We're happy with their new dollar menu, which offers some good dollar items, and a fries+burger combo for $3 which is right up our alley. They still have the best fries, though their burgers taste more average than ever. However, unfortunately, it's a bad location of McDonalds. The other reviews are right. Service is bad and wait times are long, and you would think with three drive-through lanes that they would take things more seriously, but it's just a total nightmare and feels like you're being herded around a farm before slaughter. I placed an order on DoorDash and I had specific instruction and everything was followed correctly Chicken nuggets two sauces and they were included and not hard. They were fresh and hot French fries no salt and they were not old but fresh Ice tea and ice cream was in a holder sealed in the bag. You talks about safe and sanitary to the best degree Cookies were freshly baked and hot Then the icing on the cake was mints to freshen my breath after eating. I was very impressed with this Location. I don't know who the team or manager is but WELL DONE WITH YOUR STAFF. Even better when ketchup is fully stocked and drinks are perfectly carbonated and not flat so they get Hugh scores across the board. Hire more people there are a lot of people daily who leave Mcdonalds to go to another place just for convenience. I would recommend that both lanes are readily available if a back up happens. It's a huge bonus having Apple Pay here at this location. With all the theft of identity and credit card issues I do not bring my major cards often. Huge points. This McDonalds always has something up. Sometimes the 2 drive through windows aren't open, and they will block the 2nd lane using a ramp, but will put the ramp way into the 2nd lane, having you pretty much drive in before having to try to back out. If your going to block a lane, block it at the time the line splits not later into the lane when it's too late. They don't take 2 forms of payment. I sometimes don't have money on one card I have it on 2 or some in cash. They won't take that. They also refuse to split even 1 order if you have 2 in the vehicle. They post the wrong prices and deals on their board and they do not honor it Everyone else honors their mistake as far as if they post sometime is for 5$ they sell it for that $5. It's not a customers fault they do not have the adequate amount of employees to function. In the end the 1 manager did apologize but didn't rectify the situation. Plus they didn't have time to change it but now they will have time to cover it. Also beware of ordering chicken or breakfast, it's going to take awhile! read more
