We have been staying in mesquite a few weeks snd have frequented McDonald's several times. The food is always hot and fresh. There was only an error forgetting our fries for our meals on 1 order and I am impressed at that in theses trying times! We arrived at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. One person ahead of me attempting to order two Happy Meals. It took the cashier no less than 10 minutes to figure out how to do so. As I step up to the counter she walks off and starts packing fries. No one manning the counter for almost 5 minutes. A male cashier finally steps up and takes our order. He's quick and efficient... Now the wait.... and wait ... and wait. 15 minutes for our order to be called. Good, we'll have fresh burgers... NOPE! The burgers were not fresh nor even warm. I was not waiting another 30 minutes! I understand that McDonalds is a chain and also know what to expect, this was a clearly substandard experience. BTW the people with the Happy Meals also complained of poor quality and service. That means five people walk away with a poor story to tell of this establishment. read more

Driving through Mesquite at midnight, you already know the pickings are going to be very slim, which is why you'll be doing the drive-thru at a really crappy McDonald's. Expect them to put the napkins at the bottom of the bag so they're all greasy when you go to use them, expect your order to be wrong, expect them to fail to put a single condiment in your bag, expect to pay more than you were expecting for subpar food, and expect the kids working there to be miserable throughout it all. Now don't get me wrong, I would hate to be working at a McDonald's in Mesquite too. But just because you have a sh*tty job doesn't mean you have to be sh*tty at your job. read more

Listen, no one goes to McDonald's expecting A+ service. Or, really B+ service. As low as the bar was set for them going in, this McDonald's still managed to not clear it. After waiting for my food for 30 minutes (a very complex order of sausage mcmuffin with a hashbrown,) I began to think that they may have simply lost my order. After talking with other patrons, however, I discovered that we had all been waiting for our food for at least 30-40 minutes each. A warm camaraderie developed between us all, as we stood in awe of the complete ineptitude of some of the workers absentmindedly bumbling about the kitchen. At the 40-minute mark I received my food, and the employee giving me my order had the audacity to say "sorry, we were waiting on the hashbrowns." I'm sorry, 40 minutes for hashbrowns? I come here to have burger on my way to the zions mountain national parks. Instead of a double cheeseburger McDouble I order and pay for they give me only one patty on both burger. I pay for two double cheeseburgers McDoubles and only receive two single patty burgers. I start on the freeway number 15 before I realize so I had to only eat what I have receive. I went fora hike when I arrive at the zions but had not a lot of energy because of the few patty's I receive and I got sleepy easy and decide to go to town and got more food instead. Zion is a pretty place the rocks are very very big and I suggest if you do go eat more patty's and make sure you double check they give you every patty you pay for. read more

Went to the McDonald's ordered a number 7. Two Cheese burger plain add Mac sauce. Went to check my food and they messed up on one of the cheeseburgers not a big deal so I parked and headed in. I asked to get a new burger one that I ordered. They took my old burger and gave it to one of the cooks. He took the top bun off the burger and started scraping the items off the burger with his bare hand over the trash can. Walked it back over to his counter wrapped it back up and gave it back to me. I refused the burger and wanted them to make me a new one. I told them I watched him just do that and I don't want to eat something that someone had over the trash touching with his bare hands. I got attitude from the guy re making the sandwich because I didn't want to try McDonald's new flavor "TRASH CAN". Pretty ridiculous to me! read more

I have been purchasing from this restaurant for many year's and have been mostly pleased with the food and service. Recently thought it seems they have forgotten how the make their French Fries. I have had under cooked fries on the last 4 visits . I even went back 2 times to get properly cooked food! Not sure why they cannot get the fries done correctly when the fryers have a timer on them! I even asked for "crispy" and they used to put it on the order screen when ordering and they have not been doing that! They keep saying " they will tell the cook". I have even been asked to pull around and wait but the fries are never cooked thoroughly. Look at my most recent order in the picture. The fries are just starting to turn golden! They should change the logo to white and red so we go to the "white" arches not the Golden Arches. I will not go this location again. read more

