Came here during Fremont Restaurant week for their special promotion of smash burger for half off. The restaurant was fairly busy but service was quick. You order at the kiosk on the service counter and food was delivered quickly. The inside was your average burger place but the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered the double meat smash burger and it was juicy and delicious. I would prefer some grilled onion to make it better but overall, a very good burger. I would definitely come back again.

We got a good deal on National Hamburger Day! iniBurger was one of the few restaurants that offered promo on this day. We ordered online. The online app on their website was easy to use. The parking lot is a little tight. The restaurant was clean. Although the food was not ready as requested, the wait was not too long and the food was still hot when we got it home. We tried 3 different combs and enjoyed all of them, especially since we could apply the promo to all of them. Definitely would recommend IniBurger for the value and quality.

I needed to go to the AT&T store, but was hungry first. So I walked in and looked at their menu. They have plenty of choices. Clean inside friendly service. I don't like the order at yourself kiosk as I prefer a human being. I ordered too many burgers one was the western burger, and the other was the Hawaiian spicy burger. Unfortunately the western burger had turkey bacon but overall was pretty good. The Hawaiian spicy burger was not very spicy had a lot of flavor and the pineapple gave it a nice touch. I also ordered onion rings, which had a pretty good batter to it. I got the combo meal which also included a soda offer under $20.

There's so many options on what to get. This definitely means a return trip is a must! I enjoyed my burger and fries! Could have I just kept ordering more and trying their other food? Yes, but i would have been up several pounds! Next time!

Came here on a random afternoon because I was craving a chicken sandwich. The parking is kinda rough, but just walked a bit to get to the store. I came in and ordered on the kiosk, but when I had questions or anything the service was good. The person behind the counter was super nice and accommodating. Inside was kinda sterile, normal newer burger shops. The food was hella good! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the potato fries were good. I would come here again and try their burgers. Overall, if I'm in the area again. I will definitely visit.

The burgers were good, satisfied our hunger, I enjoyed the onion rings with ranch.

It's a very good milkshake and fries place, not so much chicken strips! We ordered chocolate milkshake (one of the best milkshake I have ever had from a fast food place). I will visit again just for this! We ordered the Nashville loaded fries. It's very good, crispy fries drenched in spicy sauce with chicken pieces. The chicken is a bit dry (not that problematic in loaded fries). We also ordered chicken strips. Although the outside of the strip is crunchy, it's overbattered and the inside is very dry. Comparison to for example chick-fill-a this is half good. This is the reason of my removal of one star. I will try the sandwich next time and definitely be chocolate shake (the best!)

I haven't been in this restaurant for years and wanted to come back. Nothing really changed except that they added kiosks since it's 2025 and we're moving towards an age where they become an option. So for each combo, it comes with a burger (B'igi or M'inis) with fries. The drink is not included though. There are a few premium burgers they have, which are slightly more expensive. The mini burgers can come in multiples, but I have to ask if it's possible if I can get different type of minis in the same combo. I'm sure that's possible. I say that the fries are the best part of the meal since it's not too oily. I don't normally have crinkled cut fries but they like the best ones in my opinion. From the burger, the bun to meat ratio is off. The buns are way bigger and there were too many toppings that were added. So basically, the fries are better than the burger. Also, it does that there wasn't enough seasonings in the patty, which makes the taste kinda bland. I also like how they compacted combo items together inside a box, which is more convenient to me. Perhaps, I should try this place again. Maybe there are other burger options that can make up the quality of the food.

Although, burger with impossible patty itself did not admire me that much, I love their menu. So much choices for people who don't eat beef.... Sweet potato fries was served in big portion...Togo order was done as time promised

Stopped by iniBurger and walked out smiling like I just won something. I ordered three of their m'ini burgers the Americano, the Western BBQ, and the Hawaiian Spice and every single one hit the spot. The flavors are on point, the quality is solid, and the best part... the whole menu is 100% halal. That alone makes this place an easy go-to. Service was smooth and quick. They've got self-order kiosks that actually make the process easier instead of more confusing, and the staff keeps things moving without attitude. The ambiance is clean, modern, and comfortable bright lighting, open layout, and a fresh vibe that makes it a good spot to sit down and enjoy your food instead of rushing out. Definitely worth stopping by. Great food, good people, halal, and done right.

