I ordered my food through the app, curbside. Waited about 5-10 minutes for my food, once they brought it, forgot my orange juice. I told her I was missing a small orange juice and she was like "lol what" like she was confused on what I ordered. Once I showed her she was like "oh okay" left and didn't return. Had to go through drive through since I had a kid in the back and couldn't just leave them in the car. Juice was there the whole time, Lady was no where to be found. Mind you, I ordered hotcakes. I got home, no syrup, butter or utensils to be found. Food was super gross without it. I tried eating it with regular syrup and it wasn't it. My nephew and I didn't even eat the food it was just gross without it. Never order for curbside, third time this has happened to me. read more

We have been going to this location since @2007. We have made a lot of foot memories and we know a lot of the staff. I love that it is open 24 hours and we can get breakfast 24/7. It has upgraded since we moved here, so it is nicer. Lobby is only open @12 midnight, but the drive-thru is 24/7. Don't forget to use the Mc Donald's app and take advantage of the awesome deals. I have saved a lot of money that way. read more

Came to this particular location to grab something quick for breakfast on my way to work. I thought I was doing good by ordering an egg white sandwich but I should have just kept driving. I always check my food before I begin to eat and I'm glad I did this time. When I opened the sandwich I was greeted by a piece of hair cooked into my egg. Gross right! yea I know. I went back around the drive thru and informed the person at the window of the situation and showed them the hair in my food. I received no apology or anything, I was only asked if I wanted them to make me another sandwich. Umm no thank you. I gave them all the food back and took the refund for my order. I definitely will not be returning to this location. I wish I could go lower than 1 start just for customer service and the hair. read more

The location is pretty nice; it is pretty well decorated and clean. There is also a TV inside. Service was pretty quick. However, the food got my friend sick. Hard to recommend a fast food joint that does that. read more

A solid choice if you're in the neighborhood looking for a quick burger. I stopped in on New Year's Day in the morning during lunch service. They were doing brisk drive through business. Counter service inside was a bit slow. I ordered at the touch screen, because I like doing that. People who came in after me waited at the counter for an employee to take their order. When my order finally arrived, the fries were piping hot and the burger freshly made, and the employee gave me a coupon for a free sandwich next time in acknowledgement of my wait. I'll probably never use the coupon, since I don't go to that part of town often, but it's nice to know they noticed and made an effort. Save time and order ahead using the app if you're in a rush. read more

No exaggeration the worst McDonald's for customer service. 4 out of 5 times they will mess up your order. I'm usually understanding but it's ridiculous at this point. Uncooked chicken patties, wrong sandwiches in the bag, missing whole meals, wrong drinks frequently, bad attitudes from the drive thru crew and frequently not customizing the sandwich correctly when ordering from the app. I don't like to give bad reviews but at this point if you can go to another location stay away from here. read more

Not the fastest drive thru, but usually friendly service. In the evenings it's usually pretty packed but around lunch time the line moves fairly fast and is pretty short. Bonus - 24 hour drive thru AND dine in! Very convenient! Has also been recently remodeled. read more

How do you leave 0 stars? Please I'm begging you, do not set foot anywhere near this location. This has been the most consistently worst McDonald's location I've ever been to. It's gotten to the point where I just had to leave a review. I waited one hour for a coffee and a sandwich (they forgot my hash brown, surprised?) and they didn't even have the order in the system. I had to tell them what I ordered. They use old wrappers to wrap ur food and they will use old food that hasn't been sold yet for their conscience, so you never know if your food is fresh (it probably isn't) so unorganized so unprofessional the managers were looking at me like I was crazy when I told them to check on my food after and HOUR. Of waiting, you'd be upset too if you were sitting in a McDonald's waiting area listening to the loud ass beeps and watching all the other customers who came after you get served before you. please I'm begging you do not go to this McDonald's. Please promise me you won't go. Service is terrible and as we already know the food is Mid on a good day (provided they didn't slam your sandwich into the bottom of the bag and gave you the correct order). Worst McDonald's in Howard county and it's not even close. If you find yourself at this McDonald's go into the bathroom, take a long look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself "what went wrong in my life that I'm here?" I have been going to this store for 9 years and I never had a problem until recently. on 10/24/21. I ordered two fries and then changes my order to three . I was trying to confirm the order and the server cut me off and said she got the new order. As I proceeded to get my order, my fry was missing. I told them I would pay for the additional fry. They had difficulty with google pay ( which I just used earlier to pay for my meal) and told me to go back in the drive thru line, they could not help me any more. I told them to bring me their manager and Danny the manager said I was holding up their line. I told him i was going to report this terrible customer service. Danny ( the manager) said go ahead and call. I call that the store to get the customer service number and Danny told me get the number off the McDonald bag. While not a frequent McD's visitor, I stoped by this location while traveling. I found the staff very friendly and eager to help me order via the new kiosk menu system. In all, a great experience as this is hard to come by in a fast food chain restaurant. read more

I live nearby and go to this location all the time, my last visit I ordered a Number 1 large and 2 things were wrong when i got home like 3 min later. First, my large fry was literally half way full from the top of the box, and no none spilled in the bag. I am a loyal customer of the all saints road mcdonalds in laurel. Never in my wildest dreams did i ever think they would do such a thing as they did today 10/27/21 at 6 am. I placed my order thru drive thru as always. Took out my only and last twenty dollar bill to pay. The woman was also taking orders and talking so she really wasnt cognicent of what i gave her. For a four dollar order and me giving her a twenty dollar bill she gives me back one dollar and some change. She was very rattled. I said mask i gave you a twenty. She looks at me like huh. Then she goes over to these other two mexican women who took fifteen minutes to figure out what they were doing. Then one of them comes over and tells me i gave her a five. I said no maam i gave this lady my last twenty from my wallet. She bulked me a loyal customer out of sixteen dollars. Never will i go there again. Clean, orderly, and a great meeting place, if you can stand the smell of grease. I can't eat the food, due to diet restrictions, but I get coffee and occasionally ice cream. I prefer to go in, as opposed to the drive thru, but even the drive thru has improved its efficiency. read more

Supposedly 24 hr drive thru but good luck with that. I've gone there after work when there was nothing else and been told they were closed (11;30ish). Stopped going here until yesterday when I wanted a drink and encountered the rudest workers ever. The worse McDonald I have ever been to, and will never return here. I have been here about ten times and notice that the only thing they do right is breakfast. If you get hungry in the middle of the night forget this place. The night staff is slow and doesn't seem to have a grasp on customer service. I could understand if my food took long because you had to make it all fresh, but there is no excuse to get fries soggy and cold and a burger that they microwaved. There are two others within five mins that are 24hr that I will travel to if I need food. Hope this helps read more
