Just spent 18.00 on a cheesesteak I get home I cannot even take the wrapper off there was so much grease on the sandwich dripping through the bag and the napkins onto my seat I've been eating at capriotti's for 30 years and this is by far the worst service in the worst sandwich I've ever received. A young man made my sandwich at 11 am 6/13/25 . I ordered a turkey provolone with lettuce tomato and vinegar and oil on a reg 6 inch roll. I opened it to find onion and one slice of old tomato lots of shredded lettuce and mealy dry turkey. I removed the onion and put on the vinegar and oil. My first impression was this is really small and poorly made. I wish my hubby had gone a little further to Jersey mikes they know how to make a sandwich. A note to the owner this employee needs to be trained on the proper way to make a sandwich. I would not recommend this location to my friends. Sorry it is below par. read more

I've eaten here quite a few times and never the same employees or service. It's a gamble. I always order classic Italian with what it comes with plus, mayo, mustard, with oil/vinegar and sweet peppers/pickles. I got a sandwich covered in mustard and very little veggies. All mustard taste!! Picture will show how not to serve a sandwich. Tipped out over $4 (20%), usually they all say thank you, nothing. This ended While the Bobbie (Thanksgiving sub) is probably their signature sub, their Capastrami (Hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian Dressing, and coleslaw) is probably my favorite. I was able to split a large with my travel partner no problem. It's pretty big.. - Better than subway, not as good as Jersey Mike's. read more

I have to give Capriotti's the credit it deserves for cheese steaks and other sandwiches. They are really good with hot peppers added. The Bobby is a fantastic sandwich with turkey, stuffing, and cranberry. I love the Capistrami and the Grilled Italian as well. Very good sandwiches and soups. Highly recommend. read more

I went in and ordered my sandwich, left a tip, more than 20%, got home it was the wrong sandwich. The next time when I went in, I didn't say anything about the previous time, ordered my two sandwiches. Again, left a tip. I got home, and there was no stuffing on the Bobbie, and the other sandwich was the wrong sandwich again. The next time I went in, I didn't say anything, I ordered my sandwich with no tomatoes, left a tip, got home and there were tomatoes. The issues I'm having is of course not getting the right order, but I also have a big issue with the tip! I leave more than 20%. They don't go above and beyond their job description. I don't ask for extras. The least they can do is get the order right. The next time I went in, I told the person at the register that the last three times I had been here, I left a tip and my orders were wrong. I said I want to leave a tip, but can you please make sure the order is right. She smiled. She was friendly and everything was great. The next time I went in, I said maybe I should say something again so I did. That was totally different! The guy lost some of his friendliness and replaced it with attitude. He saw me leave the tip and then went over by the grill and started talking to the other workers and I heard the guy tell the other guy to be careful with my sandwich because I've had problems before. Then they looked at me and saw I was looking at them and then ended the conversation. I went in again and the same guy was working, and I think he recognized me because when I was watching the guys behind the counter again, they would look at me and talk and just felt uncomfortable. I went in today and I didn't leave a tip on the card, I usually use cash. I left $3.75 on an eight dollar sandwich. Again, a different guy than I previously mentioned, walked right over to the grill and immediately started talking about tipping. I could hear a few words. Then one of them looked at me and saw me looking at them and they got quiet and changed what they were doing. With what I've seen and experienced with the expectations of tips these days, not just here, I think it's sad in some cases. Maybe a lot of cases. The way I look at this is as though I am pre-tipping and ending up disappointed. I also worry someone might do something bad to my food if they don't get tipped. I think today was enough for me to try to find another location. read more

My husband went to pick up 2 Italian subs. I threw mine away because I found a black kinky hair in it. I asked him if hairnets were worn. He said he could not recall. He said an African-American had been making the sandwiches. Now come on....is wearing a hairnet not cool looking? Prices here have gone up tremendously. Great sandwiches on freshly baked bread and a fantastic price! So far we've had the cheesesteak, capistrami, and turkey sandwiches and honestly every single one has been delicious! They use high quality meats and REAL TURKEY! I love sandwich meat turkey, but it does not compare to real, carved roast turkey. Also the bread is amazing - it's a soft, chewy, fluffy roll and the filling to bread ratio is fantastic! I love how easy it is to order online and pick up at the restaurant! With COVID, the staff have done a great job with designating a "pick up" table and each order is wrapped well and clearly labeled so you can literally be in & out in a few seconds. Not good with large orders. They forget to add some condiments. Like how do you forget mayo on a sandwich when I specifically added mayo. A sandwich missing mayo is just dry. Still an ok sandwich but if they added the mayo how they were suppose to it would have been bomb. Probably don't order online but I'm sure they would have added it in the location. read more

Horrible. , I ordered 3 sandwiches and one as a meal, an I also added the free grilled cheese per entree but once I arrived they told me even though I ordered it I don't get the grill cheese bcuz my meal is too small. Also the online order told me to pull into a the pick up lane, which doesn't exist. Lastly when I walked into the store, only the sandwiches were in the bag. Wagyu cheese steak with soft bread and cheese came out tasty. I'm mixed about the impossible cheese steak, it was alright considering the bread and cheese made the sandwich better tasting but it smelled like impossible meats.
