The wait is ridiculous for fast food. I could get sit down meal for this amount of time.

I don't know why I keep forgetting how terrible this mcdonalds is. I always have to wait 10 minutes to place my order in the drive thru and then an additional 20 minutes just to get my crappy food. read more

6:30am. Just tried to go through the drive-thru of this 24-hour McDonald's. I was told unfortunately they are closed and will reopen at 7am. This is not the first tome they've been closed on a normal business day. It's sad that you can't trust a business that runs 24 hours a day to be open. Choose somewhere else. read more

Horribly slow service. Waited 30 minutes for a shake in drive thru and they were not even busy.

This is probably by far the worse McDonald's I've been to. Waited inside for about 10 minutes at the register before we were even treated or asked if we've ordered already. The cashier was beyond rude while taking our order. When I tried to order a strawberry Sunday she stated, "we don't have ice cream." When I asked as to why not she rudely stated that the machine was broken and riled her eyes. However the machine appeared like it was fine and that it wasn't labeled nor makes in any form of way that it was broken. To top it off our drinks were never given to us. Definitely why I won't be ever coming back here again. read more

Ice cream machine is never working! I have been here at least 4 times to ask, and it is always "down".

Absolutely horrible. Terrible service. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before the employees acknowledged I was there. Ordered all my food and the cashier said, "I was just informed by my manager, we are not taking any orders at this time." When asked how long they will be closed, he said, "We're still open, just not taking orders for another 45 minutes. Sorry." This all happened at 11 pm at a 24 hour drive thru. Drive around the building and see all the workers sitting around joking with each other. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

Man, these people are RUDE, I told her hello and she didn't even say hi back to me, be thankful you have a mouth to talk with for one. Also the manager was rude herself. You try to be nice to people and they are rude in return. Not a way to run a business. read more

This is the worst one I've been too. They always get your order wrong and I don't understand why when they take forever. They told me to pull up for my food and never came out. I had to go in and get it. And they want 15 bucks an hour. I will vote for that ever with this horrible service from many McDonald's. read more

This is the lousiest McDonald's ever. It took me 10 minutes to get to the right lane of the drive thru just to realized nobody's taking orders from there. Went inside. Took them 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence. Their faces are all crumpled. It was as if I was bothering them. 48 minutes total for a 10 piece nuggets meal. The whole time I was there the manager was on her cell phone. My huge family loves McDonald's but never will we be going back to that one. And I'm telling all my friends, neighbors and anybody who will listen. Believe me. The lousiest one. Whoever owns this one need to revamp his crew. read more

As you can see, I don't normally post reviews or anything with my account because I normally just move on. However, tonight was a tad different. I just had a long drive and decided I wanted some nuggets, so I pulled into the McDonald's on Hubble dr. It's about midnight at this point and I understand it's late. I was lucky that it was one of those 24 hrs benefits. I drive up to the speaker box and place my very simple order, and all the girl told me was, "it's 8.34, please proceed to the next window." I tell her thank you and move forward..... now, I get up to the window and attempt to give her my card and she then tells me that ITS CASH ONLY AND THAT SHE TOLD ME AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER! Bull shit!!!! Those words never came out of her mouth up until the time of making the payment. Im sure this is going to go back to her and she's going to swear alllllll up and down that she told me that at the speaker box BUT she did not. I have a photo graphic memory. I can recall things that only you can imagine.. Now, if an establishment is going to only accept cash and nothing else, then maybe consider putting a god damn sign at the speaker box to spare other tired drivers from wasting their time at midnight for some simple McDonald's. I don't normally get this mad, however being on the road for as long as I was, I'm sure you would have had the same reaction. read more

With service like this, McDonalds is probably better off with the self serve kiosks. They were out of the Chicken Tenders and the response I got when I ordered them was as if I should have known that despite the fact they were on the menu behind the counter. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Waited in drive thru for 5 minutes and then told cash only and pull to window if I wanted to order. Same 2 cars when I pulled into lot was still at window. Needless to say one car and I left. Saw employees standing around texting. Makes you wonder if night crew stealing cash.... hmmm. read more

I normally do not expect much from McDonald's. This was absolutely ridiculous though. The drive-through was busy and no one was inside. I walked in and there was one other person in line and we stood there for five minutes waiting for an order to be taken from either of us. Finally someone came over and took the person in front of me's milkshake order, made that, then walked away looking at me saying "someone will be with you soon." Another six minutes standing in line and they handed in order to someone who would come in after me but use the automated system is behind me. It is clear that the staff at this restaurant are so lazy, or has been trained so poorly, that they literally ignore customers to either use the automated systems, or walk out the door. I did the latter and went to Chick-fil-A. I would rather be treated nice by human being then ignored to go you some computer screen. Ronald McDonald should be rolling over in his grave. read more

Worse place I've ever been to. Started off with the young black woman refusing to help me and my husband (we're both seniors). Even when the manager told her to assist us, she said 'no' and refused to take our order. She told the manager for us to use the kiosk and when the manager told her to assist us, she again said 'no'. The manager told her to stop sweeping the floors and deal with the customers, she again said 'no'. The manager came over to assist me with the kiosk at that point....but I wish I had just left. Every white person that came in after us was ridiculed and laughed at by this rude individual while she helped all the black ones. I watched her tell other employees and black patrons to look at other white customers while she pointed at and laughed at them. What a terrible place; that manager should have fired her on the spot! I will never go there again and I will tell ALL of my family and friends to avoid this place like the plague! Such racism I'd never seen before!!! read more

The cashier was extremely rude. She tried to charge us 14 dollars for 2 egg mcmuffins and then when we told her about her mistake she gave us our money back but proceeded to say it wasn't her fault because she isn't a morning person and that we pointed to the wrong mcmuffin. Then the manager and the cashier started bickering in front of us. Not to mention she made my frappe and it had plastic shards in it. DONT GO HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Live close by and have given multiple opportunities but never again. Service sucks and always 25 min to get food while the chili fil a next door handles twice the customers in a fraction of the time. Obviously poor management and also we get the wrong food most the time. Today was the last chance for this location. read more
