This was the most ratchet McDonald's I have ever been to. The girl sounded annoyed that she even had to take my order ( June 13, 2021 at 5:30 pm). The order was wrong - I tried to tell her she is arguing with me and telling me to go to parking spot #2. I told her I needed creamer and she tried to give me whipped cream. I'm just a teacher on vacation who does not want to deal with the attitude. McDonald's you have to do better with who you hire. I go to this McDonalds on my break often 12pm ish and I always get greeted with kindness and respect. My food is always fresh and warm and the lady that hands me my food at the drive through window just has the best energy. I appreciate the service in this location. I see some negative reviews but I have been going for about 7 months and can vouch these people are super nice and hardworking. read more

Hands down the worst McDonalds we have been to. Bad service. No one seems to give a crap about their job or the customer. HBO! Way to go? How about just shut up and let us eat! Just ran through McDonalds drive thru for quick dinner....ordered: Quarter pounder w/cheese (NO PICKLES) meal Large (vanilla shake for drink) Medium Big Mac meal Large Strawberry Shake Cheeseburger plain M& M McFlurry Asked to pull up and wait. Girl comes out with bag in hand (no drinks) and goes to first car she sees....not theirs, so she heads to our car. Asks if we had a cheeseburger and filet meal....ummm..no, oh did you have fries? why yes, yes we did, Ok here she hands me the bag....I say you have no idea what's in the bag and you're just giving it to me? I open it check out the order..ok it's ours, where's the shakes and McFlurry? So she goes back and comes out with a small strawberry shake, large vanilla shake and an oreo McFlurry....we look at shakes and hand her back the small strawberry said it was to be a large...she walks off, look at Mcflurry and realize it too is wrong, lord!!!! Get out of the car, walk into the restaurant (which I should have done from the begining I guess)....I walk over and yell" Hey drive thru people"( got their attention), MGR (Maria)walks over, and I said you didn't get one thing right in our order she says what's wrong with that (I hand her McFlurry) I said does it look like M&M's? She says well you don't have to be rude about it and walks off. Apparently, I do because you surely didn't do your job right, then didn't handle an upset customer right. I was contacted by someone from that location. He apologized for the sandwich discrepancy and the long wait times. He refused to apologize for the staffs rude attitude. He also gave an example of him not going to a specific place which was kind of weird. All I wanted was someone to apologize for being rude. I don't care about the other issues. I go out of my way to treat the employees nice, regardless of the situation. I think I should not be treated rudely. I will go elsewhere when I want McDonald's. read more

It literally took nearly 20 minutes to get my small iced mocha. Unacceptable! It would have taken longer if Allan had not asked me about my order. It wasn't even his job to get my drink but he stayed on the person until it was made. Watching Allan, I noticed he was really the only person trying to help customers. If I could've gave it a -5 I would've. Went through the drive thru and ordered (2) 20 piece chicken nuggets (2) large fries and a sprite. Mind you that we are on the road home so this was suppose to be a quick drive thru. Nope!!!! Had to go back in 3 times. They didn't give us (2) 10 piece chicken nuggets and the 2 fries with no sauce and we were up at the window cracking jokes with the lady that was giving us our order. This is the worst McDonald's I have been to in my entire life. It has such a poor layout that there is no room to walk around at all. There were several people behind the counter yet no one was really working. All of the tables were filthy so I ended up eating in the car. The only reason why we didn't walk out is because we are on our way to Legoland and there weren't any other places to stop. There was a worker on a break and he was just hanging out on the outdoor seating patio and his friend came to visit who had his pants below his butt and we had to stand behind him in line and then he stood right in front of the window where people were eating. This place is so poorly managed. Go elsewhere. read more

Pretty average for a McDonalds. Lots of locals in here drinking coffee here in the morning for an hour or two that give you a bit of the stink-eye if you are new. Not a lot of seating so you have to sit by them. The wifi worked great and my meal was up to my expectations. read more
