I ordered 3 hash browns and 4 sausage Mc muffins! Not a hard order right! With door dash it was 23.89 I get my order and guess what! 1 hash brown! (What was the point of door dash!!) When I call them and explain all I got was an "ok" so then I drive down there and let them know this is bs I paid DoorDash fees just to drive to mc Donald's anyway! I never ask for anything but since my order was messed up by them and I paid them fees I thought MAYBE they can give me an extra hashbrown! Rosa the manager said she could not! Really a extra hash brown was that had to give! Smh read more

Drive thru is always fast I don't understand why so many people complain about this location.

If i could give this McDonald's i would. This is the trashiest one i have ever been in. There were loud kids i guess just getting out of school. Grabbing water cups to fill up over and over with soda. That's stealing. But i guess their parents didn't teach them that. They also didn't teach them to pull their pants up. Anyways the bathroom was nasty and dirty. The only good thing i can say is the young lady that gave us our food was nice. And the food was ok. Someone needs to watch these kids/ teenagers. Went through drive through with my husband about 10 mins ago and we ordered and everything was fine until we were trying to double check our order. Employee was very rude about it. Went up to the window and employees were arguing over a charger and a phone. Didn't catch why that was more important. Will not be coming back. read more

the service here is horrible. a couple of people waiting for orders. i was waiting to order for about five minutes. in walks an employee with a cake. i bet management didnt know about that. anyways i thought that was stupid considering people are waiting and the service was just bad. enjoy the cake and i hope people get fired. read more

McDonald's - Play Center - Burgers Near Me - Hesperia, California

My family and I took the drive thru and when we pulled up, we couldn't get as close to the call box due to the car in front of us not being able to go forward a bit more, so the hood of our car was to the box. When the car in front of us was able to move up, we got our chance to order and the speaker person was being so rude/mean. I'm guessing because she was trying to take our order when we weren't close enough to order to the call box. So when we get our food, the gave me a small drink when I ordered a large and my large fry box was filled halfways. The lady also said she put our sauces in the bag so we don't have to ask for any, there were never sauces in the bag. We got this kind of treatment just because we weren't close enough to the order box. We've never had this negative experience with this McDonald's. read more

The fries are cold, old and freezer burn. The building is dark, no signs lite up. Hamburger and chicken McNuggets are never fresh.

I'm not one to write reviews but seriously they're the worst. I asked for two 10 piece nuggets and fries and only got one box of nuggets instead of two plus the girl at the drive through window was being super rude so I figured they had everything in my bag since they were in a rush to get me out and I come home to one box. So why not call them and ask for some agreement? No answer. I called 4 times and at this point I want my money back. Seriously wasted 13 dollars here when I could've went somewhere else read more

Fix your damn machines! If it's not the ice cream machine it's the frap machine! Absolutely ridiculous, it's always one of them that's "broken". My frustration with this location has only grown over time. I myself, won't buy any food from this location. Due to constant inaccuracies with my orders, and the poor quality of the food. However my I still order for my wife and daughter occasionally. I do not exaggerate, when I say that at MORE than half of the time my orders are either incorrect, or the quality is substandard and inconsistent. For the past 5 years that I have been going to this McDonalds, nothing has improved. Problems ranging from missing items, wrong items, broken machines, poor customer service, inconsistent seasoning, and stale meat. I will not be buying from this McDonalds anymore. Should have known not to stop in here.... ordered a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit for dinner. Went through the drive through around 7 pm. Well, the bacon, egg & cheese biscuit was horrible. Tasted like it was sitting around all day, and someone microwaved it for about 2 minutes. The biscuit, instead of being soft and tender, was actually hard and chewy. Nice! read more

I was in the front lobby waiting for my food and all was good until this manager came around the counter and started yelling at one of the employee's about, if he wanted him to be at the front and so on... in front of customers. That was so unprofessional. The manager looked to be in his early 20's, was 100% disrespectful, not only to the employee but to the customers as well. If a manager has an issue, take it to the back. That person has no business in that position. This happened around 2:15 or so on 10/9/19, tall skinny Mexican guy about 20-23 years old. That manager needs some people skills and obviously is not equipped for that position. read more

