I totally understand rush hours but it defeated the purpose of ordering ahead--not to mention we were the only people in the store waiting for food. Just a little disappointed that we didn't end up getting our order until a 1:40. Again totally understand busy businesses but we had to wait an additional 15 min for our food on top of the original 15 min from ordering just. I came to this location as I was in the area. The cashier was very welcoming and I ordered a 6 inch turkey sub with a side of garden salad. Everything was fresh and delicious!! I find absolutely gross and unsanitary that the employees will touch everything with gloves on and your food. What is the point of wearing gloves if you're going to touch everything that is touched by others without gloves in addition to the food. Really gross. I've had 5 responses to reviews that ask what they can do to improve the rating. Perhaps read the review, respond to that individual review then adjust the needs to help the customer. Copy and paste responses mean nothing. Interactions with the people behind the business are not helping with responses without any depth or personal feel 5 or so years later. My wife ordered an online pick up order at 2:30 pm requesting be ready at 3:30 pm. I got there at 3:30 and it wasn't ready. I was dismissed when I asked about my order and the the cashier walked away from me. I was made to wait at the cash register until the cashier returned about 5 minutes later. When he returned he assured me the food was being prepared. Multiple other customers came and left. I waited for 45 minutes before they asked me what I was waiting for. The staff is super helpful and give good suggestions to sandwiches if you can't decide. This time I went I got the salami and cream cheese sandwich and the beer battered fries. The sandwich was excellent and the fries were so good. This was the first time I had tried the beer battered fries. The only thing that's annoying is that the soda machine is right by the register so when the line is big it's a little hard to get to. But it's not a big deal.
