Ok, I guess I am a glutton for punishment, a creature of habit and convenience, and curious. I have gone back 6 more times since my last post, ordered something each time that should have qualified for game pieces, and NOTHING- NADA- ZILCH. Not 1 stinkin game piece and each time I ask, they just say, no, we don't have them. All said, I am short 18 game pieces. They have a dang sign promoting the deal, but no game pieces. And I don't know if it is just an inept manager or thieving employees or untrained employees or what. BUT, I do know other McDonald's don't seem to be having this problem as my co-worker has come in to work multiple times, with McDonalds, WITH GAME PIECES. Grr...Argh.... read more

My order: 1 (20 piece) chicken nuggets 3 mcchickens 4mcdoubles 2 medium fries Drive down here THESE MOFOS TAKE 5 MINUTES JUST TO TAKE MY ORDER. About 20 minutes of waiting to get to the serving window, the guy comes and hands me one bag. I'm thinking okay cool, begin to drive off. This mofo literally only gave me 16 nuggets. I have to go back through the Fing line and they STILL don't even have the other parts of my order ready. Hands me a second bag, has the sandwiches but NO FRIES STILL. Guy finally hands me 2 orders of cold ass fries and sends me on my way. I literally got there at 3:02, didn't get home until 3:54... openned a bag of ketchup and pickles everywhere (none of the sandwiches were wrapped so they just made a mess in the bag) plus black hairs all up in my nuggets. Very dirty place. Floor is extremely dirty, tables are dirty, trash cans are full. Serving food is very slow with no people inside. Staff are kids who are sitting at the table and chatting. The worst place ever. read more

I only eat McDonald's twice a year. To be honest, I'm impressed with the cleanliness and speed of this location, and the food is... well it's what I wanted it to be - Greasy and gut-bombing. After waiting 20 mins and watching 5 people stroll in and back out with food, to get our food, the lazy worker decided to stroll out to our car and asked if we still had our receipt.... Why? This place is close to home, but it sucks so bad. When you dine in you get the pleasure of ants joining you at every meal. When you brave the drive thru expect to get food that is not even close to what you ordered and give yourself a spare hour or two for the experience. I particularly like the greeting they give you when you finally do arrive at the window -- a blank disinterested soulless stare. Fun times. Maybe corporate could visit and offer a tip or two? I went to this McDonald's location last night to get a Mc flurry around 10:30 PM and I asked for a rhesus Mc flurry with Reese chunks on the top because I like a little extra pieces in them and I'm not sure if the guy was really stoned or if it was just late and he hadn't gotten a lot of sleep but I got chunks on the top of my Mc flurry but the rest of it was just plain ice cream. So basically wasn't a flurry at all but I just thought it was funny so if you go here late at night just make sure like you get what you order :-) read more

This place is decent. The employees were very accommodating when a huge group showed up 45 minutes before closing, but I heard them grumbling about it, but who can blame them? My ice cream was half melted, however, and I got no napkins with my melting ice cream. I did appreciate that this location was open and was going to stay open until closing, unlike other locations my group tried. This review is primarily for their mobile order app. It won't allow the order to be made until we arrive at the location. It defeats the purpose of order ahead of time. Perhaps an improvement can be made to have the order made and paid if pick up is drive thru or inside. We understand the order can't be completed if pick up is via curbside parking as there isn't a way to determine which curbside spot is available, at this time. Maybe in the future, they can have a way to detect when the curbside spot is open or occupied, then the app would allow the choice of a vacant spot. That would be awesome!. read more

This McDonald's is as good as any other. No complaints. As a side note there is a TON of parking because it shares a parking lot with a big closed down grocery store so I guess if you need to take a hundred or so people to a McDonald's this is the one for you :) read more

Had a similar issue today. Same lady at the long awaited drive through window! I found out the grumpy old lady's name is Judy. She wasn't wearing a name tag and ignored me the first few times I asked her name. Funny, once I asked her name she pretended to be all nice asking what my sweatshirt said, and she liked the color HA. The app wasn't loading the bar to scan so she said she couldn't do anything. And after arguing with her for a few minutes she finally promoed it. Even though she said it was "IMPOSSIBLE" to promo. Lol... please fire this lady she is awful. read more

