THE WORST I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Absolutely no manners, rude, my food was hard and cold. I received my sweet tea with something all over it that was dried up. My husband took the sweet tea back inside to get a new one, and the guy (with his bare hands) submerged the entire sweet tea that we gave back to him in the tea dispenser and look at him and asked if he wanted ice. There is mold growing on the front window by the drive thru. It's between the glass and the golden arches window cling. It's been there for a really long time and it's so disgusting. You sit waiting for your food and all I can look at is that moldy window. The staff is rude and the service is slow but I have used this location many times because the food is always hot and fresh and it's really close to my house. I'm just here to agree with everyone else. I realize that it is a McDonalds and my expectations are aligned with that fact in mind. They are forever messing up my order and don't have a clue what is going on. The cheese is never melted on ANYTHING! I've never once been asked about condiments such as: ketchup, salt, sauces for nuggets. Nothing really spectacular about the restaurant. Good place to go to if you need a McDonald's fix... Very much in line with all the other restaurants in the chain... Went through the drive-through. Ordered some breakfast sandwiches. Service was fast... Outside area was neat... The staff was courteous ... Variety of food on the menu was consistent with rest of the chain ... Quality of sandwiches were also good and consistent for a McDonald's. read more

We went through the drive through to get just teas. Big mistake. It took forever, about 15 minutes, and when we finally got the tea, it was sickeningly rancid. I didn't know tea could taste so rotten until now. Avoid this place, and get a health inspector involved. read more

We stopped here on our way home from DC. We were already tired from being in DC most of the day, and dealing with the Metro. My wife needed a bathroom and my kids were starving so we pulled in here. Placed our order and didn't have to wait long. Walked to the back area and there were two staff sitting there talking and watching television. My son spilled his water on accident and the two staff just sat there and did not make one move to get up and get a mop or notify anyone so the water just ran down the cracks and the floor in to the middle of the floor/walk way. It still hadn't been cleaned when we left and other staff kept walking over it. My wife ordered two honey mustard wraps and ended up with two ranch. She ate one before noticing so I took the other to the counter. The guy took it and tossed it in the trash and then went to making smoothies or something while I stood there. Another guy came up and asked if I could be helped (he was the nicest and most helpful and we even chatted and had a laugh at a lady who's son wanted pancakes at 4 in the afternoon.) I told him I was waiting on a honey mustard wrap and he walked over and got it for me. Not impressed except for the one guy. read more

A for effort, but they totally messed my entire order up (McChicken, plain hamburger, medium fry). They gave me a McDouble with cheese and all the toppings, replaced it with the GREASIEST fries and patty I've ever touched, and gave me a McChicken with a minuscule amount of lettuce and WAY too much mayonnaise. I'm left with greasy food, hands, and salt all over my mouth. Also the drive-thru took forever and I had to repeat my order several times to get the person to hear it, so one would Think that the order would be perfect, but nope, it was terrible. Fast, clean, and courteous! I would eat here any day :) I read the reviews and decided to gamble with my lunch. We were pleasantly surprised! Food was ready by the time we found a table and got the baby strapped in the highchair. The staff was well organized and fluid and the lobby, while small, was pretty clean! We had a couple unusual requests (toddlers are weird, no?) and they totally pulled it off! Not to mention it was 12:30 in the middle of an intimidating lunch rush. We stopped on the way through as usual, I only had a $100 and gave it to my husband to order coffee...we were in a hurry and quite a few miles away my husband handed me the change, which I always check and turned white, there were 2 fives, 6 ones and coins...my husband called several times on Wednesday the 24th of July and got voicemail and again yesterday and is going to again today, to tell them the girl on the far right register gave the wrong change and when they find around $80 over in that register to please call him back...nothing...so if anyone knows how to contact the owner of that McDonald's, we would greatly appreciate the information...my husband is far to trusting, always has been to his detriment...I notice another review, where they contacted corporate, because they were being shady with ringing up and I asked my husband for the receipt and he never received one, either...it is Saturday and still no one has returned our calls...August 4th and this McDonald's has not returned our calls... read more

I would post zero stars if I could. Absolutely the most disgusting bathroom I have ever been in in my life. Pee was actually all over the floor in the women's bathroom and all over the toilet seat. Guy who works there, but who was not in uniform, reached into my car, pulled a piece of the chicken off and put it in his mouth, then looked at me and said that is the spicy one.
