Everyone that works here is so friendly. I've been here more then I would like to admit. The only reason I give four star instead of five is the fries are hit or miss. Swung by here since the rebuild, and it seems to be pretty standard McDonalds experience now. The redesigned drive through is a lot more functional. It's still a bit tight, but that has more to do with the layout and flow of the parking lot this McDonalds is in than anything else. For me, helpful McDonald's reviews are really about cleanliness relative to other McDonalds. I think this one's cleanliness is on par with most found in major metropolitan areas (some pretty horrific cleanliness stories from middle of nowhere locations...) I've been to this one probably 25+ times over the many years, primarily for two little ones looking for cheap toys. The food and "mistakes-per-order ratio" are probably on par with other McDonalds I have been to - on average I would say about 1 mistake per roughly every $16.50 spent. *quick anecdote - I once ordered 3 shakes inside, got them and took them to wife and kids in car while waiting for food. They ended up making 3 extra shakes by mistake - offered them to me but I did not need any more than 3 shakes I already had, so they offered them to people at counter. One kid - probably around age 11 - got the first free one and exclaimed in disbelief to some other kids behind him in line "THEY ARE GIVING AWAY FREE MILKSHAKES!!". And I believe that very moment was maybe the happiest moment in that kid's life - so this McDonald's does have that going for them. Pros: -They once made me a grilled onion cheddar burger even though it was no longer on the menu (although the next time I asked the person had never heard of it...) -Drive-thru is usually pretty efficient -Always some great deals on the app - esp. free fry Friday!! -Always appreciate the decorating efforts for the different holidays and Seahawks etc. Cons: -I've found the tables clean about half the time but usually prefer to wipe down extra- really annoying when they are out of the hand wipes. -Restrooms are cleaner in some McDonald's, dirtier in some. I think one in the play area gets ignored sometimes - glad I live a few minutes away... -Wish they would enforce their policy about socks in the play area -I would say about 50% chance so far (3 of 6) they have an issue or confusion when I have them scan my McDonald's app for a discount read more

This McDonald's is by far the worst. I've never been more disappointed in my life with fast food until I came across this McDonald's. I step in, and the place seems pretty dead (pretty normal for a weekday.) but I go up and order my artisan chicken sandwich. It comes out later than I really wanted it to, only for it to taste godawful. So, right when I was thinking about going up and asking for another one because mine didn't taste so good. I over heard a manager chewing an employee's head off right in front of the store owner. He didn't do shit! In fact, he said that this manager did a "damn good job!" And laughed. How cruel. Also I overheard that the oil was old and dark so that's why the food didn't taste right. Disgusting! I would never return to this place because it's about as appetizing as eating trash straight out of my garbage can. Especially with the way they treat their employees. It's a major turn off. Just give the kids a chance! Not worth your time, not worth your money. Avoid this "restaurant" (if you could even call it this) at all costs possible. Worst McDonalds ever.... Always make the customer park. Don't answer people in drive thru speaker. I had to back out of the drive thru last time cause the only would talk to one of the two lanes but no signs were up. The people are not helpful... I blame the manager because they are responsible for hiring and training these employees. read more

Didn't honor my coupon. Had a $2 for a 10 pc nuggets on the mcdonald's app, the cashier scanned it but still charged 5$ onto my card. Not a big deal but pretty annoying considering I go to mcdonald's to save money on food. read more

My kids and I had just finished our meal when JOSEPH came over to our table and offered ice cream cones to the kids. They were at first shy and reserved but he was friendly and warm and they happily accepted his offer. JOSEPH ran off and came back with two adorable mini ice cream cones. It was such a nice gesture that I felt like I had to leave a positive review. I've always had great service at this location and on the rare occasion they do make a mistake they always overcompensate to make up for it. Keep up the good works guys. read more

Remember not so long ago when McDonald's had television ads saying most people agree that McDonald's has the best Coca-Cola fountain drinks. They went on to extoll how the water was so pure, and exactly the perfect temperature. The syrup is always fresh. The carbonation was calculated to give a nice bubbly sensation. The ratio of all ingredients carefully balanced to create a premium drink. And it seemed to be true at the time! However, over the last couple of months, I've noticed a dramatic decline in the quality of their Coca-Cola. Many times I've found them to be flat and syrupy... othertimes watery. And it's not one single store that this had occurred. My comments refer to Mill Creek, Thomas Lake, and Canyon Park stores. I had enjoyed the Coca-Cola from there so much that when bringing take-out home, we often went to two different restaurants: one stop for food, then the second stop for Coca-Cola from McDonald's. Which McDonald's was chosen based on how close to the restaurant that we had picked up food. I had begun to snub the bottled and canned beverages in favor of McDonald's fountain drinks. But today, after the 7th consecutive drink that ended up tossed down the sink, I find myself writing this review. My hope is that bringing attention to this problem might bring about change for the good. I won't be trudging to McDonald's for every drink anymore, but I'll stop by once in awhile to see if they return to the premium quality they once were. read more

If I get 2 sausage mcmuffins with no muffins, why did I get 2 sausages (correct) but 1 cheese (incorrect) I am not the one to freak out over small things but if I'm paying for something I expect all of it to be there minus the muffins. so do me a solid and stop trying to rip me or other people off. read more

