Very rude, felt disrespected. We came through the drive thru and when it was time to collect our payment we politely asked if she could repeat our order since we thought there had been a mistake, however, after asking her to do her job the girl at the window gave us a very rude stare and rolled her eyes and replied to us with a snarky tone of voice. There was an older lady next to her who also was very rude to us at the speaker as we placed our order. Rushing us as there was nobody else behind us. The food you receive does not resemble anything from the advertised menu and looks thrown together, and our meal was already cold when we got it. Which probably had something to do with the half hour we spent in line. The employees are extremely rude. They require proper service training immediately. They would be better suited for a job away from the public, and away from the service industry. The location is poorly maintained , and needs to be cleaned. I frequent this location. Twice in the space of a week I've gotten the wrong order in the drive thru. Once in a while I expect it with fast food, but this is getting ridiculous. The location isn't even terribly busy, something just goes terribly wrong in the span of a few feet from window one to window two. It's so distressing when you are hankering for a Big Mac and inside the Big Mac box you find chicken nuggets. Surprise! read more

The food from here is pretty good, always hot and fresh and they always make my burger correctly as far as special requests go. They've always been fast as well, the ONLY reason I'm giving this location 3 stars is because I have ordered twice from them using UberEats, like I said, fast delivery, what we did receive was correct.... but both times something was left out. Last time it was our drinks, and this time it was our fries. We were unable to reach them on the phone to try and resolve the issue. I think next time I'm going to be doing the drive through pick up and order through their app so I can personally check my food before leaving. After waiting 20 minutes, by this point, visibly seeing people working someone finally comes on the speaker and I tell him I have an order in the app, and he proceeds to tell me in these EXACT words "mane why the f*** didn't you just say it at the speaker like it says on yo phone" I said, "because I've been waiting for 20 minutes and no one was taking my order" he then walked away and I'm now in a parking spot with an additional 20 minute wait. I'd ask for a refund if I didn't think I'd be given hell, it's 1am, I'm tired. I already paid in the app or else I would be gone. I usually always have a good customer service experience during the day, and I always let go of minor issues with my food, but the attitude from their overnight staff is completely unacceptable, and need to be fired. So, I've had food from this location on two occasions. The first time, my fiancé went and picked up the food. It was just fine. I just went there and waited a ridiculous amount of time in the drive through. At the pick-up window, the employee asked what I ordered. She checked through a few bags and threw fries upside down in the bag along with a burger. I had ordered the 4/$4 deal and so when I checked the bag I let her know I also needed the nuggets. They didn't have the sauce I wanted, which is fine. That happens. I got home. I live .1 away and my food was cold. I think the oil they were using was also old because it tastes terrible. This was all around 200-230pm so it shouldn't have been this slow. The cashier was lovely. The food distributer not so much. read more

This McDonald's had the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. I politely waited at the order area for 5 minutes with no one else in line. Then, I decided to pull up to the window with three workers working. Someone finally acknowledged my presence and came to the window. I told them my order, and they said I had to pull back around to order. I told them I waited for 5 minutes, and she corrected me that it was only 4. Therefore, stating she knew I was sitting there. I said since no one was sitting in line could I just order since I was waiting. She said no. She would rather lose a customer than acknowledge my presence. read more

I wish I could pinpoint my favorite part of this experience. There are so many moments to choose from: -The car bailing from the drive thru queue -The manager shouting with the customer two cars ahead of us -The car waiting by the door who kept laying on their horn randomly, trying to receive their order -The manager shouting "Don't make that f**king cheeseburger!" so loudly I could hear it through the closed window -The cashier frantically searching for my debit card while asking someone if they had it -The cashier forgetting my drink and making me repeat my drink order three times before finally understanding and making it Now I understand things get hectic, and one or two things going wrong is understandable, but the combination of all six is just bizarre. By far the worst customer service and food is always cold and old. Fries cold, nuggets are like little burnt biscuits. You wonder if they'd feed it to their family for dinner? You never get a smile or a thank you. Rather, looks like your inconveniencing them with your business. I went to McDonald at 5048 Summer, memphis, tn. I ordered 2 egg biscuits and a sausage burrito. The date was April 27 at approximately 8:45 am. I waited patiently for my order. My ticket number was 398. A man with ticket 396 got his order and left. In Moments he returned with the sack which was kinda wadded at the top. He was to get sausage, egg biscuit. They had given him my two egg biscuits. I stepped up to watch what was going to happen. That manager then tried to give me those two sandwiches they had given him in the same sack no less. I refused them. She turned and put the sandwiches in a new sack. I just got my money back. She kept saying those are new ones. You can just have them. I turned to a man next to me who witnessed all of it and said, you can have these if you want them. I don't trust them. And also they never gave me the burrito I ordered. The employee working the register was so embarrassed because he knew what she did. Whoever that morning manager is needs to be fired! read more
