Small fry disguised as a large fry

Disappointed I ordered a large fry shrinkinflation is real if this is what a large fry comes in I don't even wanna know about a small fry

    A smash burger

This is hands down the worst McDonald's in the entire Seattle area, and that's saying something. You'd genuinely be better off going to the Aurora McDonald's and expecting chaos--because somehow this place still manages to be worse. The store is run by people who should not be anywhere near a kitchen, food, or customers. I ordered dine-in, and they made it to-go, then proceeded to cram 5 burgers, 5 four-piece nuggets, and fries into ONE BAG like they were trying to destroy the food on purpose. Burgers smashed, nuggets loose, fries scattered all over the bag and already cold. Meanwhile, I'm sitting there with 7 hungry kids, watching the food just sit on the counter forever. By the time it finally came out, I was already irritated--but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was just incompetence, not malice. Then it somehow got worse. The dining area was disgusting. Employees were glued to their phones, so I had to clean my own table, bus my own food, and play employee while trying to feed my kids who were starving and losing patience after 45 minutes of waiting. When I finally brought the issue to the manager, Frida, she accused us of already eating the food. Yes--apparently my children magically ate smashed burgers that were still sitting in pieces. When I explained that my kids hadn't eaten at all because we were waiting so long, she laughed and treated the whole thing like it was a joke. No apology. No solution. Just attitude and disbelief--asking to "see the burgers" like I was lying. I asked for a food tray and was handed a drink carrier. At that point, it became clear this place is operating without basic comprehension, professionalism, or accountability. This isn't about a mistake. Mistakes happen. This is about total disrespect for customers, especially families. You don't overpack food. You don't ignore hungry kids. You don't laugh at customers. And you definitely don't run a restaurant like it's a social hangout. This location should honestly be shut down, and the manager should be removed immediately. I've never felt so dismissed, disrespected, or frustrated in a fast-food restaurant in my life. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. No stars in I could please keep driving there's a another McDonald down the road hope you go there like I should of

I don't expect too much from McDonald's, but I've been to some locations with poor service and always messing up on orders. I was in the area, so decided to stop by here and try the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich. There were about 5 cars in the drive-thru, but it moved pretty quickly. The person taking the order sounded friendly. The person at the window taking my payment didn't say a word, didn't even repeat my total. At least my order was correct. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was good, and the fries were actually not limp and soggy, although I still threw them in the air fryer when I got home. It's been a while since I've ordered a meal from McDonald's, so I didn't know they give you the small fries with the meal. I like lots of fries.

Every McDonald's is just about the same but this one was very fast and quick even though my food wasn't ready they asked me to pull around to a reserved spot and they even gave me a free card for a cone or dessert on my next stop in because my daughters happy meal wasn't ready within 60 seconds of us ordering it. That's really good customer service if you're asking me. I only knocked it down to star because they gave me some flack about asking for extra sauce. I ordered one large fry, and a chicken nugget happy meal. They gave me one sauce for all of that. I think that warrants more than 1. Covid protocols seem to be followed.

The first time I got a burger that looked this way, I thought it was a fluke. But after biting into this... nope. Never again. The staff are friendly but the food...

    Good!!!

This is a normal Thursday morning. The food is normal, but the service is fast. When I came back from restroom washing my hands, the food was already on my table. They upgraded the interior a lot. This is a neat and clean McDonald's. And the music is also wonderful to start a day. Based on today's experience, it is definitely a five star for a McDonald's.

This place has such a cozy, welcoming vibe with plenty of seating to sit back and actually enjoy your drink (bonus points for offering real "for here" cups!). Their selection is impressive--everything from classic coffee drinks to a variety of pastries, plus even beer and other beverages if you're stopping by later in the day. I had a savory biscuit with cheese and herbs that was great and the perfect pairing with my cortado. There were tons of other tempting options too, from pastries to bagels and more. Overall, just a really nice spot with great offerings and a relaxed atmosphere. Such a great find--I'll definitely be back!

I don't love how greasy their croissants and sandwiches are. I wish they had better breakfasts or served food with protein that was less oily. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a sandwich I've gotten from here, and I swear I try them at least every other month. The vibes totally make up for their gross sammies and are my favourite thing about this place!! I love coming here for a reading date or to craft and yap with friends. It feels like such a community oriented space and I love getting to enjoy it with my friends. I just wish they were open later than 6pm.

The area was smaller than expected, but clean with a limited selection of bakeries and lots of cake slices. I was surprised to see how expensive the cakes were, even some of my favorite breads like the coconut cream were closer to $4 each! Unfortunately, given the current economy, I believe this is now the standard cost of dessert breads. I got two breads and one drink! The green tea bun was great- there was a generous amount of filling, and the combo of mochi with cream was very satisfying. The pineapple bun was also delicious, I loved that there was filling inside which kind of reminded me of a cocktail bun/custard bun. Both breads had the standard Asian bakery texture that I love- soft, chewy, and not too sweet or dense. The milk tea flavor was a great combo, though I found the drink to be pretty sweet at 50%. Of the two pastries, the green tea is my favorite! Overall, the bakery tasted as good as I remembered. However, given its prices, I don't see myself coming back often.

The lady was super nice. It's a tiny place and a one-woman run shop. It was a personable and cute experience. I wanted a fancy iced coffee because it was a bright and sunny day in Issaquah. I chose Kathy's special mocha, which was a white coffee with chocolate and caramel. It was delicious. Not too sweet, but very creamy. It didn't even taste like coffee, which makes me wonder what white coffee means. The little coffee shop also has a variety of other drinks some of them involving red bull or lotus energy. I liked the creativity, but I'd personally only come here for coffee and maybe a smoothie or one of their baked goods. They also have sandwiches. There was a daily special sign that said specialty drinks are 10% off, but I didn't see the sign until after I ordered and idk if my drink counted as a specialty drink or if I got the discount. Haha. Oh well. It felt good to support a local business even though drinks are half off at Starbucks every Friday in May. They weren't getting much other business while I was there even though the taco place was crowded with people. I felt a little bad. Turkish coffee was a great disappointment. It's my favorite coffee, I make it at home often. It just didn't taste good. Good quality coffee is not supposed to create acidity in your stomach. This coffee did. Service is lacking. I don't care for overly pleasing in your face service, but still appreciate it when the staff is reasonably interested to accommodate. Each of us ordered a slice of crepe cake, which felt like a perfect way to end the night. Out of the seven slices, my husband's slice was still frozen in the middle. I walked up to the counter where two young guys were working and politely asked if we could get a different slice, since everyone else was already seated and eating. Instead of acknowledging me, they immediately started speaking Chinese to each other without even a simple "one moment" or any indication they were discussing the issue, so I eventually just walked back to our table. About five minutes later, after they had apparently consulted with a woman in the back, one of the guys finally came over and told us they would not exchange the slice because my husband had already tried it. We were all just sitting there, honestly dumbfounded. A basic level of customer service would have been to apologize and swap one slice of cake, especially when you have a whole group there to celebrate.