Dear McDonalds, Yeah McDonalds should usually be a 3 - but they are getting a 1 in this case. So it July 4th and I'm riding a practice ride for the STP with a couple of folks so it's time to stop for lunch. This location is right by the Redmond-Issaquah Bike trail so why not right? first - BAD SERVICE - You walk in WITH a bike because there is no place to lock your bike and no signs to not bring your bike in the restaurant. I get this now and again with someone freaking out because you brought your BIKE in somewhere - I usually ask permission but figured since this was a McDonalds without a bike rack no one would care. So the guy behind the counter tells the boss (another employee in a white shirt) "Are bikes allowed in the restaurant?" And the white shirt guy says "he will be out of our hair soon enough..." Since I could hear these folks, it was extremely rude. I ordered from the first employee but he wasn't happy about it. Next up - TOO MANY BORED employees... Since I entered the restaurant, they had 3 employees sitting over by the door and another one outside talking on the phone. These folks were sort of a greeting squad into being cool employees and not recognizing that customers don't want to be bothered by employees blocking the way to seating. So EMPLOYEES 2, CUSTOMER 0. We went in the drive which took 20 minutes then gave the wrong meal. We went inside to get our actual food. They took the food and didn't help us at all. Then 10 minutes later they asked us our order and made us wait in line which took over 10 minutes. They were very rude and no help at all. DO NOT GO THERE!!! read more

Totally poor management and staff. Half of the staff always look stoned out of their brains and that's saying quite a bit as I'm not sure their incompetent staff have any brains left. Their food is so old and stale it's disgusting and inedible. Management thinks it's good customer service to scream at employees while you're trying to order through the drive through. The drive through is super slow and the employees obviously don't understand what they're even doing/serving. No way in hell should I pay over $2.00 for what they consider to be a large fry. Location is mainly busy, However food is hot. Salad is huge witch is awesome. Clean bathroom and they have toilet seat covers which is a plus, considering some places don't have them. Great customer service. read more

This is a really filthy place staffed with indifferent employees that sit around and talk to one another. The trash cans always seem to be overflowing and the men's room was horrible. I had a Filet of fish that was slopped together and overflowing with tarter sauce one time and I slopped together hamburger the week before. I will say that the people at the front counter speak much better English than at the Gilman Blvd store. I guess I shouldn't expect more since it is, after all, a Mc Donalds. Hiring quality employees must be difficult these days! EDIT: I have been back three or four times recently and I am pleased to say there has been a vast improvement overall! read more

I prefer this location to the Gilman McDonald's for two reason, the 2nd reason; There is no Children's Play area. The kids can be funky smelling when there's a play room. But the reason I prefer the East Lake Sammamish Parkway location is cause of the Staff Friendliness and well, French Fry serving size. The medium French Fry serving is ample to satisfy my apatite. I am a Vegetarian and i DO NOT eat the Burgers so the Fries are nice treat. Plus this location has Power Outlet to power your PC or Apple computer. The seating is a combination Cafeteria with a long Captain's style 10 seat table and 1970's modern 2 seat tables. Con: The 1970's Mod style seem impractical and uncomfortable to my some what smaller (Waist Size 32 jeans) bum. I don't how a larger person can be comfortable on the tiny cushion style seats. read more

Besides the fact the food is disgusting. The employees are so rude. Last Monday, so 6/20; I went in with a friend around around 8pm no one was at the counter to take my order. After waiting about 5 minutes another man came in and saw no one was there so just immediately left. The manager that night was standing right off to the side by the door too, and after awhile he FINALLY came over. I had a coupon for a free cone and I asked if I could do a dipped cone and he said no. I then asked if I could pay the .29 extra for the dipped and he rudely said no. Which I have always been able to do in the past at that same location. He was giving me attitude and being upright rude and snappy at me; especially for me having to wait for someone to finally come up to the counter! He was probably high on drugs. As for most of the employs smell and look as if they are here. As I left an employee was walking out with a bong and Just lit it up! How disgusting. Same as for the bathrooms. I'm not even going to mention the old good and hundreds of flies flying everywhere. I would suggest corporate having weekly drug tests for all employees and management at this location. I should have known better by reading the other reviews. Went thru the drive thru and the kid taking the order was lower energy than Jeb Bush, the kid giving the food was just as bad. Must be traits they are looking for when they are hiring people? At any rate maybe they should look at a different hiring strategy. I almost swear it was 'opposite day' I say that because they messed up the order on three different things I ordered. I told them unsweetened tea and they give me sweet, I tell them Chocolate Milk for my daughters happy meal and they give me apple juice, for my daughter's cheeseburger I stress (because my daughter is super picky) ketchup and pickles only and what do they give? A cheeseburger with only onions!!! No ketchup or pickles! Ugh!! Just one more way to force me to go eat somewhere that is much healthier! This is the worst one. We came through the drive thru and he couldn't understand what we wanted on our order. Nothing complicated 2 breakfast sadwhiches and a cheeseburger no pickles. He only charged us for 1 breakfast sandwich, made it completely wrong, and then only put cheese on the cheeseburger. pretty disgusting. my baby cousin was playing in the play area. and she peed her pants on the stairs.. i didnt have anything to clean it up with so i went to the counter and i said that there was an accident and i was wondering if i could clean it up. Either the employees didnt know english or they just didnt give a shit.
