The same lady manager is the worst manager ever I met in any McDonald's. My double cheese burger order had to wait for 18 min for mobile order and still not come, so I went in and inquired. It was not even a complaint from me and the same lady manager that was very rude said everyone can not rush for an order and must be patience for the food. Always drove by and wonder why the Mac Donald logo look so different from the original logo, why does it have a strike in the middle? Decided to have check it out. Saw an article in MacDonald that it used to be called Air Dome bought by someone till Ronald MacDonald bought over and name it as MacDonald. The interior is pretty vintage, feels like I've stepped into the 80s, unlike the usual decorations of other MacDonald stores. The only cons is, the portion of the Egg Muffin Burger is pretty small and the Big Breakfast portion is pathetic, supposed to be "big" but it wasn't, it is so "small". It's Shamrock Shake time! Had a craving for a fish fillet today...which I don't have very often but sometimes a visit to Mackers takes you back to your childhood. And tonight it did as I was pleasantly surprised to see the Shamrock Shake on the menu for St. Paddy's day coming up! Wow - I haven't had one of these in decades..... Respect to Ronald (Sorry Jack) for how many years have they rolled out the Shamrock Shake - it is a tradition for Mackers that I have to respect. I'm not the biggest fan of Mackers but when you end up living overseas as an American sometimes it is nice taste of Americana. I use to visit Mackers while I was living in Japan - as no matter which country you are in - McDonald's delivers the same friendly fast service and the same consistent food (I guess it helps that they own their own supply chain as well). But who actually goes to Mackers to eat their healthy stuff? I tried their chicken sandwich and salad before and regretted I had ordered them. If you go to Mackers go for the stuff they are made of......Better healthy food at other chains....Although I do respect that they prob put it on the menu for the parents of the happy meal kids.... Worst MD EVER!! 30min to get my food at drivethru.:( The milk that came with the Happy Meal was room temperature, which makes me worry about how they store any of their food here.. I had a 2 year old in my car who was ready to sleep and needed a quick something for lunch before he falls asleep. Ended up not being so quick. Unbelievably slow! If I could zero stars I would. WORST customer service ever! Mobile order because I had a long drive from Los Angeles back home (Monrovia) and I just picked up my 2 year old from daycare. I did not want to get down and the drive thru was packed! I placed an order for a 2 cheeseburger meal and a 4 piece happy meal and I pad the additional fee for 2 more chicken nuggets. It took a very long time for my order to come out and finally when it did the gentlemen whom brought it out says absolutely nothing just hands the food over and starts walking away. I checked the happy meal really quick for those 2 extra nuggets so if they weren't there I could have the gentleman bring them out. Of course they weren't there. So I opened my door and stepped out, he was barely crossing the pedestrian walkway as I was yelling "Excuse me, Excuse me!" I know he heard me because another man coming out of the restaurant looked at me like me in disbelief that the employee did not turn around. I had to get my child out of the car and go inside to ask for the my correct order. I was very upset that employee ignored me. The assistant manager was no help! He said I only order 4 nuggets. I seen the manager walk by so I explained to him what happened, he looked at my order on the screen and said to the asst manager that I had ordered the additional nuggets and he pointed out to him where it stated that. Regardless, it is horrible customer service and they NEVER get your order correct. We keep giving them chance after chance because it is the closest Mc Donalds but I much rather drive a further distance for better customer service and a correct order. I'll add that still that same evening my husband went to get himself dinner there and he actually went inside so that they would not mess up his order. Well they didn't. What they did do is made him a really long time for apple pies to be made without notifying him that they were being baked and it would take 15 minutes!!! After waiting awhile he went up to see what was taking his order so long and then they told him about the pies, he told the employee that they could've made him aware they were going to be baked and would take awhile. After that he heard a red headed employee talking about him right in front him!! He confronted her and she completely ignored him! My husband called the franchise owner and left a voicemail that evening. Until this day he has yet to hear back from them. Again HORRIBLE place, do not eat here!!!!! read more

I always have a 3 strike rule when I go to food places. This means if I have good/bad experiences three times in a row, I would write a review. In the morning through evening, their service is decent. Fresh fries, filled up soda, good nuggets, and etc. They get your order right and with finess (in my opinion). This is the only reason why I gave this a 3 stars and not lower. When midnight hits, that is when everything turns 180 degrees. I understand that it's midnight and barely anyone orders. It's just they have been giving me fries that has been in the hot lamp long enough that it dries and over cooked. (Possibly in there for more than 2 hours.) The nuggets I ordered were dry as well which I had to drench it in ranch. My sodas had barely any ice and has a 1/3 free space that I could tilt my cup more than a 45 degree angle without spilling. I really like this location and it is the closest Mc Ds, but they seem to be consistently wrong with the drive thru orders. I go all the time and never once do they ever get it right. Today I am missing fries in one happy meal and there was no dressing for my salad. What's the point if you have to take everything out to see if you received everything you ordered? Not a big deal when you are dining in, but it is so disappointing to find out when you are already home. I normally don't review fast food but this is the straw that broke the camels back. Items are ALWAYS missing. Never fails. 2 years and probably 100 visits later and Mc D's has not changed a bit. 95% of the time something is missing or the order is wrong. What is up with that.
