Everything is plastic and paper plates all disposable because it's a food hall so it's a very casual, as you go environment I was surprised to see so many families. The reason I removed a star is because I've ordered onion rings on two different occasions and both times it's taken nearly 30 minutes for them to come out. When I inquire about the long wait, I'm told they'd "be right out" and then end up waiting an additional 15 minutes while everyone after me has received their food. I don't order the onion rings anymore because of this, which is a shame because they're actually quite good. They're crispy and the batter is light. It came with a big helping of fries. The Funky Fries are a great way to just indulge in comfort foods. It's fries, it's buffalo chicken pieces, it's mac n' cheese, all smooshed together with cheese and ranch. I imagine this is fantastic after a night of drinking and/or smoking.
