I came here just to buy some pokemon happy meals before they ran out. I got two happy meals: 1 6 piece chicken mcnugget with extra fries and a hamburger with extra fries. The mcnuggets were tasty just as I was expecting. The addition of BBQ sauce made it very enjoyable. The hamburger on the other hand was extremely dry and stale. It tasted terrible. The fries were also kind of cold and not very crunchy. Overall, the food was terrible aside from the chicken mcnuggets. Came to the drive thru at 11pm on the way home. Ordered food like a normal person. Pull up to the drive thru and the Asian manager with face piercings accuses me of calling his employee a DUMBASS. I don't call people cakes I don't know, especially when I have no reason to. He tells me to leave. And I say look man that's not what I do I promise that didn't happen but he didn't believe me. So then I did raise my voice at him and he said see you're raising your voice you obviously did it. Then I said, yeah I'm raising my voice cuz you are accusing me of something I didn't do. My previous review seems to be removed (?) Here's update for the order that I couldn't pick up from the counter because they were under the construction for dining area and only drive through was available. I didn't want to walk home and drive back for the meal as they can't take walk through. Yes I spoke to them and asked to bring out my meal. I gave up waiting after 20 mins as they started ignoring people who ordered counter pick up through app, kept calling but no answer, a staff locked door instead of bringing the meal. I reached out the customer support, and found out that refunds must be made by the store. Updates start from here. I made complaint and added to Yelp, then I got a call from the branch that they can certainly work out on my case - I guess Yelp worked out. They can't refund, but can give me a free sandwich that I need to pick up.... I don't know if that's the best customer support, but better than ignoring. There seems to be the restriction on refunding the past order, and I understand that the boy needs managers approval or so. I won't go back anyway... Previous review also mentioned L size potato in S size bag, half filled (spilled) coffee - do not recommend drive through unless you don't bother checking the order. read more

I went here to get filet o fish for lent one Friday night. When I got to the window the guy literally shoved the bag in my face. I thought cool, I'm outta here. When I got home to share with my mom the filet o fish burgers were terrible. They were microwaved to kingdom come. The buns weren't the steamy heaven I loved. It was hard on the edges and chewy in the middle. The filet itself is best described as fish jerky... very thin and tough. I won't go here anymore. This is by far the most accommodating fast food restaurant location. I'd like to recognize this McDonalds for going above and beyond with service. Example 1: There were a few cars at the drive-thru so I walked in to order. I asked the cashier if it's be possible to make it faster as I was running behind to work. She didn't reply but a minute or two later she gave me my order! I was pleasantly surprised and grateful. Example 2: My cravings for French fries kicked in. Most of the time fries are over cooked, dry and hard. I asked when they will be making the next batch as I saw they were running low. She replied that she can make a new batch of fries. Every single time over the last couple months I've done a breakfast mobile order for this location. It's always a 20 to 30 minutes sitting and waiting and they always forget things. They don't have a working number. They don't answer their phone. They don't care. They literally most of the time get the order wrong.... First of all, the food was good but the customer service was not good when I retrieved my food at the second window. When I approached the second window the McDonalds employee did not greet me and handed me my drink without acknowledging me. He then hands me my straw while having a non work related conversation with one of his co-workers (still not acknowledging me). He then hands me my meal and I tell him "Thank You". He doesn't say anything, instead he looks the other way and he says "Mhmm" like he had a personal issue with me. For anyone who plans on coming to this McDonald's be prepared for some bad customer service at the second window. As an African American man I was confused and annoyed as to why this McDonald's employee (who is also African American) would act this way towards me given I've never met him before. One of the nicer and cleaner McDonald's I have ever been to. Came here after I got my car serviced down the street and decided to get breakfast. I wanted to try their new Egg White Delight McMuffin sandwich. I first thought about the drive through but since I haven't dine in a long time, I might as well since this place looks bigger than your averaged sized McDonald's. Parking was easy and there are plenty of parking. Drive-thru is another good option if you don't want to dine in since they have an employee standing outside to take your order. Though I think ordering through drive-thru would've been faster since I waited about 10 mins for my order and it didn't seem too busy inside. The theme of this McDonald's is a retro theme that brings you back to the 70's feel not that I was born in the 70's. The colors and the layout all seem to give you that 70's disco feel which isn't too bad since it was clean looking yet had a modern twist to it. I felt comfortable eating in which is a good thing since other McDonald's I've been seemed older. Could be a mix of the people and the environment. With the new Egg White menu, McDonald's definitely gives you a better choice to eat a healthier breakfast. If I was in the area, I wouldn't mind coming back here. Over the course of multiple visits over a 6-8 month period, I've received very rude service, missing items from my order, and missing utensils such as napkins and other miscellaneous items. The drive through do not promptly ask for my order and make me sit there for sometimes up to 1 minutes before they ask to take my order. I don't know why the workers have such rude attitudes, even the managers. They just throw the food on the counter and do not announce your number. It's so sad. Usually they're pretty fast with the drive thru but sometimes you have to wait in the parking lot and park in designated spots to wait for your food and they bring it out for you. When I went they were making a new batch of fries so i had to park and wait. It didnt take that long but they got my order wrong..so I had to tell them and wait again.