I visited this location 2 nights in a row. Both visits the french fries were undercooked, soggy and saltless. I literally went there for the fries, how are they messing up the fries? The first night they were as described and I went back the second night hoping to have a better experience, but nope same fries. I won't be back and based on the other reviews McDonald's doesn't care. And why do they turn off all the lights at night, maybe they're trying save people from having a bad experience. Also to the guy who said people are leaving bad reviews because they're grumpy, maybe you just have lower expectations. read more

The lines are always super long and sometimes when I order my meals the fries are rock solid and you can literally break your teeth with them if you tried. The sodas never have any flavor, a lot of the employees are super rude, usually the ones that take your order. Mc Donald's 7/15/17 Miguel, who said he is the manager, asked us to leave the play area. - he said hours are posted but when I asked them to show me it turns out they are not posted anywhere. There is no sign. I told miguel I can't find where the hours are posted and he then said he didn't know where they are posted. He made no effort to assist me with my request to view the hours. Not his job. As the manager you would think he would know if the hours are posted or not and you would think he would have some type of customer service skills, but apparently not. I told Miguel I have a back issue and it's hard for me to move. I am on disability. We got here at 8:50 pm and no one told us the play area closes at 9 pm. He said it's "not his job to tell us" yet no hours are posted. He was very rude. He never apologized about the situation and was argumentative. No one offered to help us move after I told him I am disabled. He didn't care. Said it's not his job. Americans disability act allows me to sit at handicap tables, which is where I was sitting. I had to move to a table for those not disabled and this hurt my back greatly. I'm not from the area and another staff jumped in saying it always closes at 9 pm and I should just know. I mentioned I am from Riverside and so I was not automatically aware of the hours. Miguel did not say anything to employee about his rude comment to me. Again, a good manager would have intervened. Very very Poor customer service here. They only care about food sales and do not care about the well fare of the customers and those with disabilities. I would not recommend this location unless you want to be treated poorly. It's too bad because they do have a nice play area. read more

This McDonald's is terrible! Their Customer service is the worst! They ignore you on purpose at the counters since they've put in the new Kisoks. I waited for a piece of cheese for 20 mins, after I had asked a manager if I could get a slice of cheese and he directed me to the line and told me I could wait in line instead of going to get a piece of cheese real fast. Very lazy attitudes there. Their playground and playground eating area is filthy! There are flies everywhere! I counted at least 50 flies, the tables are unwiped. Floors aren't swept or mopped up. Trash cans are over flowing with trash. I've been there a few times in the past month and it hasn't changed. Last time I was there I mentioned how dirty the play ground area was and the flies and management did nothing about it. Not even sending out an employee to clean tables or floor. read more

Food on the floor, trash bins here full, tables are dirty, mess on the floors, there is a fly problem really bad the play area is very dirty, it was very hot in there. The staff are very nice but no one was cleaning the tables or floors. It was so hot in there and so many fly's were maybe 500 or more. read more

Stopped at this McDonald's on my way to see some family members in Hesperia. Service was great. The workers actually went way and beyond to provide great service. Some employees walked around to refill coffees and greet customers. That was something new for me considering McDonald's is a fast-food chain. Overall food was as expected and was provided great customer service. read more

This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's ive ever been to. There's always a huge line the servers are slow I don't always get everything in order. In line today at 8:40 90° weather trying to get two McDonald's flurries and the lady on the microphone says they're out of ice cream, so I waited in line for 10 minutes for nothing. read more

My family went thru the drive-thru today @ 7:32 pm, order #1336...Our entire meal was cold, we didn't get some of the items we ordered, the Sprite had no syrup so it was carbonated water & the McFlurry was only half full. We normally have good food at this location so I have no idea what happened tonight, but what a huge disappointment! Won't be going back there any time soon. read more

Went through the drive-through made us wait in the reserve spot and then they forgot our fries for our meals drove all the way home to find no fries called manager and they said we needed our receipt and they would give us our fries.
