I use the drive-thru at this location. Friendly staff and food is usually hot when received. It is a clean location and well lit. Lines can be extremely long but it moves fairly fast unless other's have big orders. Then the wait can be long. Is it the best chicken? No. A bit pricey? Yes. But for fast food it's not the worst. I was pleased with this Raising Cane's in comparison to the other locations that I've been to. I drove up to the restaurant seeing the cars all lined up around the restaurant, and they were very busy during dinner hour for sure! The ambiance and outside are very similar to other Raising Cane's locations as well. The fast service led to not many cars lining up along the road and the parking area was well kept. Going inside the restaurant, it had the normal feel of Raising Cane's, with the authentic disco ball in the middle of the restaurant and the unforgetttable labrador on the walls. The food was served to us hot and fresh, and I was pleased with what I ordered! My girlfriend and I got a 3 piece combo and a box combo, it was absolutely delicious! The bread could've been a little more browner, but overall everything else tasted very good! Whenever you're back in the Katy area, be sure to come to this Raising Cane's, their fast service is done right! read more

I ordered a large to go/catering order online to be ready for pick up at 645. I got there 15 min late due to traffic and it was hot and ready for me on the shelf. I opened a few of the containers to make sure it was all there and didn't notice a cup of Cane's sauce (online it asked if you wanted individual sauces or a cupful). I asked the guy at the register for a cup and he gave it to me without charge. When I got home for dinner and opened one of the boxes there were a bunch of individual sauces in there. The food was great and I was impressed with the packaging, timeliness, and ease of ordering online. It was very reasonably priced and everyone was fed and happy and we had leftovers. This is the worst place I have ever been. I ordered my food asked for my fry's crispy and when I got them they were soggy as shit. I ordered 4 sides of toast never got them. They charge you for the extra sauce which is crazy but I understand that part. When I tried calling down there and tell them about it they hung up on me. This is utterly ridiculous for $7.63. A kid's meal is 2 chicken fingers and fries for $4.50. I would have done better just getting a kid's meal. I decided to visit THIS location after declining 2 other places that serve chicken. I'm so glad that I did. I dined in and the ordering process was extremely fast. I was still filling my drink when my order was ready! Everything was warm AND crisp. Especially the FRIES. I'm including my receipt and a pic of my meal. As I was about to go up to the counter and ask for a small to go box; a young woman was approaching me to ask how everything was with my meal and if she could get me anything else. JULIA, if she isn't the manager; she's DEFINITELY management material. She went to get me a box and while I was sharing with her my great experience at this restaurant, I dropped my box. She quickly went and got me ANOTHER box. The restaurant was clean and the staff were all busy. You can see from the floor in my picture how well kept the place is. The drink station was clean; the tables and floors were clean or being cleaned quickly after customers left. I'm very impressed. Many years ago, this sort of staff was a GIVEN. sadly, a lot of fast food restaurants aren't kept as put together as this one is. Box combo $7.71 - 4 fingers, fries, 1 toast, slaw, 1 sauce, 22oz reg drink Fingers - $1.25/ea Toast $0.85 For the hubby and I, we order a box combo for him plus 2 fingers and a toast for me, which is slightly cheaper than ordering the Caniac Combo (6 fingers, fries, 1 toast, slaw, 2 sauces, 32oz large drink) plus a 2nd toast for myself. We just use 1 sauce and don't care for the larger drink. You can sub the slaw w/ toast instead. Mmmm! Slaw is nothing special. read more

What I do love about this place is you can substitute the coleslaw for more Texas Toast!!! Oh man right up my lane!! The workers are usually young however there very pleasant and helpful. I ordered a Caniac combo for my mom and I to share. Our order took less then five minutes to come out. Which I don't mind waiting cause they make the chicken once the order is made!! Which is a big Plus for me!! The food itself is so delicious!! I usually substitute the coleslaw for more Texas toast. The chicken tenders are super crispy and juicy! The fries are perfectly cooked and the Texas toast always has a soft edge with a nice crunch to it! But most importantly there canes sauce that thing is so DELICIOUS and ADDICTIVE!! Only complain I have is the size of the sauce, because I love dipping my whole meal in it! I found out through a worker that they can even do a fried chicken with no batter on it as well! She practically shoved my food in my face and slammed the slider door shut as I told her to have a great night. Very disappointed in the service. Have this little girl washing dishes where no one can see her bad attitude. Also I asked for a lemonade and the girl gave me a cup that she called lemonade... it was tea....I work in food service and I know some days I don't feel well but hey I'm still nice to my customers that come in 1 minuet before we close.
