Horrible service. Got here at 4:15 computers are down waited 10 min to order and then once they were up I waited 15 min for my food it's only 2 cars here this kitchen can't handle two cars. This rating is based on the remodel and the experience I had eating there with my kiddos. They had a wooden themed inside that was clean and the kiddos loved the style and play area. The tables in the kids area has tablets built into the tables very cool feature and this location kept my kids engaged for hours a great place to take your kids to play for free with a meal. The food was the same as any McDonald slapped and smacked together and brought to you. I am not a fan of McDonalds food but it is a Nostalgic place for many and if you find a food you like stick with it. read more

I ordered my food thru the app. 2 burgers fries and drink. I waited over 30mins. First round my burgers were soaked in grease. The buns were wet! The fries had no salt at all. And they didnt even fill my drink up all the way! So i complained. Waited another 15mins. The pics ive attached are from round 2. The food got even worse. Covered in grease AND mustard this time. Service is so humbling here. Front staff attempting to speak Spanish to help with the order (which I could understand O anyone else can I'm sure- the basics), to the kid play area. Music isn't too bad so the whole ambiance of the store is set up perfectly! Food it being McDonald's 10/10, I recommend ordering from the app as it is a faster service for YOURSELF. I went in to grab a $5 breakfast deal McGriddle and L Ice Coffee, the kiosk scans my code, let's me select what I want, let's me view my order, but doesn't display button to pay when I'm ready to insert my debit/credit card. The kiosks are unstrategically placed near the entrance which is far from the cashier instead of being conveniently close by the cash register so the cashier can quickly help teach the customer how to make the payment. I go to the cash register, the cashier enters my code and rings me up for something completely different and more expensive than what I originally tried to order on the kiosk. I ended up leaving frustrated and upset since I was rushing in and out, not here to play the waiting game. The architectural design of the kiosks are blatantly stupid, and an employee should be stationed by the kiosks further away from the cash register in order to help customers entering in a rush to order and pay quickly! read more

My son and I had breakfast at this location this morning. The managers name was Jerrick. He is awesome. He was helping other employees as well as attending customers. I stopped by this McDonald's on my way home to take advantage of the free medium French fries through their mobile code. This mcdonald is not in the greatest area and you'll likely encounter some homeless people here. There was a guy setup next to the entrance and another lady set up where you exit. I used the drive thru option here, they have 2 lanes so hopefully that helps during the busy time. I got a large sprite with light ice and used my mobile code for a free medium fries. They don't show your order on the screen here so just a FYI. My Sprite was delicious like always but the fries had no flavor here and tasted cold. They also didn't fill up the fries all the way but it's usually the case at McDonald's. read more

I like the old one better. The playplace is smaller and more boring, while the old one had lots if fun slides, things to climb on, and the little swingy thingys. And this new mcdonalds has barely any seating so it took us a few minutes to actually get seating, it needs more seating places. The food is still really good, that didn't change. I very rarely eat at Mc Donald's, but I was pleasantly surprised with this location. As a child, I used to frequent this location and even had one of my birthday parties there. Last week, we had to go back for a family emergency and were up extremely early. I went there once, and other people in my group went two days in a row. The breakfast food was hot and fresh (as fresh as it can be for frozen food). The coffee was excellent and hot. Shout out to Isaiah! He was very attentive and provided excellent service. Horrible experience dining in after the remodel. Received food without utensils or napkins and there's no station to get anything yourself so you have to flag someone who is already running around busy helping others. Breakfast was cold by the time I got the basic utensils and napkins. Also I forgot to order coffee with my breakfast, and I was told to order it from the electronic kiosk. This new service format DOES NOT improve the customer experience and needs to be reworked if the purpose is customer service. read more
