This is this location, chips, ahoy frappe, they failed to add the whip topping and toppings to the frappe when I asked one of the workers if it comes with whip, they said they don't know and handed it to me and proceeded to walk away without a care waited for three minutes for the person who took my order to come up to the window and ask them if this is how the frappe is supposed to be And they said that they would remake it, but just put it off to the side and added the whip, topping and cookie topping to it, but the bare minimal amount it was hard to speak at the drive-through because they did not understand English very well. If you're gonna work in this country, you might wanna learn this countries, language or the company should stop hiring foreigners. I'd get zero stars for this place if it was possible. this place will cut costs if they say that they were gonna remake something for you. This is the same kind of place that would just take off the pickles. Pretty convenient location right across from the Shell gas station that I get gas from in the morning at some times. The team here always seems to be very pleasant and alert with saying good morning and thank you. Never usually a big line in the mornings but if there is a few cars tend to get through it pretty quickly. Still long for me to be on my commute on time. I like the fact that if you order a coffee they will put the cream and sugar inside there for you so it makes it easier for me to have my coffee order down packed and top it off with a side of hashbrowns. read more

I visit this McDonald's location as it's on the way to work. In the past, I have had mostly positive visits. As of the last year or so, I have had mostly negative experiences with one of the managers that leaves me concerned for the staff. Today I witnessed the staff being subjected to rude and condescending behavior by this same manager, in front of guests. Today, in the drive-thru, I was told to park up front to wait for my order, all good. When a younger kid delivered my food I noticed it was missing items. I let him know, but he didn't want to let the manager know that I was missing items because she would yell, berate and ultimately say no to him retrieving the missing items. So I went inside to retrieve the missing items and witnessed her in action! The manager's behavior towards the staff was nothing short of appalling. She consistently belittled and berated them, using harsh and derogatory language. It was disheartening to witness such unprofessional conduct towards hard-working kids. What struck me the most was the manager's lack of empathy and understanding. She seemed completely oblivious to the impact of her words, the crowd of patrons around her and the low morale of the staff. It was evident that her behavior had created an environment of fear and anxiety. Which one of the staff confirmed to me. It's McDonald's, nothing will ever happen unfortunately. read more

Made a pit stop in Flag City's McDonald's coming back to the North Bay from Modesto. Visible from the highway with ample parking. Older McDonald's, didn't have the kiosks to order without having to tell your order. Bathrooms were decent, no mirrors though. At least not in the women's bathroom. Not sure if that's important, but just saying. Semi-clean, but I mean it's Mickie D's. Wasn't sure if they were short staffed, but took a little bit longer than usual, imo for a quick happy meal while I head home. I'm sure I'll stop here again, especially with the kiddos. I saw that she picked up all the toilet paper with her bare hands and stuffed it into the trash... she promptly walked out and did NOT follow the mirror rules that says "ALL employees MUST wash their hands before leaving the restroom" It was so nasty disgusting and I am so glad I didn't purchase anything!! They served me and my 9 year old raw food. my two boys and I went into the restaurant to order food. The first thing I ordered was a six piece chicken nugget. Happy meal with apple slices. That is exactly how I ordered it. The gentleman behind the counter asked me what size I wanted. I responded with. I did not know they made happy meals in different sizes. That point he realized his mistake and did his computer thing to put the order in properly. I then ordered a number three regular sized with a Sprite. I then said no mustard no pickles. I then ordered a number three large sized with a sweet tea with no ice. I then said no pickles extra onions. Upon receiving my order I received the following. - A correct happy meal order -two correctly customized double quarter pounder's - a sweet tea with no ice No fries no sprite. When I asked where the rest of my food was, I was told that I ordered burgers only. I explained that that is not how I ordered it and it was clear that I was ordering the meal. He acknowledged that I said large sized but still insisted that I only ordered burgers. Two other people in line , both agreed with me. The store employees however, proceeded to argue. I said fine ring me up for the rest of my food I need drinks and fries. The young lady behind the counter proceeded to give me a couple of medium fries, but I still had no drink for my son. When I inquired about that, I got more attitude . We then sat down to eat our food, and I will admit I was not paying attention, but when I looked down at my burger, it was completely raw. I took it back up and gave it to the young lady behind the counter, who then handed it to a gentleman that was cooking. His response was yuck. they asked me if I wanted a refund or another burger. Trust me, I would've rather had the refund but I had not eaten anything since 530 that morning it was not 8pm and I was starving. That was a mistake. Since eating that burger my son isn't feeling well and I threw up before I ever left the property. Unfortunately that has continued . There is more but that's enough on the visible description side. By far the worst, I will say restaurant, but definitely the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. this restaurant needs serious management help/replacement. They do not know how to take orders, they do not know how to treat customers, they don't even know how to cook the food. In the bathroom, both soap dispensers had the battery compartment sitting on the counter. Rendering them inoperable. Aside from the bathroom being filthy, the rest of the restaurant, however, was pretty clean so at least they got that right. read more

