Daily double:2/5 One was mangled. The other had way too much lettuce. Average McDonald's food. Small fries:1/5 Came lukewarm, soggy, and salted. Small coke:4/5 Fizzy and the right amount of ice. Nuggets:1/5 Average nuggets. Crunchy, but it could've been hotter. One was strewn all over the bag, I was not impressed. Holiday pie:3/5 Had some sort of imitation egg custard and tasted like a Walmart sugar cookie. It came out hot. We waited a whole 10 minutes for our food. Not impressed with the service. Overall I would not recommend this McDonald's, the food is mangled and the food comes out slow and lukewarm. read more

Service stinks, especially if you use a kiosk--and you can only use a kiosk. Drinks were ok though.

The gentleman that serviced us was nice, and it looked as if the restaurant was clean. Otherwise - HUGE FAIL. They not only opened the doors 15 minutes late this morning, but my husband actually had a QUARTER SIZED EGGSHELL in a bite of his MCMUFFIN!!!! We did not finish our sandwiches, and aren't able to take them back now, due to being on the road traveling. read more

It was great to see a McDonald's at the Shell Travel Center. We've been on the road for a while and tired of the same old sandwiches for lunch. The Shell Travel Center is clean and orderly that you pass through. McDonald's has plexiglass over the drink station and register area because of Covid-19 -which is great. The person at the register had a mask on properly! Yay! I was able to run to the restroom in Shell as I was waiting for my food. When I returned, it was packed perfectly and closed for safety. Food was hot and order correct. [Always check before getting back on the road because as many cars as were in line and people ordering, mistakes could be made.] Food and service were great! Ok McDonald's all around are mostly the same unless you get cold food...I gave this 4 stars because the young girl (Mareli) at the counter was so friendly and kind to all the customers- something you rarely see at fast food joints especially working the counter. read more

Ordered 4a (crispy chicken sandwich) yesterday around 6:30pm. It must've been sitting out for a while because it was a little cold & kind of hard even.. I ate it because I was really hungry. .... Well, since this morning around 6:30am, I haven't been able to get off the toilet, whilst holding trash can. I've never had symptoms like this and my best guess is some kind of food poisoning from that gross gas station McDonald's:( ... PSA fellow Americans, after being -the only thing- in my stomach for 12 HOURS, I threw up *entirely whole* chunks of my chicken sandwich.. consider this before eating here please. The young lady working the window was quiet impressive. Absolutely charming. I have never seen anyone working the window look so professional. She took the time to pack our bag thoughtfully yet, was very quick. The young man who took our order was on point. No interruptions asking for "what drink" when my husband was rattling off our order. Great place. McDonald's shares the same building as the gas station. Really convenient. Attracts mostly the older crowd for breakfast in morning. No play ground for the children but very family friendly. read more

There are three McDonald's in Kerrville. This is the superior McDonald's. Much like being the best bobsledder in Jamaica. The bar isn't high. They don't overcook their fries or nuggets, so they win. They open at 6 in the morning. I have no idea what time they close. Google says the drive thru is open until 11. But I have gotten the "Please come back when we are open" recording as early as 9:15. I don't really care what time they close, if they would just pick a time and stick to it. read more

Staying across the street at the super 8 motel and went to this McDonald's 4 days in a row. Every single day they messed up the order. They were 4 for 4 on not taking a simple order and fulfilling it correctly! It's almost impressive to be that bad! And these are the people wanting $15 an hour. An employee named Chris dumped a bunch of Oreo crumbs from the machine into his hand carried it over to the drive-through fountain machine and dumped it into a customers Mc flurry. staring at his accomplishment he looked at his coemployee as they laughed about it. I would be furious if this was my food. to think about it. I just ordered a bunch of food so I had to report what I saw to the manager because if I was in the drive-through and that was my Mc flurry I would hope somebody would say something for me. SAD, been on the road for a day and a half now from California on my way to Louisiana. Stopped by to this McDonald's for a quick bite. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and a meal for my wife. We get our food quickly in the drive thru, immediately drove to a park 2.2 miles down the road. Once we situated our food and car at the park, I open my burger box and find a single quarter pounder burger in a double quarter pounder box, WTF dammit! It would have taken too much time to pack up and go back and complain to kids that don't care about getting things right. I'm sure I am not the 1st or last to be ripped off by them. On my receipt shows my purchase price, single party burger and writing in the box for a double quarter pounder. THANKS FOR GIVING ME A SINGLE AND CHARGING ME FOR A DOUBLE. read more

I came through with a mobile pick up order for some chicken nuggets and french fries I don't expect much from McDonald's and I'm OK with that but all I wanted was ketchup with my french fries I love eating ketchup with McDonald's french fries it's delicious and it's all I was really craving on my road trip so I pulled in the drive-through everything is going great the lady hands me the bag, I say can I please have some ketchup she says oh yes it's in the bag everything's in the bag I said OK ketchup is good n the bag right? she says, yes ketchup is in the bag. I pull off into the road I'm trying to be in a hurry because of the long line behind me I get back on the road I look in the bag guess what no fucking ketchup no fucking ketchup. visiting family with hungry my autistic grandson who loves little cezars and mc donalds exclusively so our choices are very limited. I lived in Kerrville several years earlier and always got good service at this store. I was very very very disappointed. 4 or us in the car we ordered 2 meal deals and nuggets with 2 fries extra salt. we were shorted one fry and the ones we got had no salt. the girl was rude and said she gave us what we ordered and we could purchase another if we wanted but she was not gonna do anything to fix the problem. I worked for mc donalds before I moved to texas and I would have been fired for that horrible customer service. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. First off they got me all types of f***ed up for not giving me and fkn bbq sauce with 20 FKN NUGGETS. I know it doesn't take but 4 brain cells to work at a completely automated fast food restaurant. The least you can do is, Idk, READ THE FKN ORDER.