My family and I have eaten here off and on since it opened and we've rarely had any issue with our experiences. Today, when we ordered lunch, we attempted to use some of the Halloween 'trick or treat' coupons we got earlier. While we thought that we probably couldn't use multiple winning tickets, the lady taking orders at our section of the drive through indicated that it was fine. When we got to the pay window, we handed over the coupons as we were told to. It was at this point we were told we couldn't use more then one coupon at a time. We told the guy to remove the drink item and use the one for free fries. He promptly gave us the drink coupon back, tapped on his register, gave us our receipt, and told us he took the drink off. When my mother attempted to confirm that the drink was taken off (the receipt, which I still have, is very faded and can barely be read,) he pointed at it rather quickly, and said 'Yeah I took it off, see?' in a really rude manner. I was shocked and a little insulted at his behavior, but allowed myself to be satisfied that the drink was removed. When we went to the window to get the food, the first thing out was the drink we didn't want. When we told this person that we told the previous person to take it off our order, he looked up at his order screen and told us it was left on, and worse yet, we had paid for it. We ended up taking it anyway, and while the second drive through window person seemed upset on our behalf, he didn't apologize or offer to give us our money back, or anything. Since this McDonald's is our preferred one, I am likely to come back only because we rarely eat at the other locations. I will never try to use in chain coupons at the drive through ever again. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. First off I know it's "just" McDonald's or whatever but that shouldn't matter. The 2nd window asked us to pull around to the front and they would deliver it to us. We did that and we noticed we were missing some food. (Not a big deal) we went through the drive thru again and let them know what had happened and after waiting multiple cars behind we got to the window and the extremely rude disrespectful Matt Hart started the conversation by handing us a piece of paper with a number on it and said we could call this number and to leave. I have absolutely no idea why he presented us with a help line number instead of either giving us our food or giving us a partial refund. Besides being shorted food we paid for we were treated so disrespectfully I could not even believe. Terrible service, we went through drive thru which the idea was to get our food QUICK. Had to park in the pickup section out front because they could not get a drive thru order done on time. Waited 5 minutes and they brought the wrong order out. By the time they got back out it took 15 minutes from drive thru to getting order out front. PATHETIC SERVICE. Last time going there! My husband had to go in and get the items they forgot and when we got home realized all the fries for the value meals were missing as well! we only ordered 3 meals not that hard!!! I don't ever write reviews but my recent trip to McDonald's has me recently disappointed! I forgot my purse so I was paying with change + a dollar bill. I ordered a cheeseburger for $1.19 and a large drink for 1.00, I gave her my change and first off she made me count it all out and separate it for her along with having a rude tone. I noticed that she shorted me a dollar on my receipt so I went back to explain the situation to her and she took a dollar bill out of the register slammed it down on the counter and walked away. I was talking to one of the employees there that is so friendly and the manager then started ease dropping on our conversation about frappe's and she started yelling at me saying that I owe her a dollar and that I shorted her money along with her saying I was demanding more money when no such thing was being talked about. I have never seen a manager act that way and this isn't the first time she has been rude to me and numerous customers during my visit. Everyone else there is amazing and so friendly they go out of their way to welcome you and that's the kind of manager McDonald's should have! This drive thru needs serious improvements. When ordering breakfast at anytime, heaven forbid asking for hasbrowns its like ordering a quesadilla, chips and salsa. Why can't you have some hashbrows ready to go, why do you always have to put people in the waiting box. I feel like getting sent to the corner for a timeout. Come on people, fast-food, breakfast all day, if you repeat this enough you'll get the clue. I've had times, where they just completely forget your waiting to place an order, forget that they stuck you in the timeout box or completely give you the wrong order. We need structure here folks, whose managing this process. It a convenient location, but they need new management and folks that really understand an expedited process, have some items ready to go, identify the ones that take the longest and get them ready. I had a horrible experience at this McDonalds, I had my two children in the play area and noticed a female worker glaring at me with anger in her face. I looked at her and she looked at me for a minute ,then she picked up her cell phone and called someone. I thought this was strange but never ever would I have believed she would of called the police on me. The police came in front of everyone and questioned me what I was doing here. I told the police officer I'm here with my two kids, he looked at me and just left. Before leaving he said someone called about me doing in appropiate things at this McDonalds. Talk about a shock ,I was humiliated and embarrassed in front of everyone and realized it was the MC Donald's employee who called the police on me. I confronted the manager about this employee who refused to give me her name. The manager said she will contact her District Manager to help smooth things over. Since I demanded an apology and food money refund or credit since I couldn't eat the food due to this false accusation to an innocent customer. I told the Manager ,that I will never eat here again, NEVER,I will tell all my friends and everyone I know what happened to me. She kept saying she will have her DM call me , but never got a phone call or an apology. I believe this was some sort of a hate crime because I never did anything inappropriate, it was this McDonalds employee who observed me and called the police on me. I'm very upset about this and never got an apology .I even emailed them my phone number for the DM to call me and gave it to the store Manager named Stephanie Custer. Every time I go here the food is not good. The burgers are dry like they sat all day and they're not hot. Also, the fries aren't hot and they are way over salted. About a month ago I went through the drive thru and got a double cheeseburger and there was a long strand of hair in it. It was red hair so I knew it wasn't mine. I called them up to tell them and sure enough there was someone working there with red hair. I go to get another one days later for free. But is that really a fair compensation? The only thing I've been able to buy there that was decent is a hot fudge sundae. I don't intend to go there anytime soon unless for a sundae. read more