First of all we felt bad for the drive through workers because the car ahead of us was giving them a hard time. Me experience was so good it actually changed my mind about quitting McDonald's for good. We tried the new McCrispy sand deluxe and it was honestly the best fast food chicken sandwich I've had in a long time!!! Other items we ordered- Double Quarter Pounder, Chicken nuggets, double cheeseburger "special" instructions followed perfectly, fries. I don't know if you realize this but I go to this McDonalds often. The best employee in this place with the best voice in the loud speaker is Sheila. I compliment her each time I go. The only redeeming quality of this place is that they do have automated kiosks that let you bypass the hired help. This is definitely one of the worst McDonalds that I've ever been to. Slow service, absolutely. Incompetent service, absolutely. No ice in the drink machines, absolutely. Dirty facility with bugs and flies, absolutely. A bathroom that you have to be buzzed into, absolutely. This McDonalds has it all. The food is fine, the problem is it takes forever and when you do get it, something is likely to be wrong. Then add another 10 minutes to get your order fixed. If you are in the Lodi area, definitely give this specific McDonalds a pass and drive into the town if you want your Big Mac fix. Stopped in for a little food on our way to LA from Reno. Nothing stood out. Just a regular Mickey D's. Actually, not really a regular one. There are two things that I personally look for in a restaurant along the 5 corridor on a long road trip: 1) Speed of service - the trip is a long one. Eight hours on a good day. I want it to go fast and smooth. This didn't happen. There seems to be plenty of staff. they just aren't capable of delivering prompt service. It took a while to get my order and longer to deliver it. 2) Restroom Cleanliness - There is a reason that I stop for food, gas, AND the RR. Restaurants GENERALLY have cleaner RR than Gas Stations. This is not the case here. The restroom was obviously overlooked for a while. So The moral of the review is that next time you are in the area looking for a McDonalds, I would stay on the 5, until you see the NEXT McDonalds logo on the highway sign. read more

Drove thru and they told us to go to the second parking spot. Ten minutes later we are still waiting for our 20 piece chicken nuggets. The kid finally comes to the car and the bag is a chicken sandwich (I had asked him when he handed me the bag "20 nuggets?" He said yes. Ran to the door to let them know and they just ignored us. This location McDonalds was a horrible experience. Only three employees working during lunch hours. No one taking orders so one of the works kept telling everybody to order off the self order kiosks. All that tried gave up because it was just to cumbersome. Some just walked out. A couple finally got one girl to take there order, but she quickly jumped from the counter to the drive through collection/pay window. One customer asked for restroom access, and one of the girls said she could open it for him, but she was busy and never did. Not sure who's nightmare design and layout for this location was, but the concept is disconnected, anti-customer service, cold, and outright unwelcoming. If you cannot man the the establishment then simply close the interior and only use the drive through. The menu signs are horrendous. They keep changing on you and you have to wait for it to return to the screen you were reading to finish reading. The huge pictures and small print do nothing but frustrate the customer. There was nothing I liked about this visit. My burger looked nothing like the huge picture on the menu. I am never coming back to this location, and if this set up is being implemented throughout the chain, then I will not be returning to McDonald's ever again. read more
