We live right in between this McDonald's on 103rd Street and the McDonald's at the corner of Wilson and Blanding. Hubby and I differ on our preference. He prefers the one on Blanding while I prefer this one on 103rd. The only reason he prefers the other one is because, even though they are the same distance from us, he can get to the one on Blanding quicker b/c there's no traffic lights. I prefer this one because they tend to take more care with putting sandwiches together and packaging the food. I'd rather have an Egg McMuffin that is cooked properly and put together properly than one that has a burnt, torn english muffin that is slapped together and falling apart. Service here is ok. It's neither good or bad. I've always been through the drive-thru when getting food and the line moves quickly. They rarely put napkins in the bag, so make sure to ask for them. I've actually never once had my order messed up here, so I don't even bother to take the time to check it anymore (one day that may come back to bite me). I've only ever been inside the restaurant to use the Redbox. The inside looks clean; although, I have noticed on several occasions the fountain drink area could use some tending too as it seems to stay quite messy. A lot of people with their kids in here, so the noise level is quite high. I couldn't imagine dining inside because of all the noisy children. Good thing I just pop in and out for the Redbox. Just those few minutes is more than enough noise for me. This McDonald's is open 24 hours (the drive-thru, that is). They start serving breakfast at 4am. If you're traveling on 295, it's easy to pop off and back on again if you are looking for a McDonald's. read more

Double drive-thru lanes good. Customer won't leave bad. There was a customer at the drive-thru that was blocking one lane as she argued with employees through the speaker. She held up that line so long that 4 people left. I was the third car behind her but I switched to the other drive-thru. I was about to get my order at the window when she FINALLY left, apparently without ordering anything. Now for the food. My chicken deluxe sandwich was the saddest chicken sandwich I've ever seen. The chicken was minimal at best. It was an elongated and very thin piece of chicken. Do yourself a favor and go to KFC, Popeye's, Wendy's or even BK if you want a chicken sandwich. All of them beat the heck out of what I got. The large fry was also disappointing. It was only 2/3 full and most of the fries were limp and soggy. I didn't get a drink so I can't comment on that. I did also get a cheeseburger. It had the thinnest piece of meat on ot I've ever seen. Wow!!! Several months ago I gave this location a one, only because I couldn't give them a zero. Low and behold, I decided to go back, since this location is a matter of convenience. I ordered the breakfast platter with the sausage patty on the side. Both windows confirmed that they knew to put the sausage in the side. However, this was nit the case. I went inside and was completely ignored dor the first three minutes or so. After asking a young man was the lobby closed he motioned to a manager and she came to assist. I explained that I was allergic to pork and asked for it on the side, she asked they employees to pls listen closely as to get orders right. There was a worker (female) who started going off. Today December 7th 2019. I was making an order for my family the lady at the drive thru on the headset started complaining because of the order for 6 people and would not let us finish our order. This was 5 am. They didnt get everything in the bag and I caught it all on camera and recorded it. I called back up about items missing and the girl said who cares and talk to another manager later today. Very rude, very unprofessional and it took for only 3 cars 25 minutes. The two cars ahead of us only had a drink and biscuit. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES FOR THAT. ONLY 3 CARS. Their staff hate their jobs and curse and tell the customers to "F" off is Wrong. Will never return. The African America lady is a racist and clearly made it a point on camera. They even had to ask me 4 different times what my order was before I paid for it. Summer 2019 I was so hungry I decided to wait. Then the manager was well maybe not awake, around or consumed by a man. Let me go back. At 2:35 a.m. I pulled up to the 103rd (24/7) Watching one employee in the back of the parking lot talking to people and laughing with friends. I went to this mcdonald's for a doordash. The order was 13 cookies, 2 mcchickens, a spicy mcchicken meal, a cheeseburger, a 4 piece nugget happy meal, 2 small fries, a large coke, a sweet iced tea, and a bottle of dasani water. I had waited about 7 minutes for someone just to ask me what my pin number for the order was. I told him the number and he handed me the order which was only the 2 drinks and a happy meal box. I went out to my car and as i was driving away i looked at the order on my phone and i knew there was no way that could be the whole order. I turned back around and went back in with the happy meal box. He asked me what was wrong with the order and i said i'm missing some stuff so i told him what i was missing. The cookies, the water, the mcchickens, 1 small fry, and the nuggets. Yeah, the nuggets. It was a 4 piece nugget happy meal but the cheeseburger was in the box. The weirdest part about it was that all the items were on the ticket on the happy meal box. So he looks at the ticket and he gets everything together and puts it in another bag. He hands me the bag and i ask if that's everything and he tells me yes so i said ok. I step off to the side and check the bag. Everything is still not there. I was still missing the the cookies, the water, and the nuggets. I walk back up to the counter and he says "oh you're back". and in my head I'm like, "hell yeah, I'm back. I wonder why". And so i tell him the stuff i'm still missing and he finally gets the rest of it. Luckily i actually had it all this time cause if i would have had to come back in there i would have raised hell.
