    Burnt grilled cheese sandwich.

Placed a pick up order on 11/22 for dinner. Picked it up and brought it home to found the grilled cheese sandwich to be totally burnt and one of the french onion soup was the wrong size (cup instead of bowl). I drove back to ask for a refund for those items. Despite the fact that there was barely anyone in line, I waited 10 minutes for someone to talk to me. Even though I only asked for a refund for the grilled cheese and french onion soup, the manager (guy in red uniform) offered a full refund and some baked goods. I was initially pleased by this effort to make up for their initial mistakes, but over two weeks now, no refunds have been processed. Now, they have even messed up on their effort to even make up for the initial mistakes. The whole ordeal took about 1 hour. Wasted my time and money. It was a very disappointing experience.

My company ordered lunch from here and I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the food. I ordered a salad with grains and chicken and balsamic sauce. It came with another thicker sweeter sauce too to drizzle on. The portion sizes here were much larger than other salad places I've ordered from. I didn't really like the taste of the nuts in mine, but everything else tasted like a flavorful blend. The bread was roasted nicely and came with some butter. The cookie was so soft and I liked the chocolate in it, although the cookie is more on the sweet side, so share it with a friend. I usually hear mixed things about Panera bread but my good experience counters that. I would order from here again because of the fresh quality and large portion size. They also had many options for me and my coworkers to choose from.

Got myself a fancy salad on a Monday evening, and it was delish! Customized the caesar salad, replacing the regular chicken with seared chicken thigh, and adding bacon (more protein, please!). Love Panera for their quality ingredients, whether enjoying sandwiches or soups at any of their locations. Today was no different. It was a pretty darn good salad, and even though they were out of the french baguette that typically comes on the side, I was able to substitute seasonal fruit, a pleasant combination of fresh and juicy pineapple, melons, and grapes. Easy ordering at the kiosks, only a 4-minute wait for my order to be ready at the pickup counter (notified via text on my phone), and no interaction with staff necessary. A positive experience and perfect meal thanks to Panera @First.

We had our quick bruch here today, sitting outside in the sun and enjoying a healthy hearty meal for 2 :) Lots of parking right outside this outlet and lots and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating has over-head heaters to make it comfy in the evenings. As u enter, there are mini i-pads at 4-5 kiosks where u can go thru the menu and customize and pay as u please. In $26, we got : - chicken avacado melt - 5/5 yummy full sandwich that we shared for $13 - brocolli cheddar soup - 5/5 full portion yummy n cheesy $9 - orange juice - 2/5- skip it. It said not from concentrate but tasted like tropicana so no point paying $4 for it Its a self service restaurant so u have to pick up your food yourself and grab cutlery (towards the left of the pick up area) and condiments (on the right near soda machine) Clean restrooms and friendly staff add to the coziness. The entrees of soup and sandwich comes with a free side. U can pick one side from the following choices: - apple - chips (a small packet of crisps) - baguette (a small piece of bread) Next time i plan to try their value meals of "small cup of soup with half a sandwich" for $9. Seems like a good deal for a snack/ lunch.

This is just the usual Panera Bread joint, nothing exceptional to note. I went on a weekday around late afternoon and stayed for a few hours to get some work done. Ordered a couple of things like soups and had no issues with them whatsoever.

Placed the order online and picked it up from their cute little store on Wyatt Drive. The day was so busy that most of us hardly ate our food until way later in the day, myself included. I actually didn't even get to start eating the salad that I had ordered until five hours after picking up the order and being home for the day. To my surprise, there was an issue with the salad. I called the store and was connected with a very sweet, nice understanding associate named Paola. She apologized and offered to remake anything that was in error from the large order placed and picked up this afternoon stated that it would be ready in the next 5 to 10 minutes. I came to pick it up and was greeted by Sebastian. He was very warm and welcoming and upon me, letting him know that I called and spoke to Paola he was aware of the situation and had my food ready to go. He was also very sweet and understanding and very apologetic. They went over and beyond with making this right by giving me not only a remade salad, but also a free entrée on them for next time to make up for this issue. I tried really hard for Sebastian to not issue this out as I believe he had already made it right, but he insisted that I take the free entrée item for next time as they are sincere apologies. I've always really loved Mendocino's farm and friendly staff and I would like to know that I've never had any other issue with any other orders here. I'm happy to know that when there is an issue, their staff is understanding and accommodating enough to be able to make it right.l for their customers. I really appreciate this and will always be back here!

I came here recently with three girlfriends, and we shared a variety of dishes, all 5/5! * Avocado Dip + Plantain chips: great combo with plantain chips instead of usual tortilla chips * Wood-fired Eggplant + Carrot hummus, Tzatziki: adored the carrot hummus! * Shrimp Salad - absolutely delicious with crispy shrimp, avocado, quinoa, mandarins in a lime-herb vinaigrette. Outstanding. * Disco Fries: not your average French fries! Loved the pork sausage and pickled red onions, wonderfully tart savory flavor. *Sautéed green beans - next level green beans with a creamy vinaigrette and chopped cashews *Grilled Corn: spiced coconut, cotija and tajin. Delicious! *Red Pepper Bread: melts in your mouth I think we finished everything we couldn't help ourselves. It was so delicious! Really didn't have much room for dessert, but we had to splurge and check it out so we decided to share two plates: *Pandan Flan: I love flan, and this was phenomenal! The pandan caramel paired perfectly with the yogurt crème, and the coconut rice crunch and strawberries added texture. And, the plating was fabulous! *Mango Sticky Rice: the presentation alone was incredible. Best I've ever had. Next level! This is a must! To go along with the incredible food is a beautiful atmosphere that you just want to sit and save her. We had exceptional service as well. I honestly cannot wait to go back. Five stars Chef Stephanie!! I've heard so many good things about the sister restaurant in LA, Girl and the Goat. I will need to go there next time I'm in LA; now that I know what the fuss is all about!
