We had to ask the worker who brought out the food for mustard and ketchup which he brought out and then we asked for a cup of ice because there was none in my mom's tea. He told us it was $0.79 or something. We held up the drink and showed him it literally had no ice. He huffed and puffed and acted like it would kill him to walk back in with a backbone to get a cup of ice for something THEY messed up on. So instead, my mom took the hot cup of tea since it was too big of an ordeal for the boy. All the while, there are solid glass windows at the drive through and there were young girls eating inside making faces and doing dumb stuff through the window at the cars and us, in the drive through. I know that's no fault of the Dairi-O, but if they had a drive through that didn't sit right beside of solid glass windows, maybe the drive through patrons wouldn't get mocked and harassed by teens/children while awaiting their orders. They had plenty of employees, but instead of taking our order or serving the buffet, they were filling ketchup bottles, talking, or doing other tasks that had nothing to do with serving the customers standing there waiting. There was a man walking around (appeared to be the owner, as he would occasionally instruct his staff) who was drinking a sweet tea.
