If I could give this place no stars I would. Been here numerous times with the same issues. Yes more then one. Every time we go me and my son take a bet if we are going to have to pull up into one of the reserved number spots for our food. Without fail it happens. Like clockwork. Bad Customer Service at the location and by the management/owners that do not take the time to review complaints sent to them or published online. Pulled up to Drive-in and was told that they were in a shift change and it would be a few minutes. OK, no worries... Another car pulled up to the second Drive-in and was told the same. Three more cars pulled behind us and after 10 minutes of waiting, they asked the second car for their order and then for mine. We pulled forward and the other cars placed their orders. We waited and waited and waited. One of the cars behind me got sick of waiting and drove away. A second car pulled in and after no one had taken their order, they drove away. The line (three cars in front of me)finally started to move but at a very slow pace. 20 minutes after I ordered I finally received my order. When I got To the Window they were not sure what I ordered. I told them a Bacon Mc Double with only mustard. She went back to ring the sale. Location #31307 Order # 95 3/12/2018 11:16 PM 1 Bacon Mc Double only mustard 1 Small Fries 1 L Sprite. The only thing Correct was The Large Sprite. The Fries were cold and hard The bun was hard around the edge. The burger was lukewarm The cheese was cold AND the BACON McDouble did not have any BACON!!!! Last time I ordered a Bacon McDouble Plain and it came out as just a burger on a bun. So this time I order the Bacon McDouble telling them the only stuff I want on it(as in condiments) is mustard. Why would anyone order a Bacon McDouble and not want the BACON? I do not know why I keep coming to this location the fries are always cold on the night shift and my order seems to always get screwed up by a night staff that doesn't seem to care or have the courtesy to even smile or thank the customers. OMG! This is by far the worst service I've received at McDonald's. I made my order using the kiosk because nobody was at the counter. Additional information, nobody else is waiting for their food at this time, nobody else ordered. Should be a quick in and out right? Surely because nobody Is ahead of me and nobody is behind me. I'm customer number solo. Well, customer solo saw his food sitting on the ready counter about 4 mins later, the cook didn't say the food is ready for pick up, the staff sitting close by at the table didn't seem to care that food was ready for pickup. Yet, I wait to see how this plays out. 8 minutes later, the employees finally disperse from the table close by. The employee makes my shake and hands me two greasy and barely warm burgers. No apologies for the wait, No freebies for not being a disruptive customer during the whole 15 mins from in the door to out, No I'll have the cook make you fresh sandwiches, Not even a quality check to see if the burgers inside are still hot, and yes, Not even a smile to say your business is appreciated. This McDonalds is horrible, as most are. Why is it so difficult to train employees to simply say hello when you approach (drive through or counter) and thank you when you leave??? No wonder Chick fil A is so popular, other than the great food. Just wish there were as many of them as there are McDonalds. I used to work nearby and I dreaded going to this McDonald because they were extremely rude. I hadn't been in a long time but I started going back months ago. This morning, I ordered my usual Steak, egg and cheese Mc griddle. The person taking my order was polite and the woman handing my food out (I have never seen her before) but she was so courteous and attentive. As far as my food, it was probably the best steak, egg and cheese I've had and the onions were cooked to perfection. I try to avoid fast food but that specific store makes it hard lol It showed me that whoever is in charge of this store took the constructive and negative and put it into action. It was a Sunday morning, so a line up at the drive through was not unexpected. Finally getting to the window only to sit for an inordinate amount of time periodically being told, hang on, hang on at least 3 times before being able to order. Once through that part the wait wasn't too bad, but the disappointment for me came when I discovered during eating a large amount of egg shell. Not a small piece, this was large, can't imagine how this got missed! I think it took me at least 5 bites and moving food around in my mouth to get rid of it all. It must be chronically understaffed because there is always a line around the building for the drivet hru and people are constantly waiting inside. We ordered this morning and it took 20 minutes to get our food. When we got our order, they added cheese to my sausage egg biscuit and they gave us hot cakes we didn't order. While it's nice to get something free, I hate the cheese. Also, the drink machine is set to completely dilute your drink. We tried coke, sprite, and fruit punch and they are all watered down. This McDonald's is open 24 hours but you wouldn't know it. No one answers the drive through menu board. When you go to the window, you get put on ignore. The employees wear ear buds and can't hear a thing. Making a complaint to the 904-312-0380 number posted, you get a text that someone will investigate your complaint. Too bad it doesn't fix the problem. Today, again, no answer at the menu board. At the window I was told "my manager says we will be opening at 5am today". We stood there waiting to place our order for 4 minutes and were not acknowledged. I finally figured out that we had to place our order via the kiosk. The order was placed at 10:19pm and we did not receive our food until 10:30. While waiting the manager and one employee were cursing up a storm. Once we received our food, the fries were cold and limp from waiting for the other food to be completed. Not an experience I would share with others. This HAS to be the worst McDonald's in America. This is my last resort because it's the only thing open in Bartram Park after midnight. I usually get off work late (around 11:30) and sometimes I stop to this location and no one will even greet you at the drive thru to order food. Don't even THINK about asking for ice cream or a smoothie because their ice cream machine is broken indefinitely. I don't think I've ever gotten a frozen treat from here. Tonight me and my girlfriend stopped by and it took 20 minutes for a fish sandwich and some fries. They were out of fruit punch and Powerade. It's just an overall bad McDonald's and I've been to some bad ones. Stay away from this location at all costs. read more