It's been a while since we've been back to Iniburger and unfortunately we were a bit thwarted by our regular spot as they were too busy. So we decided to try Iniburger again. In short, it was ok again. L O C A T I O N Iniburger is off of Osgood in a offshoot plaza next to Walmart. There's a Great Clips and an AT&T store here. The parking area is not super big, but we also found a spot fairly easily though a bit tight in terms of cars going through the parking lot. I N S I D E It's not super big, but there are a fair amount of tables inside. You basically walk in there's two kiosks to order at. M E N U There are a few items on the menu with normal size burgers to sliders as well as alternative beef options like chicken, impossible, garden, etc. They also have wings and loaded fries. I do wish they had an "add on" fries option that's a bit discounted outside of fries and a drink. I decided to get just a normal Americano without onions. The hubby got the Hawaiian Spicy without jalapeños. ~ Americano ~ It was a normal sized burger. The burger a bit dry. The bun was fun and soft. ~ Hawaiian Spicy ~ Apparently a bit spicy with the sauce but if you get past that it was fine. His burger was also a bit dry. ~ Fries ~ They were a bit floppy and since it took a while to get our food, I think the fries got cold. We ended up heating them up in the microwave which helped a bit. S E R V I C E We called initially but it said you should order online. So luckily I had cellphone service were we were. I picked the location, ordered what we needed and paid by Apple Pay which is always a plus. I got a text and an email saying it would be ready in 8 minutes. It was closer to 17 minutes. We arrived a couple minutes after the 8 minutes and they still weren't done with our food. But they were nice about it and I think they ended up hurrying the folks in the back to make our food. O V E R A L L It's not a bad option for burgers. But I don't think it'd be my first choice if we were craving a burger. Perhaps we should try the other items on the menu next time we're here to see if those are more of the stars. But it is unique that you can get slider sized burgers so you don't have to commit to a bigger burger if you're not that hungry. So definitely try them out!

This is an order at the counter Hahal Burger joint with a lot of options. Seems to be family run. The portions were huge and a value deal with fries and a bottomless soda is under 15 bucks. There are 5 or so styles of burgers for each choice. Food was good. Service was friendly and quick. It is fast service burger place so the ambiance was that. It was very clean

    Evina B.

I went here for the 1st time yesterday for lunch & it was super good! I got the 3 sliders meal & it was so filling I had to take the 3rd one to go! The manger (or owner) was super nice & greeted me as soon as I came in. He offered me help at the self kiosk & once my order was ready, he personally walked it up to my table. The restaurant was super clean & felt pretty homey/local. I will definitely bring my family here one day.

They're not frozen. It depends on how you define fresh though ... The effort put in the burgers isn't that much, especially because in the Nashville Hot, the spiciness fluctuates A LOT. Sometimes it's unbearable, sometimes it's nothing. Also usually…

For all you can eat it is honestly the best of all the options in my opinion. Cleanliness 11/10: The cleanliness of this place is unmatched by any AYCE restaurant I've eaten at. I had to include a picture of the sauce bar because it is really surprising how there is no splattering around the table. Every surface including the sauce bar and other bars were pristine. AYCE options 10/10: The meat choices are beef, lamb, and chicken. The cuts are a bit lean, but honestly I like that better for ayce since it is a bit cleaner tasting and leaves less oil in the broth. They serve the meats in neat labeled trays which I really like. Wide range of vegetable and other hotpot options that are all ayce, notably king oyster mushroom slices, wood ear mushroom, white fish, beancurd skins, large leaf spinach, bomchoy, a variety of noodles. They also have soft serve ice cream and other deserts and fruit. Sauce bar has a good variety. It has all the options you might find at a place like haidilao. The soy and vinegar are on a separate table in drink dispensers, you might miss it. I recommend for people who are not experienced with hot pot to do a 3:1 ratio of soy sauce and vinegar with a squeeze of lemon as well as some chili, cilantro, green onion, and garlic. The sesame dressing is great on its own with vegetables. Broth 9/10: I recommend spicy or mushroom broth. It is similar to what you would get at a place like haidilao but much less oily, it is still quite spicy and a good amount of oil.

