So, I feel like fast food should have an entirely different rating system, but anyway... this location is always clean, they are super fast with the drive thru, and it is pretty fast to get your order in. But the worst part was I almost waited an hour to get my food and the employees were very limited. This is the worst most unsanitary McDonald's I've had to pick food up in no manager on site the guy prepping the food has gloves on but do use same hand with same gloves to wipe off his phone scratch his head and put his hand in the pocket and then went back to prepping food, only girl that was there was rude and seen put out when asked about orders, another guy there long hair pulled back coughing by the fryers. Clean. Updated. Friendly. No complaints. In general it is quite small for most McDonalds I've been to. The parking lot however is quite large. We like to stop here for a quick meal, snack, drink and a restroom break on our way through Indy. There aren't big restrooms and there aren't a ton of places to sit, but we've never seemed to have much issues. Overall, an a-ok place to stop on 74 north or south. read more

I've been going here frequently for the past two weeks and I noticed a trend in their drive-through. I won't be pulling up for you to bring my order outside to me anymore. There was one person in front of me and one person behind me and I was asked to pull up to a parking space because they couldn't for fill my water of two plain cheeseburgers and a large fry... The first two times were nightmares, I assumed maybe it was because it was lunch hour that they were struggling but it took forever and orders were wrong. Then, I just came for the third time and tried to order my kids two blizards for National Vanilla Ice Cream Day. They said they did not have Blizzard's even though their menu outside was advertising a New Netherlands blizzard. I went to McDonald's around 6:32PM today and went through the drive through. My order was wrong but I was on my way to the Northwest side of town. I called and talk to someone who took my name down and told me that they would fix my order I told them I would be back around 9 PM I came back a little before nine and requested they fix my order a young lady told me that they cannot fix my order even though they could clearly see that it was wrong because I brought the food back they said they had to go by the system when I called to get the name of the manager the young lady asked why and hung up the phone. This McDonald's is pathetic! The drive-thru service sucks! A lot of the other reviews are spot on. Went through the drive-thru at 12:12. When you go through drive-thru not only do they screw your order up, (ordered Diet, got sweet tea), then they have you pull over and wait. I finally got fed up with the wait after 22 minutes! And went in for a refund. During my 22 minute wait the drive-thru just kept right on rolling, some got their food others got parked. God for bid they lose out on the almighty dollar, and take care of the parked cars. Daughter went there they drive thru took slightly over 30 min and when she came home fries were barely warm. What happened to Parking cars to get the line moving faster? Worst experience ever. The fountain drinks smelled like pure sulfur. We tried two different drinks from one machine and it was literally nauseating. We asked the workers to get our drinks from the machine behind the counter and they were slightly better, but still smelled and tasted wrong. It took the girl behind the counter about 20 minutes to get us fries and a plain cheeseburger (there was nobody in line ahead of us!) and she had to ask us four times what our drink orders were (2 Cokes and a Diet Coke). They seemed proud to advertise on a white board that it had been a whopping two days since their last complaint (which I honestly doubt).