absolutely the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to! tried this place more than once, hoping it was just a "miss" day, but no, its the same bad service all the time. long long wait lines like 25 to 35 min, excuse at window is, only 2 people working, and then they look at you like you have a problem. even hold your order over your head and are snotty about it. once we were told to go to the back of the line and reorder....... i guess these punk kids think they have a power trip going over old people. this location is owned by the same people that own the other one in town, and its just as bad. cold food, old and stale, fries are old. don't have stuff all the time. tell you they are out of it and all you can get is a quarter pounder. i guess when you only have 2 employees they can tell you what they want to cook for you, or have sitting up there. beware, and stay away! maybe the owners will finally wise up, or hire some real help! maybe they won't change cause they don't have to and we are all being held hostage! look at all the other reviews. they are all saying the same things! this place is just awful all the way around! read more

I had a good experience with this McDonald's. No issues with my food order and my food as great. I think it's a great option if your looking to eat fast food is Mesquite. The fries was super good and the McNuggets were very crispy and tasted fresh. The server was very polite. Only thing I didn't like was the new slushy lemonade. It tastes really bad. It's too overpowering with the ice so when you drink it, you drink more water. The flavored water tasted like medicine. Don't ordered the slushy. Everything else was great! read more

I repeated my order 4 times sausage biscuit with cheese and a hot chocolate. Cashier had a rough time with it. She kept saying sausage egg n cheese. Okay she finally got it (at least I thought she did). My boyfriend ordered sausage egg n cheese meal. What we got was totally different. We got a big breakfast and mine came as a combo and egg on the biscuit. I'm on a road trip so we just made due with it. It's tough to be a McDonald's employee. They can't take orders, give back correct change, etc etc. And ugh all the upcharges. This is why I hardly ever go to McD's. :( read more

It's sad that MCDonalds is trying to "train" you how to use a kiosk to order. I went to the counter and she walked me to the kiosk to place my order for four people. This took much longer than if she entered it as it has always been done. Obviously, they are trying to eliminate jobs. Shame on McDonalds!! Men's bathroom was disgusting- puddle of pee at the urinal and toilet paper on the floor by the toilet. No paper towels either. I guess they are also saving on paper. My husband and I go to this McDonalds off Falcon Ridge quite often. It is close to our home. It is always clean and the staff are always friendly. During this time it was so nice when at the drive up window one day the gal at the window handing our food recognized my husband and I and took the time to ask us if we missed being able to come inside. Horrible horrible service. The female at the drive thru window was named Wanda and was so horrible to us. We asked for salt and napkins and she said get out of her drive thru. I said excuse me? I just asked for napkins and salt and she gave it to me and said go. Wow. We didn't do or say a thing. I don't know what her problem was but clearly she was on the war path. Ownership of this location recently changed. Since then, I've had special grill orders messed up, had the cashier say they won't help me because I'm paying with a credit card, and watched a spilled drink sit for over an hour. I've reached out to the new management via the feedback email posted all over the store without receiving a reply. I let the staff know about the spilled drink, and they seemed indifferent. Staff has been told to force customers to use the barely working touchscreen kiosks to place orders, even though they are just standing around. It's kind of turned into a chaotic place where quality nor consistency isn't much of a concern. read more

Great little stop off for the kids. Nice clean play area. We came here for breakfast and it was pretty busy. Not a lot of few parking for an rv. There is a pay to park lot right next to it. The only bad part of our experience was a Mcdonalds worker who hid himself in the play area during his break to talk to his girlfriend. Talking very loudly and using less than polite language. I went here with three people for breakfast. I had the egg white delight sandwich with an orange juice and the second person got the same sandwich with the coffee. The third person got the coffee. The sandwich and the orange juice was pretty tasty. I tried a little bit of the coffee. I was shocked when I tasted it. The coffee did not have that old burnt coffee flavor. If there's one thing I have learned to do is always check through the bags when using the drive-thru. Either something is missing or the wrong food shoved in there. Ate here on two different occasions and had a good experience. Breakfast was great. We got sausage egg and cheese mcmmuffin with hashbrowns and they were really good. When we went for dinner we got a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, quarter pounder, and nuggets. All tasted great, as did the dessert, which consisted of a mcflurry, shake, and cookies.
