Food is always yummy. Service is always amazing. Restaurant is always clean very fast. Absolutely love how their food is always fresh.

This place had the sweetest staff and the food was super quick. They really took care of my kids when they were disappointed that they didn't have the Crocs happy meal toy. We will definitely be back this week, as we vacation at Jellystone. Thanks Again! read more

This place was amazing it closes at 11 which is great because it's the only thing open in the area and food is great so as the staff!

First time eating McD's in about 3 years and I was quickly reminded why it's been this long. Totally sucked. Fries were limp @ cold, nuggets, were nuggets and overpriced. Spicy McChicken, fair & overpriced as well. $15.+ for slop. Here's to another 3 year hiatus. read more

This place is sad. Waited forever in the drive thru for 2 quarter pounders. Girl at the pick up window mumbles unintelligibility and then slams the window shut before you can ask her to translate what she said to English. I thought she said to move to the mobile pick-up parking, and my son thought she said to go around to the drive thru pick up location. I figured it out though. After spending another 8 minutes waiting for the super complicated cooking process to finally compete I figured out that she meant that I should go the Burger King across the street. Which I did. I'm going to say the typical "if I could give it zero stars I would" considering that is exactly what I wish I could do. This is one of the rudest encounter I have ever had. I pulled up to the drive thru on 05/19/2022, and the girl who is taking my order already has an attitude, like I'm the one who called her into work that day. I ask for the "breakfast platter" to which she responds "what's that" so I say "the big breakfast platter" she then says "with pancakes or what." I was definitely taken aback, I then said a #3 with a coke, and she said to pull up. I get to the window and some older lady hands me my food but I don't get my coke or hash brown with my #3. I then tell the lady to which the girl who took my order turns and says "these people need to learn to speak up." I ask the older lady for her name and she tells me Brandi. I drive off and call corporate, they were very apologetic and said the owner of the franchise would contact me. 4 days later I don't receive a call but a text, from lo and behold brandi herself, who also happens to be the manager. She wanted my address so she could send me a combo meal coupon. No I was not about to give her my address. Long story short, the staff is very rude, I'm sure not all but those two definitely ruined it for everyone. This is a really nice restaurant. Some people there are kind of weird but I really enjoy going there when I'm really hungry or just want something good. Their fries and nuggets are good and are not as crusty as the ones in LV (Las Vegas). I don't know about Big Macs and such but I know their coffee makes my mouth water. read more

Don't serve lunch until 11 on weekends, but 10:30 on weekdays. Absolute crap, do not recommend eating here even on a good day. Wow I've never had service this bad in my life we went inside and waited over 15mins and not one person said a single word to us or so and we drove off we went ahead and went through the empty drive through and told them their service sucks and that we would be calling corporate. This place needs vast improvement with it's service. New to town and am a home owner here in Kerrville. On multiple occasions in the last 2 months I've stopped in or went via the drive thru to this specific McDonald's. Always multiple people talking and not paying attention. Hamburgers have been drenched in ketchup or McNuggets are dry and cold. Last night stopped by at around 8:30 pm and went via drive thru and ordered Double Quarter Pounder with cheese meal. Got the meal and looked in the bag as always to see everything was there and it was so off I went. Got home opened up the Double Quarter Pounder box only to bite into a regular Quarter Pounder in a Double Quarter Pounder box! Look that kind of incompetence needs to be addressed. I did not get what I ordered and as usual the staff was having a great time. Don't know who's running this McDonald's but someone needs to take a bite out of their ass and start ensuring employees are doing their job. No I'm not some uppity SOB but a everyday customer who actually at one time worked in the fast food industry when I was a teen and now I'm retired and tired of the Snow Flakes fluffing off on the job. Have some pride in your business and if not get out of the business. Went to get my husband lunch while he was receiving chemo at Texas Oncology....ordered the TWO cheeseburger value meal with a strawberry shake for him. Got back to the clinic and only one cheeseburger in the bag!!!! Not worth making a second trip but next time may I suggest you make sure your customer gets what they paid for!!
