Not gonna lie, this place is pretty legit. The food was great, and the prices? Wow. Super affordable for all the food we got. I went back to the counter after my burger and decided to get the nuggets to try them. The restaurant was super clean and the employees were friendly as well. All very positive things to see when you walk in. If you're near one, you should give it a try. You won't find a better deal. The patties and the fries are all real and fresh. The employee finally approached me with zero greeting, zero explanation, and zero apologies for a 30-minute delay at a fast-food restaurant. When I asked why the wait was so long, she gave me major attitude, snapping, "Ummm, we're understaffed," as if I was just supposed to know. It would have benefited everyone if someone had actually come outside to inform the trapped customers. Who thinks that is an acceptable way to speak to a customer? I then said I am happy to be back and look forward to trying the improved Whopper and she just stared at me again. It felt cold and I clearly can see she did not value my business nor did she care about what I was saying nor the quality of my experience. I don't expect Michelin star service at a Burger King, but c'mon, show a little respect and courtesy or find a different job to work at. I told her the meal was for dine-in and when my number was called, they put it in a to-go bag. I asked for a tray so I could enjoy my meal on clean surface but Pia and a young man said they did not have any trays. Well, it is what it is and the lemonade was out as well, so fingers crossed the Whopper would be good. The Whopper was pretty good but not like it used to be but it definitely was better. They skimp on the coffee, it's usually not close to the top. Too much ice on cold drinks. I always forget to say low on the ice. There are too many lanes open. Some close to customers parked cars or making it hard to maneuver around big concrete mounds, etc. I love they are really trying to accommodate more cars but at whose expense? All in all though efficient and food always so good!