My family and I, two adults and two young children, came here during Ramadan for iftaar. Before arriving, I specifically called ahead to ask whether we needed to come early because I understood restaurants can become very busy during iftaar time. I was told that arriving 10 to 15 minutes before iftaar would be perfectly fine and that our food would be ready around the time of breaking fast. Based on that reassurance, we came about 20 minutes before iftaar expecting a smooth experience. Instead, the moment we walked in, it felt like we were invisible. The restaurant was crowded but not chaotic. We sat down and waited while servers walked past us repeatedly without acknowledging us. Eventually, I had to flag someone down myself just to place an order. I even asked directly how long the food would take because we were fasting all day and had two small children with us. The server confidently assured us the food would arrive around iftaar time. That never happened. When iftaar finally arrived, all we received were dates and water. No appetizers, no main dishes, nothing. We continued waiting while table after table around us received their food. Meanwhile, our children became increasingly upset and hungry. Anyone with young kids knows that after a full day of fasting, asking them to wait another 20, 30, even 50 minutes is nearly impossible. Our kids were crying, exhausted, and confused as they watched other families eat while we sat there with empty plates. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of honesty and accountability. Every time we asked about our order, we were told, "It's coming soon." Then eventually the server disappeared entirely for nearly 20 minutes and avoided us altogether. A woman later approached us, but instead of apologizing or taking our concerns seriously, she became dismissive and defensive. By this point, nearly 50 minutes had passed since we ordered, and she still insisted we "shouldn't complain" (in Farsi) because the food would come "soon." That response was honestly more upsetting than the delay itself. A simple apology, honesty, or basic compassion toward a fasting family with small children would have gone a long way. We eventually left the restaurant feeling humiliated, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. What saddened me most is that this happened during Ramadan, a month centered around patience, generosity, hospitality, and good character. In Afghan culture and Islamic ethics, guests are supposed to be treated with dignity and care, especially during iftaar. Halal is not only about the food being permissible. Halal is also about honesty, fairness, respect, and how people are treated. Sadly, this restaurant failed in all of those areas. We will never return, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service or a welcoming family environment.

Note: the dipping sauce does contain fish Chicken lettuce cups - fine taste, no notes Veg samosas - fine also, basic Tea leaf salad - ordered for the health and textural crunch. So delicious Service was good. Our waitress was very informative in each dish and also quite attentive with refiling waters. Overall, great meal and would love to return to try their mains.

We were a party of three and we had the lunch combos -- shrimp and scallop and chicken and shrimp. Large portions, wonderful quality meat and seafood -- very delicious, with no leftovers. With no room for dessert this time, perhaps next time. Looking forward to dining here again, would highly recommend. Worth the trip, the food is delicious!

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is tranquil, clean, and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and since it's not a large restaurant, it felt like they were very attentive. I noticed this restaurant offers a small room for those who need to pray. It's also a halal restaurant so you'll notice this on the menu since they do not offer alcohol or pork items. One of my favorite discoveries of this restaurant is the chicken teriyaki roll. I feel like more restaurants need to offer this! I loved it! Their hibachi is flavorful and meat is tender. You get the same great flavor of a typical hibachi without having the awkwardness of a chef cooking in front of you or wreaking of food smell on your clothes when you go home. This environment is like a typical restaurant where the food comes from a kitchen in the back so it completely eliminates that. Large groups beware - This restaurant is small so and we witnessed a table of 8-10 get separated since they could not seat them together. I'm sure a reservation ahead of time would have helped this situation. Food is really great quality though and we will definitely be back!
