Ordered on drive thru the 2 for $4 deal Sausage McMuffin with egg, Sausage with egg biscuit combo and another one just sandwich, 4 hash browns and a small coffee which totaled to $24.01 here in Jackson, California McDonald's would of been more expensive if I bought these same items back home in San Francisco and it would not be $24.01 like here probably $35-40. Drive thru went smoothly only took less than 5 mins to wait. Later on I would order for the first time on mobile order on the app I ordered 2 hash browns. I ordered at 8:57am didn't received until 9:06am. Small sides orders like this could be done a little more sooner 5 minutes or less because it was just hash browns it would of been the same if it was fries. Just need to work on getting the orders like this fast even with a ton of people in line in the restaurant which I saw from outside. Thank you read more

If your hours state that you open for drive through at 0530, then consistently open at 0530 not change to 0600 mid week. This location is the worst I've been to as far as consistent hours and customer service, the food is decent but again it's McDonalds so how hard is that to screw up. read more

The staff can be a toss up in the drive thru, some employees are friendly and nice others act like they don't want to be there. Someone from the higher ups needs to get involved with the workers here. Heard two workers fighting there the other day. One worker was getting mad at the other for not doing something when the she claims to have told her to do it. The other girl explained that she did do it, and then the other girl said, and I quote, "raise your voice at me like that one more time, little girl, and you'll regret it." Since when does "fast food" mean waiting for 30 minutes? This McDonald's needs a serious management overhaul. I ordered my food at 656 pm.... finally got it at 725pm. It's a Saturday night and they had one person working on the grill. Seriously? Whoever manages this location should be fired. I felt bad for the kids behind the counter as Ink ew they were trying to keep up. But coMe on. The place wasn't packed, but there was a steady line of cars and about 4 parties inside. Customers at the drive thru were being asked to park in the lot and their food would be brought out to them. I understand that it takes time to grill a burger but come on. This isn't a five star establishment. The meat is of questionable lineage and a burger costs less than 2 bucks. But how is it I can get a gourmet burger at a real restaurant quicker than a McDonald's?!?!? Lucky this is the only Mickey D's in town, or they'd be going out of business. I had to go to the bathroom SO BAD, but wasn't trying to pull over into a random gas station and do my business. It's Christmas and I was surprised that the McDonalds was even open, but I am ever so grateful that it was! Huge parking lot and there was outdoor seating. It was really nice ambiance, surprisingly it was clean and so modern inside. I don't see much McDonalds around back in the Bay like that much, so I was taken back by how upscale it seemed. There was a drive though. I ran to the bathroom right away (CLEAN SO CLEAN), did my business then picked up some coffee to the rest of the drive to the casino. The service I received was quick and friendly. He took my order, gave me my order and wished me a happy holidays. The coffee was hot and fresh, which felt amazing to take that first sip. But what suck was I couldn't put my own milk and sugar in, he just took the liberty of doing it. While I was waiting, I watched him make fries they smelled delicious and looked fresh. Had all your things and menu from a typical McDonald. The prices were actually about the same, or even a little bit cheaper. I was surprised since usually whenever I head to a McDoanlds from another area, the price difference is usually greater. Got what I needed and got out and headed back on the road. read more

I RARELY eat at ay McDonald's chain, ever. So Friday night 04/13/18 I pass through the drive through with my son. Didn't think it would take 35 minutes to get a craptacular burger, or did I think I would give me food poisoning. In the early morning of 04/14/18 I woke up to violet vomiting, passing out, and extreme stomach discomfort. The food had not even been fully digested yet. Beware of this location.
