This is strictly about trying to report to this McDonald's and what happened. Ordered online and got my order. When I went home missing 2 burgers so I called up as instructed to do so on the app. Someone answered the phone then hung up right away. I call right back and it's busy. I have now called for the last 40 minutes and still busy, I went down and no help when showed up as well. I work for a group home so it was an order for the homes clients but the lack of attention to something as giving the issue was horrible. Ended up rebuying the 2 burgers for them. We visit a lot and this is the 1st mistake they have made but again the 1 star is strictly focused on the help not getting the food read more

Wow terrible! The cheese burger is so thin practically no onion and one pickle. Fries were cold. I ordered unsweetened tea and was given sweet tea . I was down the street pulled up and put the number spot I was in and with 1-2 minutes a guy walked out our meal and even had sauces on a tray and asked if I wanted in sauce. After a early afternoon visit to Mount Charleston, my daughter and her friends wanted to stop by this McDonald's. It's one of the closest McDonald's to Mount Charleston in Northwest Las Vegas. It's located off of the 95N/Durango exit, intersections are Farm/Durango. The Drive-Thru can get relatively busy during the evening hours. I'd recommend parking and ordering inside for quicker service. We ended up going inside to eat so everyone could play in the kids playroom. Instead of ordering on the self-service kiosk, we decided to place our order on the register since it was relatively large. [2] orders of the 10 piece chicken Mcnuggets [1] order of medium French fries [1] Happy Meal - Hamburger, plain, with extra French Fries [1] Chocolate Milk Shake [1] Oreo McFlurry [1] Quarter Pounder [2] Cheeseburgers, just pickles and cheese. Once we placed the order, we were provided a number. I haven't been inside the playroom in about 6 months. McDonald's added some electronics inside the playroom! 2 Touch screen monitors with games on it, and there was a touch screen table with video games as well! My daughter and her friends wanted to play in the playroom gym area with the slides though! The order didn't take too long, approximately 15 minutes. [2] of the orders were incorrect. The cheeseburgers were without pickles and cheese, with all of the other toppings. I had showed the receipt at the register with the correct information. The McDonald's team had such amazing service! The [2] cheeseburgers were back at the table within minutes! The food was hot and fresh! The McNuggets were fried extra crispy and the French Fries yummy, seasoned with just enough salt. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the food. We ended up taking some food back with us such as the Quarter Pounded. There is a McDonald's app that you can download on the iOS or Android. You can use daily deals that are offered through the app and gain points as your order at McDonalds. There is different tiers based on the points earned for rewards! This is one of the closest McDonald's to our residence and we always get great service here! read more

I went in the restaurant to order because I had 2 orders. The first order the kiosk went blank, and said it was rebooting. 2 employees tried to help me, and then I was told to go to another kiosk. The 2nd kiosk wouldn't let me enter my code because it was on the kiosk that went blank. The young girl at the counter offered to help me so I went to the counter, and I tried to get the Managers attention and he just looked the other way, and didn't come back out. I don't understand how they can put a drink surcharge on an item when soft drinks are all $1.49 no matter the size. They didn't give me straws for the 4 drinks I ordered, and no napkins or catsup. That order was #110 $40.03 My 2nd order was 20piece nuggets and 4 pies. I don't want to leave a bad review because I come here all the time and almost never have issues unless it's something on my end, but I came by tonight and ordered a double cheese burger I get home (10 minutes after they close) and I open up my burger and it's covered in grease, black char from the grill probably being end of the night and not super clean, the bun is semi mushy and brown, and the cheese is 2 different colors and textures. Never had this issue before and it's quite nasty least to say. I get y'all close at 12 and are in a hurry to go home, so stop taking orders at 11:30 to have time to clean and make peoples food properly please.
