you" or anything. She finishes with the coffee, looks at me again and walks outside. I thought she was making a coffee for herself and walked off for her break so at this point I was pissed! I asked the other employees cooking and working drive through for help and they ignored me. Finally, an assistant manager (I think) tells me, "She will help you". I turned around and the employee was back and says, "I was delivering a coffee to a customer outside". How was I supposed to know this?! She just stared at me and never said anything! This place is the worst! Drive thru line is always like 10 cars PLUS no matter what time of day you go. Then getting to the speaker to order it's usually a younger kid with an attitude and horrible customer service/communication (which is everywhere these days) For example when ordering my husband was curious about the "spicy pepper sauce" that comes on a spicy chicken sandwich. He nicely asks "what's the spicy pepper sauce like?" And the irritated sounding response he got was "it's what it says. Spicy pepper sauce" So he says "right, but is it more like a ranch spicy sauce or a buffalo sauce?" And she gave the biggest huff and grunt and replies with "sir, it's a spicy pepper sauce." So he said to just leave the sauce off the sandwich. Then when we got to the window about 12 minutes later (long waits) this girl about 20 years old, basically tosses him the bag of food, and says "pull around for your spicy chicken sandwich." She literally walks it out and doesn't say a word and again basically tosses him the bag and just walks away. This girls name was "RAJAH" and our experience with her officially helped us decided never to waste our time here again. We stop here occassionally, service is pretty good and Food is fast and fresh. Once in a while we get a wrong order, it happens, I always go through my bags at any fast food place before I leave anymore. We took the grands to the play place recently, it was clean and fun, kids had a great time. We ordered happy meals. Kids played with the video screens also, really enjoyed the time.
