E we started with the jalapeño cheese Balls. They were spicy and had ranch for dipping. For lunch we had wings. Three were mild sauce so they weren't spicy but had a good taste. Fish and chips. Dinner with wife on Saturday, 07 February 2026. We got the pretzel bites for an appetizer and they were very good. My wife ordered fish and chips and I ordered a breaded tenderloin sandwich with fries. My wife said her fish wasn't bad but the steak fries that came with the fish were very undercooked. My fries were good, but they were lukewarm when they arrived. My tenderloin was another story. Everything (bun, lettuce, tomato, onions, and mayo) on the sandwich was good, but the tenderloin itself was absolutely horrible. It was maybe a quarter-inch thick, tasted like the bottom of a deep fryer, and had breading that wouldn't stay attached. The meat was tough and chewy. We both had beer from the tap (Blue Moon) and it was excellent. Our waitress was adequate, but inattentive. The tab was over $60 with tip. It was not worth it. We hadn't been here in a year or so, and we were disappointed enough that we won't be back. I don't know if ownership has changed or what, but the place used to be outstanding. read more

The only complaints was the A1 has some weird growth in the side of it, and the paper and salt shakers are dirty and the pizza do not recommend to buy no flavor. Just had dinner here. It is a nice neighborhood bar and grill. Music you could hear but talk over... this is good. Grilled tenderloin was kinda bland and dry but didn't taste bad necessarily. This fantastic restaurant and bar is practically in my neighborhood. We got there around 5:30 and it was absolutely packed. We got the last table in the place. Our friends suggested the French onion soup and the flash fire shrimp. They were right. They were excellent appetizers! Just so you know, there's coleslaw at the bottom of the cone that the shrimp come in. Apparently, it's fire! I don't do coleslaw LOL. I had a cheeseburger which was cooked perfectly and tasted phenomenal. The fries were really good. My husband had wings. He said they were amazing. Our friends who go there all of the time had their usual because they love it so much. He always gets the chicken tenders with fries and the waitress knows that he likes a cup of cheese sauce with his. Let's talk about the service. Are host set us immediately. This place is a little out of the way but worth it. We did online ordering it and picked it up. It only took 30 minutes. I've never eaten inside but I did notice the bar while I was picking up my food - it kinda reminded me of the Cheers bar. The serving sizes are humongous. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and the homemade chips which came with homemade ranch. The ranch and chips were amazing and the buffalo sauce was just the right amount of spicy. My brother had the bacon and bleu cheeseburger. He said it was the best cheeseburger he'd ever had. My mom had the tenderloin and said it was probably the best she's had. And that the cole slaw was excellent. I would definitely eat there again- maybe watch a Colts game when that's a thing again. Looking forward to trying more things on the menu. read more

Despite being a Saturday evening, we arrived here around 5 and had no trouble finding a table. We grabbed a parking spot in the shared lot out front and were greeted as we entered. We chose to sit in the dining area at one of the booths by the windows instead of the bar or dining room tables. It took just a couple minutes for our waitress to show up which we used to look over the menu. So when she arrived to get our beverage order, we knew what we wanted to order for dinner. My wife ordered the Flashback Shrimp which is served in a paper cone with slaw. The slaw was a creamy style and tasted fine. The shrimp were breaded and large and had a mildly spicy taste. I think there were six in the order. The order also came with a small plate which made it easier to eat and avoided the paper becoming soggy when the slaw was moved. I ordered the Flashback Burger which is a BMB (Big Mouth Burger), grilled to order with a charred outside and juicy center. The bun was stacked high with the burger, bacon, cheddar cheese, and onion strings. I also had them add lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and mayo. Really good sandwich but just a tad sloppy. The only negative was that the fries, though plentiful, were unsalted and dry so that even table salt I added fell off. They were a bit chewy like they had cooled off before serving. Service was pretty good throughout the dinner which lasted less than an hour. The room gets a little loud and if you sit near the entrance, the cold air of winter can be felt as new customers arrive. Our whole experience was listening to the bartender and waitress gossip about other girls that may or may not work there...I'll let you guess that one! nachos were beyond salty and not too hefty on toppers shrimp Was ok but my appetite was just gone after listening to those disgusting girls. The beer list was pretty weak but they have some solid craft options and the regular domestics. We got the Diablo melt, fish and chips, and small chef salad. My Diablo melt was a breaded chicken breast with peppers, onions and jalapeño with melted pepper jack cheese on top. The chicken was super tender and juicy! The sandwich was very good! The fish and chips were good, they're like every other fish and chips. What took me by surprise was the chef salad. It was so good! The meat was in strips and not cubes like most chef salads, we really liked that! Their salad options are very extensive and I would be hard pressed to not get a large salad for my meal next time. Slow enough that you get thirsty while looking for someone to refill your beer. Food is decent but just basic pub type food. The fish and chips is not very good. Super greasy to the point that you can't even taste fish. Coleslaw seems premade from a package. Wings are puny in size and always a little squishy so I get them well done.
