The restaurant is very clean and well kept as there has always been someone constantly cleaning the dinning are while I've been there. Most McDonalds are known for being slow, which is one of the reasons I usually avoid them. This was unacceptably slow. I was watching cars pulling out and leaving the drive-thru after placing their orders. I stopped in off the highway to get a soda and large fries. Had I known it'd take 20+ minutes, I would've went to the gas station. In 20+ minutes, you can get an entire (real) meal from an Italian restaurant. This is unacceptable for "fast food". This is a modern McDonalds with 2 double-wide drive-thru lanes. When I pulled up, both lanes only had one car each, plus a line to get to the window. The line did not seem long. I waited a few minutes and placed my order. Then began the agonizing wait. Even with other cars ahead of me pulling out and leaving, it was still a 20 minute wait time (I timed it, since McDonalds is well-known for this). My fries were hot and freshly made. The exterior of the building seemed clean. Staff were friendly. Looking inside, it appeared there were plenty of employees working (at least 5, that I saw). Each one of them were hustling. There was also a lengthy line at the register inside the building. If not for the wait time, I would've given this 5-stars, since all other requirements were met (cleanliness, friendliness, food fresh/hot, plenty of staff on-duty, staff working hard, etc.). However, this wait time is completely unacceptable. Corporate Headquarters needs to evaluate this place and see what is causing such long wait times. It's causing them to lose customers and waste food after orders are prepared for people who cannot wait any longer and leave. I will never go here again. read more

I literally called half a dozen times to speak to a manager, not even to complain, just to place a large order for a meeting, and the kids assumed I was going to complain, I guess... so they kept hanging up on me. I used. To come to this mcdonalds frequently. I used to visit my uncle at the liquor store almost every friday. Help him out with all the crazy people lol. The food is good. It is typical mcdonalds food. I have to say 90% of the time my food came out hot. We would stop here sometimes after a night out drinking just to get cheap crappy food to soak up the alcohol, the staff was always cool with our late night crazyness. They just remodeled the whole mcdonalds. There are 2 drive thru lines. This can cause some confusion. There are also 2 entrances. I recommend turning into the plaza. There is a shop rite and the liquor store. There is a separate back entrance into the mcdonalds. I also recommend leaving out of the back way this way you hit the traffic light. The other night I wanted to re live one of my drinkin tirades. I had someone drive me to the mcdonalds and I ordered dollar menu stuff to soak up the alcohol. The parking lot was pretty empty. Overall this is a good mcdonalds to come to. This location is better than some of the other locations in the area. 3 stars because it is still fast food. It's McDonald's. The food is what you should expect. It appears clean. The staff member who helped me named Rosemarie was very pleasant to me as well as others. I was unimpressed by the young girl working the drive thru because she was fairly rude to a customer. He said he was missing fries and rather than handle it by just giving the fries or at least being discreet she used a raised voice and chose to argue. She took it a step further and brought over the receipt to show he didn't pay for the "missing fries" in a nasty way. Rosemarie took care of the gentleman and was pleasant again. This is a very busy location. When there are lines in the drive through they move quickly. The people taking your order have always been lovely. When you say thank you, they even say things like "my pleasure." It's a job, and a busy one. When someone says "my pleasure" it makes you feel like they want to help you. On the rare occasions that they ask you to pull up and aside and they will bring your food out when it's ready (yes this can be frustrating, but just part of serving all of the people as quickly as possible) sometimes they even added something to our order - ie: apple pies or French fries... if the wait has been extended. The workers that have to walk it to your car are pleasant as well. All in all, I think the people should get credit for working hard and being pleasant : ). The service was horrible in the drive-through no one was there to take my order. The girl said give me 15 minutes, then it became half an hour an then an hour. I have never experienced that before at McDonald's it's fast food place it should be fast when I mentioned that I have been in the line waiting at the drive though for an hour for her to take my order. All she said was do you want the food or no that was just not right that's it, but over all the food was good but at least they could have done something about like giving me a discount for having to wait an hour just to get my order taking. I understand that there are health issues in world right now so I get not being allowed in the store, but I'm a truck driver, my vehicle doesn't fit through the drive through, and we need to eat too. Unfortunately McDonalds is one of the last places available. Last week they took my order at the window at least. Now they turned me away and won't feed me unless I use their phone app! I didn't know Ebenezer Scrooge owned a McDonald's but this is it! My family of 7 were traveling from MD to NH to see my terminally ill father. I thought this would be the perfect stop to unwind. Nope. It added to the stress. My phone was dead and since my father sick and we were on the road I was desperate to charge it. Not one outlet was turned on. I walked all around trying each once 2x and couldn't charge my phone. While I was scrambling for an out let my husband was trying to order. We were FORCED to order breakfast at 10:45 am. I thought McDonald's stop serving breakfast at 10:30 across the country but this one was still just serving breakfast. We could have waited 15 minutes but the kids were starving. My kids also don't drink juice or coffee so when we asked for empty cups for water they wanted to charge us a dollar each. That's $7 just for water. Maybe it's the demographic dragging it down. Lots of people taking advantage of what should be free but still I've never know a McDonald's to ration water and outlets. read more

Everything youve (honestly) come to expect at a McDonalds. You may get what you ordered, or something slightly different. You may wait 1 minutes, or 10 minutes. You may get a Big Mac stacked damn near sideways, or even get a chicken sandwich with no bun. But, at the end of the day, there is a level of decency that is always upheld here. McDonalds..not my favorite for breakfast, but the Burger King across the street from it doesn't open until later. At 4am went through the drive through to get a sausage and egg biscuit cheese meal (i added cheese to my sandwich) with a hot vanilla latte on my way to work. So first off, there were 3 people - 2 workers and 1 manager and a cleaning person apparently working. All three weren't working with any sense of urgency, other than the cleaning person. But I thought, atleast it would be fresh. So 10 minutes into waiting, I witnessed a worker pick up the clear plastic cup that is typically for iced coffees and with that another worker came over and you could tell he was trying to explain how to make it. She takes the clear plastic cup and puts it under the coffee machine..I can see steam and realize she's putting super hot coffee in this cup. With that she realizes her mistake, so pours it into the coffee cup. And they hand me my bag and my plasticky tasting coffee and turn away from the window..almost 15 minutes from the time I placed my order and with no one else inline and only the drive through open. I had no time to wait for them to remake my coffee and I sped off now running late for work. As I get to a red light I open my bag and unwrap my sandwich, no cheese. I eat it anyways and I go to sip my coffee and yep, plasticky tasting and she didn't put in any vanilla syrup flavoring so it was bitter. I called and told them, I don't want a free meal. If your going to make people wait that long for "fast food", atleast make it right. It would've been almost understandable if they had a long line. ..but they have no excuses. Well it's been about 1 year since I've reviewed this McDonalds. Again I'll state if you care about your families safety, don't eat here unless you use the drive through. In my last review I shared how I was attacked by a tractor trailer driver that assumed he owned a certain parking spot in the McDonalds public parking lot. After complaining to McDonald's corporation, someone from this location, claiming to be the regional manager said that McDonalds takes it's customers safety very seriously, and this individual would be dealt with, and has been told he can't park there over night nor can he stop any customer from using any parking spot in the lot. Well guess what, this McDonald's has done NOTHING. This individual is still aloud to park in this lot, and has had more run ins with McDonald's customers. Great job McDonald's, it appears that an individual that dose next to nothing for your sales, has full control of your establishment.
